I came here to pick up my white coat for graduation. They were organized with having my information already on file. They had many options. Service was good. One person actually suggested a scrub brand "healing hands" that I wasn't aware of and it fit comfortably and didn't require a maternity version. Prices are comparable to Amazon. I didn't see any deals but they weren't too expensive. I would recommend if you're in the area. There were only 2 fitting rooms so that may cause a wait if it's busy. read more

Spectacular service, excellent product selection, fast and well-priced. I used to live in Tucson and went to Jeri's for labcoats. Their in-store inventory is wide-ranging and covers pretty much every need one could hope for. Their service was speedy, and everyone was really helpful. After I moved away, I tried shopping elsewhere, but never got the right item, size, price, service, etc. So I reached out to Jeri's again and it's clear their service just can't be matched. I was able to order a hard-to-find item, custom embroidered (with confirmation by email), for a great price. I ordered 3, and as it turned out, 1 was back-ordered. But Mark went out of his way to make sure I heard it would be late, waived the shipping, and kept me in the loop with the process. I went into Jeri's today to pick out my work issued scrubs and the woman at check-out overheard me telling my husband over the phone that it was an hour away from me. The woman offered to have me wait 30 minutes and she'd have them embroidered then and there so I wouldn't have to come back another day to pick them up. It was incredibly nice and really made my day because in the past I've had to come back 2 weeks later to pick them up. She went out of her way to help me and I am incredibly thankful! read more

Well, #1 they nd get the right packet or kit for the academy. I spoke w a clerk on the phone for PT clothing, she said they offer a complete package, last name on 2 t-shirts, 2 set of sweat pants, 2 sets of runner shorts. $135...emblem and last name. I had returned some scrubs that I had paid cash for. I was told they would have to put it on my card. What?? I replied with, " But I paid cash." I was told that at that moment they didn't have that kind of cash in their register? I was told they could put it on my card or they could write a check. What BS. If you're looking for any color, size or style of scrubs, you've come to the right place! It is a huge store room with uniforms for a large majority of healthcare professions, in addition to some other occupations, such as construction and outdoor settings. They have every imaginable color option, from black and green to the very bright and cartoon printed scrubs. They have a couple changing rooms in the back for you so that you can try on the scrubs. It wasn't very busy when I walked in, and I was surprised there was no one around to greet me or ask if I needed any help. One employee was helping a customer at the counter, but it didn't seem like the other staff were doing much. Maybe that was my perception, but it was a little disappointing not having anyone check in to help me with shoes and shoe sizes. In addition to the uniform clothing/apparel, they also sell stethoscopes, pen lights, reflex hammers, badge pins, badge clips, various tools, and white coats. All of their gizmos and gadgets come in various colors, sizes, and styles, too. From a conversation I was overhearing at the counter, it sounds like if they don't have something available or in stock, they can order it for you. I'm not sure how long the turnaround time is for that, but it's an option if it's something you need and can't really find anywhere else in town. They also sell shoes, shoe inserts, and some compression socks. The inventory and selection is very limited, but they have some shoes on sale. The prices are pretty comparable to most retailers, so don't expect to get a huge discount on shoe prices compared to most other stores. They do carry danskos, but only a limited styles and colors. If you are looking for more wild, colorful, and playful dansko styles, definitely come here, since most other retailers usually care the black or brown styles only. read more

Today, I purchased $66 of items including 2 penlights. I called back to get another DISPOSABLE PENLIGHT that worked. The young girl ("defensive Karen") on the medical side refused to give me her name because she did not have to. She stated that Jeri's uniform will not replace the penlight. It was the customer's responsibility to replace the battery. Incredible, it is a DISPOSABLE PENLIGHT which means the batteries cannot be changed. Really, I simply asked this "defensive Karen" girl to replace the defective penlight because it did not work. Why sell products that do not work? It is Jeri's Uniform that is responsible to provide products that work properly at the time of purchase. Talk about customer service, it needs work. This company should know the products they sell. The staff was super friendly . I was probably in there at least three times this last week trying on items and buying different things for my upcoming school program. They made sure to let me know they could order anything for me that was not in their store and their embroidery service was super quick ! Not more than 15 minutes on short notice! Thanks everyone for making my nursing school experience a little less of a headache. They've also got some of the local schools required embroidery already cut out for their reference so when you call for a specific program embroidery request, they already know what you need. Great customer service, the lady who took care of me took the time to check the inventory in the back of the store to see if they had any more scrub tops in my size. She also looked through the racks in case I didn't see any men's medium royal blue scrub tops. The up charge on the scrub top that I purchased was $13. The current price is $27 from Life Uniform and the scrub top was marked at retail for $40. I prefer to try on my scrubs before purchasing them, so the up charge is worth it to me to avoid the hassle of returning scrubs that don't properly fit. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service I did not receive at Jeri's uniforms this afternoon. I went in originally to look for maternity scrubs however the associate working did not even acknowledge me when I walked in as she was helping someone else which is understandable but we made eye contact several times. A new customer and their family walked in and the associate walked right up to hem and asked them what they were looking for as I continued to search the store not finding anything. The associate was then done helping them and putting back clothes still not asking me if I need help finding anything. Needless to say I walked out upset and empty handed. I would rather look online for myself than come back and have such an awful experience again. read more

They were not tight at all, the material was very thin. It had been less than 2 weeks and they would not exchange them. They were very rude about it as well. I have not shopped for medical uniforms in over 10 years. My employer provides them so why bother? I noticed a uniform my coworker purchased and started paying attention to the styles "out there". The company provided uniforms are on back order so I decided to go shopping in person to try on verses online shopping. I am glad I did! A salesperson assisted me. She was not overbearing or pushy. She selected tops and bottoms to flatter my apple figure shape. I wear an XL pant and a 2X top. She explained a bit about the different brands. She offered to order the additional colors I wanted. When I first arrived I had been instructed by an employee how to navigate the chaos to find matching scrub tops and bottoms then sent along my merry way. Granted, she was busy with other customers. I expected things to go well as she gave examples on finding the mates to each pice. "Find women's medium tops here, then go there to those three racks to find medium bottoms." Her best hint was that dye lots for each manufacturer even varied among their lines. That is so that if you have to have an exact match colors of bottom to tops then you have to buy both items within not only the same manufacturer, but the same line. Often I would find a scrub top I could live with ( I NEED a zippered pocket for my cell) but the matching bottom was either two sizes too small or two sizes too big, and not representative how it would fit me had a medium been available. Often a matching piece was not even on the floor regardless of size. I tried on colors that were not going to go together just so I could try on my size in the same styles/fabric. It got too chaotic for me to find anything. I felt like I was at a messy Ross after a good sale, so I left without any purchases. Advice: remodel the store, and buy only black tops and bottoms, one of each size out of every manufacturer and their lines that you want to carry and then have swatches available so that people can choose the colors for ordering. I understand that Jeri's cannot carry every color, and every size. But that mess was too much for me because I spent over two hours with no help (sales lady continued to stay behind the counter, so I would not get the assistance I needed on the floor). I went to another store after that and found tops and bottoms in under a half an hour. read more

One time when I was there and I couldn't find shoes that worked for me, the lady helping me gave me suggestions as to where I could find good shoes. This speaks volumes to me. Horrible customer service. I have never seen so many lazy people crammed into one business. I went there to order something a couple weeks ago and the person helping me didn't know the answer to a question I had. However, the person that did was sitting at a desk in the back of the place. Instead of getting up and talking to me, she yelled across the store to the person who was helping me. Fast forward to my next trip to pick up said ordered item. I walk in and there is no employee in sight. Well, except the person sitting at a desk stuffing her face. Not only would she not get up, she was just looking at me standing there while she continued to stuff her face. Didn't acknowledge me, didn't say a word. Eventually someone finally came and helped me, but it wasn't because the person eating bothered to tell anyone I was standing there. Oh, and did I mention the have eaten food sitting on the counter next to the register? Super-appetizing and very welcoming. I do not know how this place stays in business, the customer service is awful, the place is totally disorganized, and the prices are average at best. read more
