Website said open at 8:30, arrived at 8:35 to find note on the door that hours on Monday are 9-5. Driver licenses only by appointment. My wife and I went to Desert Title on Magee to renew our driver licenses. Isaiah was great. He is good-natured, knowledgeable and professional. The only thing that slowed him up was stopping to help his less-experienced colleague at the next desk. read more

I would leave zero stars but since you have to put something they get 1 star. I called the local number - it then transfers to phoenix (they never specify this) i made the appointment- take the day to go to the appt and the office is closed. I then show up a few days later when they are open, the place has 5 agents in there not one customer and I'm told they are too busy and I need to make an apt to change my name on my DL. apparently it's way too much to work when to help someone when you are slow and do not have not a single customer. it's easier to send people away than to help and go the extra mile fully aware they had an issue with your employee who made the mistake. desert title is lazy, they are the opitomy of the old "DMV" lazy, unwilling to help out employees- they do not want to help. The idea of helping me was beyond their ability, they want to sit and do nothing and make the customer jump through hoops for an apt. Worst customer experience ever do not go to this place the manager Jasmin is verbally abusive and the front desk person Barbara schedules appointments and then tells you you don't have an appointment when you arrive. Jasmin is also extremely racist so if your skin is brown or black she will not help you. My appointment was scheduled for 11 and they told me I did not have one and at 12:20 I'm told I did not have proper documentation even though I did have the proper documentation. Sold my dad's 2002 Chevy for under $500. Since I have POA for him, I took the POA, ID, and title to a notary to sign the title over. The buyer made an appointment at the MVD on Shannon and was told he had to have a copy of my POA. He contacted me, and--while the notarized title should have been acceptable--I happily provided a copy. He made another appointment at the MVD and was told he had to have an "official copy" of the POA. He contacted me again and made another appointment with the MVD. This time, I took my official copy. The MVD said they had to have the original! We suggested to the buyer that we go to Desert Title Services. They looked at the title, saw that my POA signature was notarized (indicating the notary reviewed the POA), took a copy of it for good measure, and handled the transfer. Convenient and painless. I had used your services in the past (pre Covid) and would have given you a 10 then. This time, there were 5 people (at least) there on the payroll. Music was loud, the girls were singing and not very focused at all. The guy who helped me was obviously not into his job,but got it done. I was disappointed that I did not receive my sticker then. When I paid, I paid a $10 "convenience fee'. I questioned this because I had to wait for my sticker. I was told my convenience was not having to go to DMV. Pffft, I left the office and went straight to the DMV to renew my DL. I spent less time at the DMV than I did with your staff attempting to entertain themselves. I sure wasn't entertained I will never use your service again. read more

Absolutely useless. I went in three times trying to register a utility trailer. Each time they said they needed just ONE MORE piece of paperwork--promise, just that one! Then they wanted to charge NINE times the ADOT fee for a temporary permit! Save yourself time and money--just go to the MVD office. read more

Danny was totally right. This place was AWESOME. It is one of the best $12 I have ever spent. You read that right, $12 more than it would have cost me to spend an afternoon at the DMV. I'll never go back to the DMV. The prices vary depending on what you are getting done, but I think $12 is the most they charge for anything. read more

I had to transfer title and register a new vehicle and was in and out in under 10 minutes. No wait, no line, no angry people to deal with and the fee was only an extra 10 bucks. They can't do drivers licenses quite yet, but will soon be able to. Save yourself the hassle of the MVD by paying an extra coupe of bucks. When you are heading north on Oracle you will have to make a U- turn on Rudasill to get to the location. read more

Four people are working on Friday. Of the four only one is working . The other two are chatting between themselves and the third is texting on the phone. What's great about this little place? I don't have to go to the MVD and wait for two hours! Sure you pay a few extra bucks than if you paid at the MVD, but as a working mom, my time is worth it. The two gentlemen who work there are very pleasant and efficient. What's not great about this little place? The lady who works there. She always looks at me and speaks to me as if I'm stupid. Wow, this place is AWESOME. I HATE the DMV (who doesn't, really) and the fine folks at Desert Title Services spare me the pain of going there. I drove 20 plus minutes to go to a business that is not even there! I called and they didn't bother to tell me they are now over by foothills mall. I will never use or recommend this business! Its been over 2-months and I have not gotten my refund from their mistake. They don't seem to care. I was told they would issue a check a month ago and now I am wasting my time to follow-up. I have dealt with this place three times. The two men there have been very friendly, unfortunately, I always end up dealing with the woman. Ignorant, condescending and lazy. If you ask a question she answers very short and snippy. She has given me bad info and has also given me incomplete answers that left me guessing and I didn't receive some very important info that she should have been very forthcoming with. It then cost me 2 trips to the dmv, waiting forever both times. Knowing I was new to AZ and not sure how certain transactions worked here, she really put the screws to me. Thanks for NOTHING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. We went to go get our trailor registered, and we had a temp 3 day registration that we took with us, and said we wanted it under the same company name. She asked for ID and we said it was for the company not for personal use, and she said thats fine I just need an ID, so we gave her my ID and she then proceeded to register it under MY NAME NOT THE COMPANY NAME! When she gave the registration back to us, we said, "no you need to do it just like the temp registration under the company name and not under my name" and she said "okay that will be $27 extra dollars to now change it back" we said "change it back?! you did it wrong in the first place!!" she said "well someone has to pay for me to change it." We had no choice but to pay it so we could get it on the road. We will NEVER go here again. read more
