In short, I was in a time crunch to get a single hat embroidered and the team surpassed all of my expectations. They were very straight forward and transparent throughout the process. I requested a quote Monday morning, dropped my hat off by the afternoon, and they returned it at end of the day on Thursday. They openly communicated with me between then through email and sent a .PDF of the mock up including the digital rendering to ensure the design was to my satisfaction. I requested a few minor changes such as font spacing and placement, and despite my OCD they openly accommodated my request. The job came out to only $10 which was one heck of a deal to be honest. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, quality and experience! Thank you so much!

Outstanding experience with RC Stitch & Sew!…read more After searching for the highest-rated custom sewing shop in Tucson, I found Jodi at RC Stitch & Sew, and I'm so glad I did. I needed a custom fabric panel sewn onto the back of my new denim vest before an upcoming trip, and although I expected to pick it up days later, she completed the entire job while I waited. Her craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were exceptional. She carefully finished the edges with a serger before sewing everything onto the vest, ensuring it will last for years without fraying. The finished product exceeded my expectations. The shop is clean, well organized, and it's obvious Jodi takes great pride in her work. At just $80 for a custom, one-of-a-kind job completed on the spot, I felt the price was more than fair. If you're looking for custom sewing, patches, embroidery, or alterations, I highly recommend RC Stitch & Sew. Excellent service, outstanding craftsmanship, and a genuinely wonderful experience. 10/10. Five stars all the way. I'll definitely be back for future projects!

The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful in placing the order and explaining about the process. You can bring your own items in or purchase from his extensive catalog. My guy used the catalog for his t-shirts and hoodie and pulled his caps from the inventory on the wall. The company logo (3 letters going from red to orange to gray to black) has a gradient fade and it was explained to us that because it was embroidery, the fade would look somewhat abrupt so it would be better to do each letter of the logo in a different color that looked as close to the original logo as possible. Went with red, orange and dark gray and although it doesn't look exactly like the image from the company, it looks really nice and clean and will definitely do the job. Caps & More Embroidery more than met our needs, they met our price expectations as well. Everything was ready within a very short turnaround time. They will really put in the work for you!
