Do not believe their return policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL…read more I bought a wheel chair for my mother who sat in the chair once and then was put on hospice and was bed ridden until she passed just 12 days after purchase of the chair. when we attempted to return it I was told it didn't look new and had to be new for a return but there is a 25% restocking fee. what is that fee for other than to rip people off. Just buy from Amazon, Walmart or Costco. The over priced and refusal to work with a grieving person is just absurd in 2026 when I could have gotten the exact same chair cheeper online.

It can be tough to navigate the intersection and make your way into the parking lot depending on the time of day as Broadway gets busy and the back entrance, with traffic from the hospital, can get backed up. The drive-through can get backed up at times. If there are more than two cars in the drive-through, you are probably better off going inside. I suspect the reason for the backup is that the staff does take time to go over your medications with you and answer questions, particularly if it's a new prescription. I have witnessed them, on several occasions, take lots of time with customers to iron out a problem with insurance or what not. Still.. the impatient get-out-of-my-way-or-I-will-ram-you-with-my-shopping-cart side of me gets annoyed when I know my transaction will take 30 seconds and I have to wait while someone asks 20 questions about side effects including nausea and vomiting.

They tell me that it wasn't filled there. I bring the box showing their address and that there are still two refills. Acting confused, they tell me I still need a new prescription. My doctor's office hates me because they have to keep sending the same prescription. Sometimes they lie and say the doctor only filled it for 1 month. Doctor, and the insurance company show me copies that it was written for 3 months. Last girl told me they didn't have the prescription. Advised her I'm holding the previous fill on 05/29 and shows 2 refills. Then she lies and tells me it's expired because it was written in September 2024. She confirms that that one has 2 refills, but it's expired. It's not September yet, I told her. Then was hung up on. They are so terarded that they can't even lie well. Someone please tell me why I have to give myself an aneurysm every three months to get my life-saving medication. My doctor wants to drop me because they don't want to deal with these idiots. There's always some BS reason they can't fill my prescriptions, and they all give me different excuses. I've confirmed with insurance company and my doctor that these people just lie. It's either because they're lazy, or terarded.
