A postal Usps annex with NO up charges to mail comparing to ups stores & other private mailing services . FYI I asked about Usps up charges on Yelp with no response , adding to tips . Many cards & packing materials and full service alpha graphics print shop . Happy to find this alternative to Usps on e grant road . read more

Rogo was able to quickly advise on file formatting, resolution, and sizing to get the graphics ready for print on flyers and a large format poster. Alyssa L was so helpful!!! I was in need of prints 4 -13in x 13in prints today. Another company could not help me today and wanted $43 to and pick tomorrow. I gave Alpha Graphics on Grant and Swan a call, explained to Alyssa what I needed she was very professional on the phone answered my questions and when I got there she printed them out in 10 minutes or less and the price was under $6. We have been using Alphagraphics for about 10 years and we just learned that our dearest and most loyal sign guy Eric was working at Alphagraphics. We were very much excited to start bringing in more business as we are always in need of signage, and we could not believe what our colleagues brought to our attention of Erics wrongful termination. Ever since the new owners Kevin and Lisa have taken over, we have had issue after issue with print quality. Not a single discount or offer was ever made to help justify the issues. We continued to return only because the service was fast and near our business location, but after hearing about Erics termination, we will definitely be moving forward with a new print provider. If anyone in Tucson has ever met Eric or been able to work with him, he is the kindest person and his passion/drive for success is a prime example of where hard work can take you. Our partners and colleagues are disgusted by the situation and we strongly do not reccomend Alphagraphics for many other reasons. Shame on Alphagraphics, you lost a very valuable asset to your company and lastly you just lost a customer of 10 years. read more

I recently needed a large job creating 120 specialized gift cards at the last minute, before an important event. Rogo, one of the employees at the Swan and Grant store, was amazing. Crazy-busy as they were that day, Rogo found the time to get it done, and even stayed an hour after the store closed to complete the rush order for me. Unbelievable service, always positive and engaging, good prices, the whole nine. This is why Alphagraphics will ALWAYS be my choice for printing. read more

I have used this location for a wide variety of copy services, some complicated, over at least the last 15 years. I have always been happy with their patience and professional attitudes and standards. Not today. After making me wait for over 5 minutes while she did invisible tasks, the counter person said she "couldn't" when I asked for a simple dummy layout and copy. I went to the library. I was willing to pay more and get fancy paper. You wasted my time, AlphaGraphics, and lost my business. It will be a while before I return. read more

I used to use this business for all my USPS shipping needs. This place went from being extremely friendly and courteous to straight up cold, robotic and uncaring. The old employees would often engage in small-talk with me and make me feel very welcome. Suddenly in the past few months I noticed none of the old employees remained, accompanied with a complete apparent "change in rules." I used to have my label's sent to their email and printed for me since their self-service computer had blocked the eBay website for whatever reason, and I would pay 13 cents each and every time. It was no problem. Suddenly the new lady told me it would cost a dollar, to which I was confused since the self-service cost posted was for only 13 cents. She told me the rules changed, and since she had to get up and print it for me it would cost $1 instead. I wasn't prepared since I had only the change in my pocket, so I ran to my car to grab my card. I guess the lady had a sudden change in heart once she realized I would be paying with card since I didn't bring along cash for it. She told me just know for next time that it would be $1 to have a label emailed and printed for me. I found it as a nice gesture but was confused as to why she didn't accommodate me from the beginning given this was a new "rule", at that a very nit picky one, especially when I could just email it to myself and then print it at their computer if I had known. No problem, whatever. On to the part that really fueled me to write this review. I came in again, printed myself, dropped change in the jar, but then realized I had forgotten my tape. Since I print my labels at their store, I have to apply my tape on after. They used to always provide basic Scotch tape, at the very least, out in the open on every table. After Covid they removed all tape rolls, and on occasion I'll forget to bring my own roll. I've only shipped a few things since they started doing this but one of the time's they taped the label to it no problem without saying anything to me. This last experience, I had the most displeasurable lady simply deny me tape and ask that I pay $3 for their roll instead. I explained I had forgotten my roll at home and asked if she could kindly apply theirs for me. She said no and her attitude was iron clade. Mind you, this was the first time I was told this, yet she insisted that she had told me once before. She didn't care that I would have to drive all the way home and back just for a few pieces of tape. Let me clarify, she was willing to lose a loyal customer for these few pieces of tape. The glaring soul-piercing look in her eye told me she took the utmost satisfaction in causing this dilemma for me. Don't get me wrong, I understand from a business standpoint that it costs money for tape. But what's more valuable? Several pieces of tape or your customer satisfaction and potential business. The all-around cold and unwelcoming experience I've had since their new changes has sadly led me to creating this review. The attitude here by some of the ladies is completely unnecessary. You're not running a missile systems company, chill out. This is probably telling of the actions up top of the company. Be friendly, accommodate some of your customer's, especially if you've just changed all of your rules. Most of your clientele I've noticed are elderly and require a lot of patience. You've probably already been through a herd of geezers before reaching me so I get it. But you can't be so iron clade if you don't have any notices up either. Good luck, you lost me as a customer and I won't be surprised if you lost others too. read more

Every time I go, I never get acknowledged. My last visit was a bad experience with the worker making rude comments towards a resume i was printing. Went today to give it a try and I was standing waiting to be acknowledged or helped and the workers there acted as if they didn't see me. I stood in the front and put my change in the jar for my prints and after a coUple of minutes I just ended up leaving. Won't be returning cause the workers and service just isn't it. read more

I do all my USPS stuff here, and nowhere else. This is where I go for all my mailing of packages and envelopes. I'm tired of long lines at the post office, when all I need is my local Alphagraphics. They have simplified and bettered my life with easy, quick convenience. And they do copies, sell shipping stuff, and are overall good eggs. My heroes for saving me time. read more

Well I have been thinking about leaving this review because I went to AlphaGraphics and had them fax a power of attorney to my mortgage company and my mortgage company is a joke because they didn't even tell me this right away-very vague but for a long time that they didn't tell me that they didn't receive two of the pages and they were the backside of pages well I called alphagraphics because it is not cheap to get anything done there is like ridiculous amount of money for copies and faxes and I've called, left three messages and not one person called me back about the mortgage company not receiving the two backside no pages and I just talked to somebody right now and they said sorry we're not gonna send them we will send them again but you're gonna have to pay again and I'm trying to figure out what kind of people what kind of business makes a mistake and then makes you pay for Copying and again I mean I have a business and if we've done something like that or something that doesn't make my customer happy we will make it right these people told me well charge you again to do I mistake over again and I think that is pretty crappy see I want my customers come back I'm not gonna tell them I'm not gonna send those two pages unless you pay again so I would never go there I will never go there again and the girl told me it was company policy to make you pay again if they make a mistake wow I'm like I bet you I will never go there again and I will be telling everyone else don't go there because if they make a mistake you're gonna have to pay for it!! read more

Excellent, friendly staff. Located near Starbucks & Bed, Bath, and Beyond I shopping center with Frys and other stores. Get lots of errands done at one location. Wells Fargo inside Frys. Best thing about Alpha Graphics besides their printing is the full service post office located inside & open same hours as the store. I like this place. Lots of parking too. read more

This place is great... with the exception of the very large blond woman who works there. She is extremely rude and always seems to be having a bad day. Everyone else here is wonderful. The staff is helpful and quick to help. If you walk in and the big, blond girl greets with her usual grumpy "do you need help?" you're better off turning around and taking your business elsewhere. read more

We had the worst experience with this company. The staff seemed "too busy" or "above us" to help with the printing of our wedding invitations. They did not return our calls to let us know whether or not they successfully printed. When we did reach them, they did not even answer the phone professionally, instead just a brisk "Hello?" They said they were too busy and they would "get to it". Then, the staff member didn't even know where our invitations we located. I do not recommend you visit this store. read more
