I requested a quote Monday morning, dropped my hat off by the afternoon, and they returned it at end of the day on Thursday. They openly communicated with me between then through email and sent a .PDF of the mock up including the digital rendering to ensure the design was to my satisfaction. I needed a custom fabric panel sewn onto the back of my new denim vest before an upcoming trip, and although I expected to pick it up days later, she completed the entire job while I waited. Her craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were exceptional. She carefully finished the edges with a serger before sewing everything onto the vest, ensuring it will last for years without fraying. The finished product exceeded my expectations.
