I needed 7- shirts for a pre-wedding party. I sent out an email to 3 companies explaining what I…read morewas looking for and AZ custom tees was the first to respond. I was working out of town and would need to pick up the shirts the following week when I came back into town for the day before leaving again. I respected the promptness and even though I had never done business with them before, since they responded a full day before the others did I went with them (what a mistake that was ). I spoke to the manager Noah, sent him an image and explained I wanted the image with our group name in upper, front right chest/shoulder along with the particular event name on the back. Noah said he would work up a design and send it to me for approval. I didn't hear anything back from him for 4 days. I called on Friday afternoon to ask about the proof and was advised by the owner something would be sent right away. A mock up was sent to me late Friday afternoon with the emblem and group name on the full front of the shirt. I responded saying it looked good but I wanted it only in the upper corner of the shirt. They did not respond until Monday afternoon with the adjusted mock up. Asking "how's this?" I was on a plane when I received it, and looked at the placement and responded back it looked great. They said they'd be ready by my pick up time the next afternoon. When I got to the shop to get my shirts the girl working the counter pulled one out for my inspection and I noticed that the y's that appeared at the end on each word of our group name was mashed up into the previous letters and the wording on the back bled into each other. When I pointed it out we checked all the shirts and they were all that way. I told her I couldn't take them looking like that because they looked bad and this was not just for me but for a group of people. She contacted the manager via phone who mentioned that I approved the design. I explained I understood that but when they sent the initial design for me to approve the design was larger on the front of the shirt and the spacing was fine. It was only when they changed it to the smaller design in the upper corner that the spacing was wrong. I understand I was partially to blame that I didn't notice the issue on the revision but I don't think it hey noticed it either since I can't imagine that they would want something out there looking off like that. They finally agreed to reprint them for no charge but I would have to provide the shirts. I made a quick trip to Walmart to buy the needed shirts and came back to give to the girl working the store. When I did she explained they wouldn't be able to put the lettering curving around the graphic like I wanted because it would always space incorrectly. I asked if maybe the font or sizing could be changed to allow it and she asked what font I would want. I don't do graphic design so I am clueless about what font would work but asked if she could make a suggestion since I didn't care what the actual font was. She then said if they were going to make any changes to the font it would cause a delay and not allow my shirts to be done by the time needed and would result in an extra fee. Also I should mention, when I was writing down the sizes of each shirt so I could make sure when I went and bought the replacements I had them all covered, despite paying for 7 shirts, there were only 6 shirts, they never printed the largest sized one and since I prepared the order and the manager wasn't there, the woman minding the store said she wasn't able to refund me for the missing shirt.

Head on over to Caps & More Embroidery and they'll embroider it on any t-shirt, hat, hoodie or whathaveyou so all you got to do is look in the mirror! My guy's company changed names and he needed new shirts, hats and hoodies so he stopped in at Caps & More to see what they could do for him. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful in placing the order and explaining about the process. You can bring your own items in or purchase from his extensive catalog. My guy used the catalog for his t-shirts and hoodie and pulled his caps from the inventory on the wall. The company logo (3 letters going from red to orange to gray to black) has a gradient fade and it was explained to us that because it was embroidery, the fade would look somewhat abrupt so it would be better to do each letter of the logo in a different color that looked as close to the original logo as possible. Went with red, orange and dark gray and although it doesn't look exactly like the image from the company, it looks really nice and clean and will definitely do the job. Caps & More Embroidery more than met our needs, they met our price expectations as well. Everything was ready within a very short turnaround time. They will really put in the work for you!
