Mark You mention striving to provide great service. In my view, great service means going above and beyond -- even in what may seem like the smallest details. That is often what separates a good business from one that truly stands out. A seven-day guarantee may work in theory, but for small business owners like myself, flexibility matters. I operate a transportation service, and my schedule doesn't always allow me to address technical issues within such a narrow window. A 30-day guarantee would reflect an understanding of real-world business pressures and remove unnecessary strain. Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. I wasn't seeking my money back -- I simply wanted the work completed properly and brought to a clear, final resolution. As it stands today, the matter still feels unfinished. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships. I've valued supporting your company over the years, and I hope that kind of long-term connection still means something on your end as well. read more

As a senior, tech goes too fast for me, overnight my devices fill up with evil apps and other features that I can't fix, so I need a company like them to sort out all AI downloads that invade my privacy. I learn something new every time I interact with them. I like hearing that it's not me that messes one of my devices. Highly recommend them, I do inform them that we are senior women and need it explained simply with fixes that make our lives easier. read more

I was calling in for an appointment...and someone was canceling their slot for TODAY!!! Woo Hoo....what a gift. And then it just got better& better...Wesley arrived ontime (after calling to let me know he was on his way...great communication). I start spewing all the things I encountered as I was trying to figure out what the heck happened overnight. Wesley, very patiently addressed everthing one by one...he started looking through the settings and within 90 minutes, he had not only fixed the MAJOR issue, he tweaked a few bothersome quirks I did not want to put up with anymore. It was a storage & drive thing (at least I did not push a wrong button). A very succesful visit. I had purchased my computer a year-ish ago & Geek 2 You has been my go-to since then....reliable, knowledgeable with great people...so thanks very much Wesley!!! read more

Honest and dependable work. Tried their best to get new Xfinity router to connect to old printer but had compatibility issues so it didn't work. Wesley and Geeks 2 you to the rescue! My room mate had a scammer smooth talk her and install malware on her computer and phone. The window Geeks2you window was between 9 and 10am. Geeks 2 You is still my go to for IT support and I'm still happy with their services. I've gone to them 3 or 4 times now, each time I've called them, they're able to help me same day or the next, pretty amazing. I'm sure there are times that they aren't available that quickly, but I've yet to have a long wait time. Fox came out to my house this most recent visit and helped do some cleaning up of my computer that was moving like a snail. He was very professional and patient with my questions. He also taught me about the things I should consider when selecting my next computer, as I'm due for an upgrade. Pricing has gone up from my first review to $125/hour. I still think it's fair, their service is great, they come to you! I've never felt like they're trying to sell me anything I don't need. I trust them to steer me in the right direction. read more

Outstanding communication and professionalism. I dropped off my computer expecting a 1-3 day turnaround time and got a call within hours. I have utilized this company 3 times, and each time, it has always been outstanding. Wesley was the most recent, and helped me a great deal with windows 11, files I lost, and much more, to make it easier to work with W 11.. He had great ideas, and solved every problem. He is kind and personable, with a genuine personality. And he knows what he is doing! The staff has always been respectful, and will teach when we ask, with patience. They were recommended by an elderly friend, a while ago. She told me how kind and helpful they are. That really sold me, and I have never been disappointed. Thank you G2U, and particularly Wesley. read more

The tech's appointment was at 2PM. He called at 2:30 to say he was on his way and arrived at 3PM. Early February, my Apple Airport Time Capsule goes on the fritz (which shouldn't be a surprise given that it's a decade old), and I fall into a mini-panic because I realize my backed-up data is at risk. Crud! I've recently moved to Tucson, so I can't turn to my old stand-by guys who've saved my cookies so many times before. I have no idea how to find a good repair shop, so I check Yelp and ping a couple of repair shops that have good reviews. "Geeks 2 You" has a quirky name, and it sounds a bit better when I realize that the "2 You" part means they do on-site & pick-up/delivery. Cool. I send up the SOS smoke signal during lunch time on a Thursday, and I get a reply four minutes later. "We can definitely help" with a quote for an hourly rate. We message back & forth about process a couple of times, and I finally call to talk with the tech about replacement gear -- no one's going to recommend trying to fix a 10-year-old hard drive. I've gotta get two new boxes (back-up drive & wifi router) to replace the one Apple device, but I'm standing in Geeks 2 You's office Saturday morning with everything they need -- cables, new drive, old Airport and my precious data -- and the very nice counterperson says I should hear from the tech in a couple of days. Noting how nervous I am about the data recovery, she practically pats me on the head before I leave. "It'll be OK." It was actually a little longer than a week before I heard, but I was feeling alright. I got a call; Shelby said, "Things look good," and explained that she was certain she'd be able to recover my data. Whew! ...but it might take a bit longer to get it loaded onto the new drive. I'm still OK and happily go in to the Geeks' office in early March to pick up my stuff. I'm a little concerned about the bill because I have no idea how much time Shelby actually spent on it or whether I'm paying for bench or computing time. Once again: Worrying is a waste. The bill is perfectly reasonable -- represents about 3 hours of Shelby's time. Wow!!! I get the devices home, and everything looks good... ...at first. I try to access the old backed-up data (that Shelby'd recovered from the Airport), and I can't get at it. I call; Shelby spends time with me. We're both stumped. Next day, I bring everything back, and Shelby & I talk some more. Here's the deal: This went on for weeks, but it wasn't wasted time. Shelby called me at least once a week to keep me informed. She kept trying different ways of getting the recovery done & in a place where I could access it. She tried different computers, different formats, different configurations. Because we were talking about 2Tb of data, it could take hours to move it from one device to another, but Shelby didn't quit. In mid-May, I sent Shelby a note: "YIPPEE!!!" I'd got the new hard drive home and confirmed that I could connect to it and access all of my old data. Moreover, it was in a format & folders that were perfectly readable, so I can find things I'm looking for. Here's another good part: Even though it took that much more work, Geeks 2 You didn't charge me another dime. "All part of the service," Shelby kept saying. Throughout it all, she never once got impatient, always had nice things to say to me, always was positive. Did I say she was relentless? Absolutely. Now, *that* is customer service. At this point, Geeks 2 You is my first Tucson stop for whatever help I need with my devices. HIghest recommendation. read more

I'm not a computer person by any means so when my technology breaks down or is malfunctioning I have to take it to some one who knows more than I do. This was the case for an external hard drive that I've had for almost 10 years. When I got deployed to Iraq I had two things that were essential to keeping me sane. My laptop so I could make Skype phone calls to my Girlfriend now wife and my external hard drive that has all my movies, tv shows, and music on it. When I got home it started getting silly. Not wanting to turn on sometimes or not turning on at all. I have this computer guy at my job, I'm sure even you have a computer guy at your job... well mine couldn't help me. He basically said I'm sorry you have a brick. Meaning not only could he not retrieve the data But it is lost forever. He then told Me that there are more professional places out there that might be able to retrieve the info. But it costs a lot of money. So with a heavy heart I left very defeated. But then I remembered someone that I met a yelp event. Mr. Enzor. I sent him a message via Facebook messenger and he responded so fast that I couldn't even think of what I wanted to say. He told me, that his team are the best in the business and he is gonna try everything he can to do what he can for me. Not because we are Facebook friends or because we are yelp friends but because his passion is helping people with technology needs. Let me tell you folks, this place is legit. They have a very small Office but the professionalism is on point and they are taking precautions during this pandemic. They provide a Mask if you need, hand sanitizer and face barriers for the crew. This team was able to extract my external hard drive and put it into a new one. I feel very blessed to have this guy in my corner. If you or someone you know have a computer or hard drive issue I would come here first. I am now a patron for life. Thank you to the owner and his team. I know we will be back for upgrades and more business is a certainty. Because I'm not tech savvy. Thank you again. read more

First went with another small computer company that said they were coming out, but for 3 days in a row they either canceled or was a no show! I was in tears as I'm sickly and needed my printer for important documents! Never experienced such rude & inept customer service from a company. But story gets better, I needed my printer still fixed, and looked up Geeks 2 You. Noe, computer tech, came out that day and on time! Not only did Noe fix my copier & scanner, but helped me with my TV and got my TV stereo volume going. Prior I was looking at closed captions. Thanks Geeks 2 You! read more

on 12/30/2024 I was schedule for a Free 20 minute Counter consultation to discuss the problem I was having with my HP Laptop, which would not power on. The Tech check the computer and stated that the motherboard was bad. I then asked him to check to see if I would be able to access the hard drives data in order to move it to another computer. I gave him permission to open that computer to check. He then tells me that the hard drive was corrupted and un-readable and suggested that I purchase their $200 membership to attempt to access the information with a "Level-1" assessment. I did not trust him and decided to take the computer to SWS in Tucson, that very same day. The check the hard drive and told me it was fine and then sold me a SATA Hard drive SSD to USB 3.0 Adapter so I could just pull the file off the hard drive myself. Total cost was less than $40 bucks. I feel like your employee just tried to rip me off. I should not have gone your store in the first place. It was just a waste of my time. read more

So responsive, and the techs have all been very professional and friendly. I can count on this for my computer repair needs.

Troy came out to the house. Figured out several things. My computer had been reset and the backed up files needed to be put back he did that. Then my Bluetooth was out turned to be my battery inside my JBL speakers. Lesson learned do not leave your speaker plugged in all the time with lithium battery. You can change the battery I got mine on Amazon since no store I went to carried them like Best Buy, batteries plus, Walmart. Okay good luck read more

My desktop computer was only able to boot Windows in safe mode, a fan was broken and the inside of the case was choked with dust. The geeks came to my place, and determined a course of action. They had to take my case back to the shop, but it was only for a week. Fortunately, I had my laptop as backup. When Randy the geek brought it back, he took great care hooking the cables back up and making sure that everything worked properly. He also explained exactly what was done and answered my questions. It turned out that one of my 2 video cards had gone bad. They replaced the bad fan and thoroughly cleaned the interior of the case. They also checked for viruses, malware and other nasty traps. The total cost of their services was $235. Much cheaper than buying a new computer with the associated hassle of transferring all my files. My computer is running like brand new again. My trusty Surface Pro 4 couldn't be turned on so I submitted an online from to see if it can be repaired. A very nice lady called within 15 minutes. She explained that since it's a hardware issue and it's close to 5 year old, it's probably not worth repairing. The Surface tablet is notorious for its non reparability since everything is integrated and hard to do without cracking the screen. She patiently broke down the costs with me, knowing she wouldn't get this job, which I appreciated. Thank you so much for answering my questions and being up front on everything! read more

If I could give a 0, I would. They replaced my harddrive a little less than 1 month ago. It's acting up, so I called them. They said their parts are guaranteed 30 days! They delivered the "repaired" computer on January 18. Today is February 13, and they said it's "outside their 30-day window of repair." How do they count days? They said they could do nothing. It's also a travesty that a $300 REPAIR WITH PARTS IS GUARANTEED 30 DAYS. (The actual repair work is guaranteed for only 1 week.) REALLY! Oh, they said I could call Samsung and get a new harddrive, but then, I'd have to pay for installation. These people can't count days or figure out what is wrong with a computer.
