We Care has good quality computers at a very low price. I highly recommend stopping by their store front!

I usually go to ADE, who are fantastic, but they were booked. So I tried United Access for a quick safety adjustment on my scooter lift. The mechanic refused to service it, claiming it was "unsafe"--but couldn't coherently explain why. When I pressed for clarification, they rattled off specs for a completely different model. I have a PhD and a background in science--I understand tow ratings and safety thresholds. What I don't tolerate is condescension. Every question I asked was met with visible frustration. When I caught them attempting to overextend my bumper, I intervened--and one of them told the other I "wouldn't understand." (Cue eye twitch.) They weren't prioritizing safety. They were prioritizing not being challenged. Especially not by a woman who knew what she was talking about. Bottom line: If you want competent, respectful service--especially as a disabled woman--go literally anywhere else. United Access isn't just unprofessional; they're unsafe. *** in response to the company's comment... I do not have safety issues with my lift as verified by the dealer. Your employees do have issues with sexism. Thanks.

Everybody at the ability Center is extremely helpful I've been dealing with them for over 4 years…read moresince my wife was hurt. I would strongly recommend them as they're good people and dedicated to helping out their customers. I purchased a wheelchair van through them and got the extended warranties and none of the work that I've had to have them do is their fault in any way and they've had to do a lot I don't think I would buy a ram ProMaster again but as I said they just basically had the wheelchair lift installed and they facilitated the purchase of the van from somewhere else so I don't hold them accountable for any of this and even though it wasn't their van they back up the product so I've never had to deal with anybody but them and that makes me very happy considering everything I have to deal with being a caregiver and having limited time.

American Mobility (AM) has a website with absolutely no information, expired coupons and a message…read moresaying "let's talk!". As I wanted to deal with a local business, I gave them a call. A man named Jesse answered. I explained that I was on the American Mobility website, but there was no information of what services and equipment that AM provided. Since the website had no information whatsoever, I simply asked for a list of what they were offering. Jesse thought that I was being rude for asking, gave me a piece of his mind and then hang up in my ear. WOW!... and they advertise "Good Old Fashioned Service." Their employees need more customer courtesy training and their web site needs much, much more work. My call was about 1:10 PM Tuesday, 25 February. They just kissed about $5,000 worth of business goodbye. But they probably could give a "rats behind." Well, that was my first impression of American Mobility. I got an email response from a woman named Nicole, apologizing for "my experience." I wish that would do it for me. It didn't. Honesty, just check out their website and you'll see exactly what I mean. So many unanswered questions. Please don't be tempted to call. Or, then again, please do. Maybe, Jesse will answer the phone.
