This is the best place to buy soccer equipment in town. You can practice with cleats on artificial turf before you buy them. They only stock good products and have a very helpful staff. Certainly not the place to get cheap chinese imitation products. Having tried every brick and mortar within a reasonable distance i found they are very fairly priced (lower thab Dicks etc.) when you are going for the same product. Its really only the fact they do not stock lesser manufacturers items that eliminates the low cost floor of somewhere like Amazon or Walmart. TLDR: This is the best sports equipment shop I have ever been to. Couldn't recommend any more strongly. read more

Everyone here is super knowledgeable so you can pretty much ask them anything and they'll share their personal experiences with products as well as other peoples experiences. This is the only place in town for specialty lacrosse gear. Sure, you can get your starter sticks elsewhere, but this is the place when it's time to move up! Shooting cage to test things out before you buy and restringing, too. Bonus? I needed some new soccer shorts and socks. I usually buy online because I think it's cheaper, so I was a little hesitant to come here. I think I will now be using The Shop for all my soccer needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was also a great selection of shorts in a variety of colors and brands. Everything was pretty affordable too. I walked out with 2 pairs of quality Nike shorts and a pair of nice Addidas socks for around $65, which is comparable to what I'd pay online, if not cheaper. Although I didn't use it, I really liked what they call "The Cage." It's basically a small indoor field with a goal, so you can test out your gear before you buy it. The Shop is a great resource for soccer! (They also carry Rugby and Lacrosse gear) The guys are awesome and very helpful. They know soccer and they carry quality equipment. I have yet to be disappointed when coming in here. They recently moved into a bigger space not too far from their old location. Convenient location off of Campbell in between Grant and Ft. Lowell. Went in for the time today to get some stuff for my 3 year old who was starting soccer and the staff were very attentive and helped me pick up the right supplies for her. They had a soccer "starter kit" that included a pair of cleats, socks, shin guards and a soccer ball, all for $40. The price seemed reasonable, but then again I'm a first time soccer mom so I have no other comparison. Either way, I don't mind paying if I'm getting excellent customer service.
