Twice, I have arrived at the store just after 8 am, when they say they are open online and on the store front, and have found the store to be closed. Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. We have used this UPS store at Broadway & Campbell for nearly 30 years, starting when it was Mail Boxes, Etc. The ownership changed several years ago, and I give the new owners 5++ stars for excellence. Not only do they provide complete services and support including Notary, the staff are knowledgeable, quick, courteous, and extremely helpful. One Day before I kindly asked her to do her job correct since she was NOT placing boxes to scale. 38 lbs boxes were 1.5 lb on my receipts in 3-4 days.Their LACK OF WORK ETHICS is the poorest ever i have seen in any UPS Store at both East and West Coasts since i have traveked extensively and shipped out from Austin, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, NYC, Newark, Jacksonville, Tampa, San Fran, San Diego etc etc all over. UPS and not weighing. 38lbs packages were seen 1.5 lb at the receipt. I told her to do her job correct. She fussed and gave me dirty look, argued about but i told her i won't call anywhere and expect her to fix this behavior, laziness. Today i said if my packages were/ would be safe since she was not making Customer comfortable with anything. She had again bad look and manners i said i wish said you smiled or said good morning. She said me had problem with her from day1. I said no but she still was not doing her job right. She doesn't understand What customers expect from her doing job correct like all other UPS Stores do. She called the cops on me. I waited for the cops to come 10-15 minutes. She is not only a unfit UPS employee but also a threat to the Peace of other people. I went in last Friday to drop off 2 Amazon returns that UPS printed the labels for from the QR codes on my phone. However, the staff member mixed up two Amazon returns (they put the labels on the wrong packages), so both packages went to the wrong location. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Amazon this morning trying to get this resolved, and still don't have this worked out and have no idea when I'll get my refunds. What a nightmare! I called the Broadway/Campbell UPS store this morning about this and got the same employee who had made the mistake. He was beyond passive aggressive and surly about the issue, saying "We're all human, we make mistakes, oh well, have a nice day" and rudely hanging up. I was polite and there was no call for this BS response, and a simple genuine apology for this enormous error would have been appreciated. This is after all what they do right? They ship packages. I get that people make mistakes, but how about a real apology and maybe not making the issue worse by being rude. I used to have good experiences going here but I heard they have changed management, and the change in customer service is pretty appalling. I saw another recent review on Google that said the same thing happened to them (where address labels were mixed up by UPS staff) and this UPS store's response to the review was to "Hey, we all make mistakes...Go with the flow." OK, if you don't care what happens to your Amazon returns and other packages you take here, then yes, go with the flow by all means. I'll be avoiding this store in the future myself. read more

The employee greeted me took my packages offered to add extra tape (for free) and scanned my packages handed me a drop off receipt and I was out! This is the best UPS store I've ever experienced. I mostly use their PO Box services. The staff is absolutely the best. They are so friendly and prompt. They remember me and know what I'm there for each time I show up. They also don't nickel and dime you like other UPS stores (for stuff like tape). They will actually check your package to make sure it's securely packed enough, and if it isn't they will add some tape to make sure it reaches the destination safely. Highly recommend! read more

This UPS Store is usually the best in town with exemplary service. I believe the owner is a lean blond woman who is always super polite and helpful. Today around 11:30 she wasn't there and instead I had a young woman sales associate with shoulder length brown wavy hair. This woman was just rude. It turned out that what I thought was a free return actually had a cost. Ordinarily, this wouldn't have bothered me too much, but the woman was just so antagonistic about it that it ticked me off and I took the return to another UPS Store where I paid the amount. I'm posting this in the hopes that the owner will see it because the owner seems really on the ball and would probably want to know if an employee was being rude to customers while she wasn't there. read more

Rushing in before work with a completely untaped package, with the label loose and waiting to be taped too, I was assuming I'd need to buy tape and get it all ready myself. The woman working there (by herself, I might add) welcomed me and let me know she would tape it for free, no problem. While helping three customers simultaneously and answering the phone, she got my package scanned and got me out the door in like two minutes all while being super friendly and sweet. I've also used the notary services here and it seems like all the employees cultivate this multitasking approach which is pretty impressive and usually helps get people in and out quickly. The owner of the store is awful. First she couldn't enter a a military base address (which I have used several times with other ups stores) and acts like it's my fault. My package didn't get to the proper mail room for 5 days (other packages took 2days to get there). Since my husband had been deployed out already the package was sent back. When asked if there was any way for a refund she acted extremely rude and as if it was my fault. Hung up and blocked my number. I had to call from another phone just to ask if there was any day she dosnt work so I can pick up the returned package. She replied "unfortunately for you I am the owner". I am a casual seller and use prepaid USPS priority mail shipping labels to ship things I sold. Sometimes I need to ship stuff on Saturdays. The closest USPS store is closed on Sat (even though its website says otherwise). This UPS store saves my life! It offers USPS priority mail services! People working in this store are super nice and friendly. Although technically I can drop off my packages in a USPS blue box and wait for pickup, it's reassuring to have someone handle my packages and check everything is done properly. I'm quite paranoid about losing my package or using the wrong box or incurring more shipping fees. Therefore, this UPS store is my answer to Sat shipping! This UPS store does not have all USPS priority mail shipping boxes. No big deal. It is NOT a USPS office after all. I have good experience every time I'm there. read more

I went into the store looking for Stamps. When I asked for stamps I was told that it would be $18.00. I was shocked. I just wanted 20 stamps that the post office charges $11 for but they charge $18. She did say anything to explain the extra charge. I was so shocked that I walked out. read more

This review has been a long time coming. I had a package "delivered" back in November of last year. When I arrived, my package could not be found. Everyone was super friendly and assured me they would figure out what happened. I received a call the next day where they said they accidentally placed my package in someone else's P.O. Box but it was on the way back and they would call me when it arrived. I never received a phone call. From that moment on, whenever I called, it seemed like an annoyance to them; "we'll call you when it's here." "The manager in charge of that isn't here, she'll call you back." (Nobody ever followed up) This happened for a month a half. Nobody bothered telling me that I could file a claim. When I finally realized my package wasn't coming, I started the claim process and by then it was too late because I had exceeded the 30 days. I understand people make mistakes but what annoys me is that 1. I was led on about my package being on route 2. I was never told to file a claim. Because of all of this I lost out on my package and the money I had spent on it. The reason I didn't write a review until now was because I barely got the issue "resolved" (by resolved, I mean the company just said "no" to issuing a refund) it's been MONTHS of having to email UPS and the company I purchased from. Filing claims, having to email to check up, replying to everyone, showing proof. read more

I just need to write a review for the job done at the UPS Store 1830 E Broadway 3/17/20. The woman helped me was not only very polite, but also very knowledgeable. She orchestrated the Pick-up Pack And Ship fo some very heavy and expensive speakers from the Tucson GoodWill Pickup. I was quite worried that something might go wrong, as the speakers had custom made granite tops and bottoms, making them quite awkward, and the speaker drivers are extremely expensive. But everything was taken care of as good, or better than if I had don it all myself, thanks to the customer service woman at 1830 E Broadway (I should have gotten her name). read more
