Awful experience, full of empty promises, would NOT recommend. The company I work for was trying to get shirts printed for a one time event we were having and graphic impact said they could have them done in a week. Many check in calls were made to make sure everything was running smooth and we were told our shirts were almost done basically every time we called. When it came to pick up time, the shirts were not only not ready but they had in fact not even started printing on them! At this point it was the day of the event and the shirts were basically useless to us. We canceled our order and they refunded us but ended up printing on 10 of the shirt WE provided causing us to lose money on printed shirts that were now useless. The owner offered to replace the shirts and weeks later, while calling and checking in we never got the shirts. I would not recommend this place, I had to call them every step of the way to make sure things were being processed or nothing would get done. Quote submitted, had to call to receive an answer, designs submitted, had to call to make sure they were correct/accepted, told me I would get a proof a day later, had to call many days later to ask where it was, called the day before pick up to verify pick up, was told they were basically ready and I'd get a call when to pick up the next day, had to call the next day to pick up, told we'd be reimbursed for ruined shirts, still calling to get them weeks later... read more

I have been impressed with Graphic Impact since my husband and I first utilized them in 2014. They truly are a jack of so many trades and have been efficient, cost effective, and extremely helpful every time I have used their services. In 2014 graphic impact personalized our groomsman gifts be etching names into knives we have purchased. They looked amazing and again the price and timeline were great! Now as an employee at a business that was seeking a sign for our exterior I thought of Graphic Impact again. I went in, explained what we needed. Kendall was incredible. She was communicative and wanted to make sure everything was correct. I always got quick responses to questions and the sign was installed recently. The sign looks great, the gentleman who came to install it made sure it was in the best place possible to be seen by people coming to the clinic. First off, I was in a rush for an impromptu correction on an existing product which was made at another local graphics shop. I was on a tight deadline and they were able to accommodate my schedule if I agreed to non-matching colors and fonts, which happened to work for everyone. The finished product looked as good as to be expected considering I got a late start. 5-stars for being the hero when I needed one. I was so pleased with them helping me out in a pinch so I decide to move my business printing needs to them entirely. When I picked up my product I put in a quote for a job I needed a few months out. They took my details, measurements of the banner, grommet placement, date needed (3.5 months out), name, number, etc and said they would contact me the following week with a quote so we could get my order completed. I never heard back. The following Wednesday I left a message to remind them of my quote. I never heard back. The following Monday I left another message to remind them that I would like the quote. I never heard back. Two weeks later I talked to someone and they said to give them a few days. I never heard back. After a month had gone by I called and left another message that I wanted to make sure we get this on schedule so we don't run into being tight on time. I never heard back. Last month I called and spoke to someone about the possibility of getting a quote and they told me I would need to come in and place an order. They were unable to locate my quote request with the explanation that since I hadn't followed up with them and so much time had passed that they wouldn't have my information anymore. I would leave 2 stars were it not for them saving me months ago. It's terrible I am without a local printing source now. Sadly, I will be looking elsewhere. I extended as much time with them as possible, all the while remembering how they had saved me once. My courtesy is expired. I am not sure that they can handle all orders in a timeframe needed. Printing is often time-sensitive. I can't risk not having the basic support I should be able to expect. read more

I have been purchasing signs from Graphic Impact for several years. The service and quality have always been top notch. In January I purchased 3 magnetic signs for my vehicle. About two weeks ago the the printed area started to peel off of the magnet base. I stopped by Graphic Impact and showed them the problem. I did not even have my receipt with me. They looked up my receipt and promised me replacement signs in two days at no charge. My replacement signs were ready when promised! The entire staff is alway friendly and courteous. I recommend them for any and all printing needs. read more

We had to get a banner made quickly for someone to pick up in Tucson AZ. I did an online search for places there. A shot in the dark. Diedra at Graphic Impact! helped out very efficiently and clearly when there was a problem uploading the order to their online service. She suggested that I email all the details and then she handled it. They did the job sooner than we requested and called the person in Tucson to tell her that the banner was ready for pick up. Seems like this company works efficiently and does what it says it does. The price was okay. I have nothing to compare it to. For a 30 by 48 banner it was $81. read more

I ordered a last minute t-shirt for an 80s party. Not only did they have a large enough shirt to fit me in stock, they were able to print it and get it done in one day. The price they charged was very reasonable. Nice to have a local place to print a shirt instead of ordering online having to place a minimum order pay shipping and wait for weeks. Had shirts made for my 4 month old and my 1 yr old for my husbands military homecoming! The shirts were exactly what we wanted and Alyssa constantly kept in touch to make sure what I wanted on the shirts were perfect. My only complaint was the darkness of the lettering was really faint. I got white, blue and grey writing on white shirts and I expected the writing to be a bit more darker than it was but other than that the shirts were awesome! read more

Our team decided to order shirts for a tournament very last minute. We took the design to Graphic Impact on Friday afternoon and they had a proof in my inbox Monday morning. The shirts were done Tuesday before close, just in time for us to take to our tournament. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. They will definitely be our first choice for printing in the future. read more

Too slow! I was told that my signage will be ready in 3 days. Order was made Fri and I called the following week Wed and was told it will be ready Fri. So Fri came, I was told it will be coming week Mon. Their reason was they didn't have supplies to make it so they had to order them. That's no excuse. You have to be more organized than that and be consistent with your promises. Finally, it was almost finished after over a week. I came to pick it up but the cut was not done as I specified. They were able to confirm my instructions from my online order, so another delay. My grand opening was pushed back which cost my business plus unhappy clients. THe color was also way lighter than I the original one I sent them. Think twice when dealing with them. You'll end up costing your whole business. read more
