When staying in Tucson, we picked this post office because it was one of the few with great…read morereviews. Unfortunately their hours are very limited - only 11-1 on Monday-Friday. We left a scannable package in the outside box and it did not get scanned when the box was emptied. However, when we went back today to make sure it had actually gotten picked up from the box, the staff person was very friendly and helpful. (Apparently she is the normal staff person but was not working the day our package was not scanned.)

We came to visit Saguaro National Park which we will explore tomorrow. The birthday woman brought us safely here after a 6 hour road trip with one rest stop and one gas stop. Excited to enjoy Doc's choice for dinner. If you like south west decor and all manner of Mexican food this is a destination you might want to venture to.

Came to print out a document and after the machine didn't print it , 5 people standing around doing…read morenothing but chatting , one finally came and she pointed my paper in a different length , and walked away and no one else said they could help , a waste of time and money!! I wish the manager was there so I could speak to them because so many problems when I come , they never help out !!

Abysmal is the best I can say about the staff at this facility. They are the most inept,…read moreincompetent, & inefficient organization I have ever had the displeasure to have to deal with. I was not an inmate at this facility.i can only imagine how much worse it is on the inside. When the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, & getting a straight answer from anyone here is an exercise in futility. Something needs to be done. I waited all day for my friend to be released from court at 10am. I am writing this at 3:16pm. Let me emphasize, the judge ordered her released at 10AM. Tell me that the jail is efficient... Go ahead, I'll wait. If this is an example of the entire Pima County Sherrif's department... it is a wonder that they are catching any criminals at all!

Came for Passport Services not shopping/mailing…read more Arrived at 1pm as requested on my appointment (which is 15 minutes ahead of appt as requested). Walked in, excited (passport time! Yay!)-- was immediate snapped at and finger pointed back out the door to sign in on a clipboard. Whoops! Ok... no way of knowing that, but nbd. So I signed in and came back in to sit and wait. Was again snapped out to go wait outside. There weren't any seats and my leg is injured, so I asked if I could sit on the bench. I got a big, impatient NO! And was pointed back out the door. I was honestly very put off by my first impression, but once they called me in for my turn, I felt like they were very friendly and helpful. It turns out the inside is really sensitive area because of the info being processed-- so they don't want anyone waiting in there-- but there's really not any kind of signage clarifying that, so all day they are having to redirect people out of the room. That would be exhausting for anyone! So for anyone planning to visit-- don't let the awkwardness of the check in process throw you. Once they are helping you, they are quite friendly! Maybe just hearing that ahead of time will save someone else from getting upset.

Worst place to go for a passport as a walk in ! Worker set at his desk for over an hr with no other…read moreappointments as walk ins came and went due to their frustration. We sat for over 2 hrs almost as if he was purposefully we signed in at 1005 he took appointments all while we sat there with much time in between! Appt where listed at 930 1030 1130&1145 clearly its only 15min increments ! Tried to speak to a supervisor Shelia and she was unavailable as well there's no help the post office worker I talk to in the front with ear gages was completely rude and explained that they take breaks in the middle of work they will stop what they are doing and take a break no matter the line I doubt the passport office had that many breaks back to back!
