This worked out well for me. I needed 3 pair of Scrubs pants for a Hawaii flight on Thursday. One sole worker , opened exact at 11 am. Just two of us waiting to enter. This place is fine. It's a scrub store. Yes it's staffed by young retail workers but they were nice enough. I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. The scrubs are fairly priced and there's a large variety and selection. And they gave 15% off my entire purchase for nurses week. That's pretty awesome. Do note that it's no longer in the foothills mall. It's now behind the outback steakhouse. So if you're having trouble finding it, just look in a slightly different location than what is listed on the Apple Maps app. read more

Rude surly workers that don't even ask if you need help. Lots of polyester, no cotton Uniforms . Most of the uniforms only come up to large. I would've done better at Walmart. I'm a nurse and will not return here. Look elsewhere! Just the atmosphere in this place is somber. If there's a night shift, go then. Skinny chick doesn't know the meaning of please or thank you and she act as if she was bothered when I checked out to purchase two pairs of pants. Have always thought that the service was subpar but after spending $1000 over the last year, I needed a one for one exchange with no receipt of the company's own brand. Lady looked up my card found plenty of purchases but not the one I had in front of me. Was informed that without the receipt or the original sticker they would not take care of me,regardless of spending plenty of money and telling them I came there today to spend more money. Either the owner of this location has no desire to take care of her costumers or the employees are just too lazy to process anything if they don't have to. I got treated like a criminal. Got some cool scrubs on clearance and some supplies for a very nice price staff was very helpful when asked felt it was safe and clean with everyone wearing masks and cleaning. Definitely will come back highly recommended read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous with their return exchange policy. Get with the 21st century already. People loose their receipts!!!get over it and make the customer happy. Asked for email copy and i have yet to receive a copy of my receipt. Tags are still on, lost my receipt but couldn't get to the store in time to return in 30 days so ok I will exchange n buy something else. Nope .....that's a problem. Those young girls that work there are rude n follow you around the store asking if you need help. If I do I will ask you so back up. Attitude galore from them. Manager is very nice n helpful. I entered the store and NO ONE even acknowledged that I had walked in. I started looking around and asked for help and their was 4 people and not one helped me out! When I asked to try something on everyone just stared and looked at each other like no one wanted to open the fitting room room. They were all so rude it was unbelievable. Every time I go I get the worse customer service. If your not happy with your job JUST LEAVE. I go back because it's the only Place that I find petite scrubs If not I would never go there! this place is on the other side of town for me. i came here this evening looking for a particular brand of scrubs. i found the brand i was looking for, but they didn't have my size in stock. when asked about back stock, i was told everything they had was out on the floor and that i could call next time to see if they had what i needed. they have quite a variety of different scrubs and they are neatly organized by brand, color, etc. they also sell uniforms for cooks, but i am not sure what other professions they cater to. at the register area, they have stethoscopes and badge things, too. i had visited a couple weeks ago to get an idea of what i was looking for and the previous girl told me that they can order in different colors that they didn't have in the store. when inquiring with the lady tonight, she was really short with me and wasn't very helpful. she told me they didn't have a catalog of the colors or the options of scrubs. i don't really like when you get conflicting information from the same store! everyone needs to be on the same page. i may return here, but that lady's attitude just left me feeling bitter as i walked out empty handed. read more

They do have a wide selection of scrubs and chef jackets but when I went, the woman at the register did not know what she was doing at all. She could not do simple math and was unable to work the computer. It took about 15 minutes to get rung up because she kept having to call over another woman to help with every single task. Unsafe! Stay away! You would think a store that sells to healthcare professionals would take healthcare seriously but no. All 3 employees were wearing masks under their chin while many people were in the store and shoppers were near them! TERRIBLE!!! As everyone else mentioned, not one employee has enough customer service experience to greet people as they enter the store! There were 4 employees as not one offered assistance. The eldest employee may have been the owner and she had the worse attitude of all of them! She stood by the register and scowled at everyone! She almost appeared to be suspicious of all the customers. They only keep one size of each style on hand, so you have to "wait for a shipment" if you expect to get more than one top or bottom. Where to begin... I walk in, not greeted, I start to look at the clothes, no one offers assistance. There were 3 employees standing in a circle in the middle of the store, unbothered. I literally went into the fitting room about 7 times just trying things on, and not one of those girls tried helping me. Unbelievable. Tags and stickers were misplaced on wrong garments. I am so upset with the customer service there.... it's nonexistent. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, just based on customer service.
