I traveled to the south MVD here in Tucson on Broadmont to handle some 'adult life western world' things. The bathrooms were decent. It's distasteful and I can't see why it's so difficult of a thing to remove the mirrors and other things but not clean up the walls or at least make it look nicer. They really just let things look bad. Scan your ID , or schedule an appointment online ahead of time, but either way you'll hop in a line. There are no chairs except for handicap individuals. Plenty of room for chairs IMO! I was very happy with the person who helped me. She was so attentive, clear, listened and helped. Thank goodness for a good human interaction! Would I recommend this place? Well ya, if you gotta handle things. But I'm not sure what the other places are like in comparison. I didn't take too many pics because it was pretty busy.

This is a long overdue review concerning Pima County Clerk of Superior Court Clerk Number 102,106…read moreon 10 March 2023. There were many people waiting their turn in queue for a county clerk counter. When my number was finally called i approached the clerk at my designated window, who seemed unfazed by the sheer number of customers previously assisted and still managed a smile and pleasant greeting when I stopped at her counter. She was very, calm, sincere and professional. While the clerk reviewed my documents, I expressed my concern that I hope I had completed them correctly and made her job easy. She replied, "Yes! She then went above and beyond by asking, "Do you already have copies of this documentation?" I replied, "Yes, at home." She replied, "Those documents will not have the County Clerk office stamp for date of receipt." She promptly took my documents to the copier after stamping them, made copies and returned them to me. I truly appreciated her demonstration of exceptional customer service and creating for me a rewarding and enjoyable customer service experience.

Parking everyone is pay for with options for street or parking garage. Most places you park will require you to walk a bit so plan for timing on all this. There is security walk through, so chekc our bags before and empty accordingly. The place is seemingly kept clean and well maintained. Including bathrooms. Security is present all around and also employees. Most of the time, I dislike my interaction with employees. They seem annoyed, uninterested and not very helpful. It's bothersome considering this is a government business, to me I would consider hiring bright, interactive and knowledge (about the system they are working in). I often wonder what they are actually getting paid for when my 'service' is bad and very little word exchange occurs, an underlying attitude and it's all discouraging. One would think that they want to create and inviting space to encourage people to get things done that need to be. But it feels like the classic we're gonna charge you and lot and leave you confused with several places yoh could possibly go to, look at or routes you can take for whatever you are doing. Rather than a direct here's what needs to occur for the sake of efficiency overall. Otherwise, not much to say. It's the usual expected experience to an extent here. But clean. No cell phone use in majority of the building so I snapped in areas that's seemed fine. There's vending and bathrooms.

I walked in without an appointment, was immediately greeted, put in line, and taken care of after less than 10 minutes of waiting. To switch over a title and registration it took about a half an hour, so in total I was in there less than 45 minutes. Extremely impressive. On top of being timely, the building is nice. The employees are kind and interested. Both employees I spoke to offered their heartfelt condolences. Just everything about the whole experience was 5 million times better than the MVD. There is a service fee--I think it was $35, but it was worth every penny. I'll be coming here exclusively from now on for all of my MVD related business.

I had the pleasure of her customer service skills and assistance during a telephone and e-mail conversation regarding a much-needed legal form. Ms. Yoder's attentive listening skills, during our telephone conversation, were on full display after correctly surmising which form would be applicable for my purpose. She offered e-mailing me the forms rather than my having to drive to the resource center to personally pick them up. Soon after our telephone conversation ended and with me providing my e-mail address, I promptly received the form attached to the e-mail. She also provided days and times for walk-in assistance, several links and other information about court procedures; legal research page; Family Law Free Legal Clinic assistance if needed; filing and filing fees and how to receive timely responses from the Law Library and Resource Center. This was a customer service experience that ranks one of the best thus far. For some reason, they keep your car keys and give you a receipt. Taxes paid with a credit card comes with a fee.. 20.00 per thousand. The process is simple and fast. Mid day, no line. I find humor in the facts the majority of my tax bill is colleges, schools and fire services. None of which I use because I have no kids and I live outside the city limits.

Not wanting to run into a delay and be late we planned to arrive about an hour before my scheduled time. We made good time on the freeway and arrived at 12:30pm for my 1:40pm appointment. Instead of stopping for lunch before hand, we went straight to the enrollment center, rang the buzzer and asked if by chance they could take me early. The sliding doors opened and we were in the waiting room. That's when we met the voice on the speaker. Agent Ballesteros! He took me right back and made quick work of the interview. He was kind and efficient. I turned over my passport and my Arizona Driver's license showing my current address. He took my fingerprints and had a few questions, mostly to verify the information they had was correct. I received a Global Entry information guide in which my new pre-check number had been written. Then we were done. I thanked Agent Ballesteros for taking me early and we were on our way out. The chairs in the waiting room had a few people in them by then. I'm thinking we must have showed up right at the end of their lunch break. If you're in the greater Phoenix area, don't hesitate to make the drive down to the Tucson Enrollment Center if an appointment time in the Valley won't work for you. Just be aware of the heavy traffic during morning and evening rush hours mostly between Phoenix and Casa Grande. Plan your appointment for a time that allows you avoid rush or come on the weekend and enjoy a nice drive. It's definitely doable and certainly worth the benefits that Global Entry affords us.

Interview spots at Phoenix airport weren't available until a few months later but Tucson location offered a whole lot more including weekend! Parking is available at the short term parking at the airport. Park near the entrance as the Global Entry office is near there. We arrived one hour earlier than our appointment time but they kindly went ahead to process. The whole process was about 5-6 minuets. I thought it took 15 minutes when I originally applied but their process was very quick and efficient. I was thinking did I just drive 2 hours one way for five minutes interview? But considering benefits we get from the membership, it was worths the drive. If you can't get interview in Phoenix, consider Tucson as your alternative.
