So if you have to stand along the line sometime remember it's not the front line people that are causing the problem. From the postmaster general to all supervisors get bonuses and perks. The other handicap has been handed them by a federal law that says that they must pay for their retirement costs including retirement health care in advance. So this makes them lose money every year. The eventual goal is to try to privatize the post office and sell off the most profitable part of it to corporate cronies. So you should know those couple of facts before you really give and evaluation however having said that this particular post office is a really clean modern place with great customer service. They have the typical things that were post offices have I also have a nice selection of little bigger boxes that you can buy and they have a really nice big card selection for that one card that you might need. I was happy with the attention and service I got every time I've been to this post office.

Today I had a bad experience with another male employee. I was sending off an important document and specifically asked for Priority Mailing with tracking. The teller checked me out and when I looked at my receipt after our interaction, my document was sent as First Class Mail and I was given no tracking number as requested. Unreasonable Print Charges - Avoid This UPS Store…read more My experience here was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others. I needed to print a single black and white return label (not Amazon-related), so I emailed it to the store. Normally, UPS stores charge somewhere between $0.15 and $0.75 for a standard black and white copy. But this location charged me $2.68--for one 8.5x11 sheet of plain paper, with maybe half the page actually used. I explained to the employee that this wasn't an Amazon return--it was for Babe Hair--but they told me it didn't matter. According to their "policy," any label printout, regardless of whether it's Amazon or not, is automatically charged at this inflated rate. Not even a sticky label--just regular paper. I've dealt with their Amazon upcharges before and now take all my Amazon returns to Whole Foods instead, which is completely free and much easier. I thought this would be different, but clearly not. This store seems to be looking for any excuse to upcharge customers. Bottom line: if you need to print something, especially a return label, don't go here expecting regular copy shop pricing. You'll get ripped off.

I heard the customer requested to know the price of each box to be shipped. However the sales person commented that he already has a total for the 6 boxes of $213. The customer was ignored of her request. She even indicated that she always go to FedEx and has shipped the same size box with the same weight to the same address and was charged only $30 each. Joshua looked at the lady and did not even understand that there's a big difference from $213 to $180 for 6 boxes. I heard him say with an attitude "more work for me". Later the customer wanted all the boxes back to her and bring them to UPS for shipping. The poor lady didn't have a choice but to just agree with him. Then he asked her for payment for the $213. After her card was charged he again requested to put the credit card back to charge another $213 because he had to reverse the 1st transaction without any explanation why a reversal has to be made. Then sales person would normally print each label for each box in front of the customer but Joshua didn't do it. Your customer service is so unacceptable. I have witnessed total disrespect and inefficiency of a job. This incident should be investigated by the manager and train his employees to be decent, be respectful and professional to their customers. He was not even wearing his name tag. The customer had to ask for his name. What a nightmare to see what happened - Sept 11. Joshua did not even made any effort to help the lady's request. It was like more of an entitlement on his part because he was at the counter. This place doesn't even deserve a one star.
