Worst pharmacy ever. I've always gotten my prescriptions for 90 days. Somehow when I go to refill them, they tell me they don't have the prescription. They tell me that it wasn't filled there. I bring the box showing their address and that there are still two refills. Acting confused, they tell me I still need a new prescription. My doctor's office hates me because they have to keep sending the same prescription. Sometimes they lie and say the doctor only filled it for 1 month. Doctor, and the insurance company show me copies that it was written for 3 months. Last girl told me they didn't have the prescription. Advised her I'm holding the previous fill on 05/29 and shows 2 refills. Then she lies and tells me it's expired because it was written in September 2024. She confirms that that one has 2 refills, but it's expired. It's not September yet, I told her. Then was hung up on. They are so terarded that they can't even lie well. Someone please tell me why I have to give myself an aneurysm every three months to get my life-saving medication. My doctor wants to drop me because they don't want to deal with these idiots. There's always some BS reason they can't fill my prescriptions, and they all give me different excuses. I've confirmed with insurance company and my doctor that these people just lie. Auto refilled my prescriptions, despite having having them transferred away from this pharmacy. Pharmacy would not answer my questions.

This was initially flagged, and I will tell you that with great regret nothing is described in this review is inaccurate or exaggerated. This is my experience and I refuse to let them continue to get away with this behavior. This specific CVS has a 2.5 star rating overall for a reason. Unfortunately, this is the worst CVS I've ever been to, with extremely poor customer service. How does a corporation of this size have a store where it appears every employee is on the same page with being so rude? I've been in this particular CVS (Broadway and Wilmot) location 4 times in my life and that was 4 times too many. I'm a Harley enthusiast, on a bike wearing the attire, which is the only thing I can think of that may possibly trigger their behavior towards me, Idk. But I walk in with my backpack on, and the first thing an employee says is not "hello" but "leave that up here please" what? "The backpack" and with attitude on top of it. Do you make every lady with a purse leave her purse up here? I didn't say that or anything, just reluctantly left the damn backpack. The cashier, an older man with glasses, is rude and was rude on all 4 encounters. No hello, nothing, just takes my merchandise, asks if I have a phone number to add, and not even a "have a nice day". Last time I went there will be the last time I ever go to CVS. I walked in there later at night than usual. Another lady stopped me at the door "we're getting ready to close" and again not even in a nice way, and looking behind her there were what appeared to be customers. It didn't seem right but I turned around and left, and as I walked back to the motorcycle I looked at the time.. 7:45. The place closes at 8, wtf!?! Forget it! I wanted to turn around and go back and say something but I left and never will I return to this place, ever! Corporate needs to pull management and replace certain rude staff and just start over again. My experiences were not good ones, and I've only described 2 of the 4. If you need to go to CVS, go to any other location available. It'll be a good move. read more

They've never done wrong by me and are usually pleasant, if not neutral, to interact with. I've only used the drive thru pharmacy.

As a long-time customer I have to say that not being able to talk to anyone on the phone, waiting for longer than 15 minutes at the window, leaving a message, as if I have time for all those questions, and then repeating the whole thing to the voice mail, it is disheartening. I got a new prescription today and the pharmacy sent me a text saying that they would have to ask the doctor to change it - not why, nothing, just that they had to ask him to change it. I call, because hey, it is important to me to know why they feel they need to decide what pills I take. I get the machine. 15 questions later, I finally have just been reduced to saying "no" to the computer, finally, it sends me where, not to a person, but to a voice mailbox - that wants me to repeat all the information to the voice mail and the pharmacy may take up to 2 days to respond to me. WT! Really? What happened to customer service? This is NOT customer service - it is "give me your business and I will do what I want to bother with"... If my insurance did not insist that I use them as my pharmacy - I wouldn't. read more

The pharmacist was very helpful and went above and beyond! I was trying to track down a critical prescription that hadn't shown up yet (was supposed to send 4days earlier. He took the information patient and medication and was able to find that insurance was aware of it at another pharmacy run by a different company! Now I know where to get the meds! Went for a 2 hour rapid test this afternoon and 9 hours later I STILL don't have my results.

This is a pretty standard CVS location. The employees have been nice enough and helpful when needed. The shelves are stocked well, and the store is organized just fine. The issue is that CVS is more expensive than many other places where you can get much of the same stuff. But I have found some items in CVS that other stores don't carry. Some CVS branded stuff is actually a bit better than other store brands, too. If I need something like that, I'll gladly go to this CVS store. read more

I received my text message alerts saying that both of my prescriptions were ready and had been filled. I stopped by yesterday and only one of the prescriptions was filled so I let them know that I'd be back today to pick up both medications and to just have a good evening. After working all day I had received my text message saying that both of my prescriptions are ready to be picked up I got off work drove to the CVS pulled into the drive-through at 5:30 PM. I sat there in line for half an hour and when I got to the window it was closed. The girl explained that they closed at six and they could no longer sell prescriptions. I said I had been standing in line for 30 minutes and I needed to get my prescriptions that day. She insisted again that it was six and they can no longer sell prescriptions. I did explain that if my prescriptions have been ready the day before like they said they were we wouldn't be in this predicament. There's a sign in the window that says they're open till 4 o'clock on Saturday and Sunday. That's not true they're only open until 2 PM. This review is not about retaliation. It's not about me being furious that I can't have my life altering mental health prescription. It's about the fact that CVS just doesn't have the customer service or a sense of urgency like you need them to. If you learn anything from this review it's to head over to Walgreens or get your orders online shipped directly to your house. We're living in 2022. And if companies can't keep up with The customer service and availability of online pharmacies they'll end up as empty spirit Halloween stores in the October months. Good luck CVS. read more

The worst customer service ever by the Technician Josh. He was so rude. My appointment for the COVID test was at 3:50pm the last appointment of the day. I was there on time. Josh told me the technician left and that it was to late. Here I'am driving one hour away not feeling well and just because the technician Madeline decided to leave early and lie about finishing up all the appointments for the day now I have to wait for another appointment. Josh attitude did not make me feel any better. Don't come to this CVS I just read their reviews and it looks like CVS is ignoring the situation they have going on there. THE WORST. read more

Stopped by to pick up my medication. In my bag of multiple medications I noticed that I had received someone else's. The sticker has their full name, address and phone number and personally I would be concerned if that information was in the hands of a complete stranger so I called the pharmacy. I spoke to a woman who put me on hold to speak with the pharmacist, when she got back on the phone she said I need to bring it back to the pharmacy because the customer will be coming shortly to pick it up. I confirmed that I heard that correct and she said again, that they would be giving it back to the customer after its been in my hands. This concerns and scares me about where my medications are coming from. I highly suggest avoiding this pharmacy. read more

They close the Pharmacy ten minutes early and will not help you! I got to the pharmacy at 550pm and they told me that they are closed and then told me to go to Ina and Thornydale. That was a 45 minute drive, so they could go home 10 minutes early!! read more

This store lies to you about how to use their "extra bucks". The company says you can use any amount up to the dollar amount you have earned. The store tells you you have to spent that amount or more. For example I tried to use a credit of $7.93 on an $8.00 credit. The store told me I had to but a candy bar or something to make it $8.00. I left and now I show elsewhere. read more
