The drive-through can get backed up at times. If there are more than two cars in the drive-through, you are probably better off going inside. I suspect the reason for the backup is that the staff does take time to go over your medications with you and answer questions, particularly if it's a new prescription. I have witnessed them, on several occasions, take lots of time with customers to iron out a problem with insurance or what not. Still.. the impatient get-out-of-my-way-or-I-will-ram-you-with-my-shopping-cart side of me gets annoyed when I know my transaction will take 30 seconds and I have to wait while someone asks 20 questions about side effects including nausea and vomiting.
