I had a fragile item in a box needed to be delivered at a certain date between certain times they communicated with me very well told me a time they would pick it up and who would pick it up and they were on time they delivered. Had a 600+ pound hot tub moved across town. Great communication, showed up on time, and were courteous throughout the ordeal. I was surprised that the job only required two people but sure enough--after a little experimentation on the dolly/mats--they had it on the truck. Everything was unloaded perfectly and they were helpful to the very last minute, including helping me rotate the spa to figure out the best orientation for the electrical so I could better inform the electrician of any limitations. I personally witnessed them being incredibly careful moving the unit on to the truck, strapping it down for transport, driving slowly, and unloading it off the truck. All in all an excellent experience. I can't confirm that the tub made it to the destination leak-free just yet but I can assure you if there are any issues, it wasn't due to Whiz Whiz. read more

Moving is a pain! I was glad that Whiz Wiz was here to help, make this move quick and simple! After getting a few outrageous quotes I was glad to get a message from them about a good flat rate! I packed everything making it super simple for them to move everything out and even with heavy rain for about 1hour I was fully moved out of my old place and into my new place within 3 hours! They kept my stuff wrapped and nothing was damaged, I really appreciate their quick response and open availability! Hoping that next time I have to move it will be the last time, but I highly recommended them for all moving needs! They have a large enough truck! Date of service: 8/29/21 I needed a truck for a weekend move, I did a search here and found a few movers with good reviews and requested a quote. Whiz Wiz was the first to reply bank and responded with a quote! I called Steve back and gave him all the info he needed. He let me know a time snd we were set. Steve and Wesley showed up on time and were very professional. Everything was loaded safely onto and off of truck. They wrapped all furniture in either blankets(which they provided) or in plastic wrap around edges to protect during the move. I would definitely recommend them for your move!! read more

Steve showed up to give us an estimate and we liked him. But 8 days later we still don't have the estimate. I sent him a message several days ago and he said he would send it that evening but he didn't. So, he doesn't seem reliable and certainly is not responsive. read more

Steve and his helper lapped up every moment of time to ensure his hourly rate was met for the day. The efficacy in which he decided to move and prioritize things didn't make sense. Use a dolly and ensure you're only moving things once. It was so frustrating to pay as much as I did watching it move so slowly. One of my items was broken during the move and he never made good on fixing it. read more

OK, let's at least TRY to be honest here. FIRST: Of course you gave us the option of repacking the fully-packed truck. Why wouldn't you? You charge by the hour, don't you? SECOND: You charged for every single minute you were with us, so do not try to say you provided any unpaid time. That simply did not happen. Okay these guys are awesome they showed up on time and got the job done a half hour sooner than they quoted. They totally adjusted the price for being done sooner but they went above and beyond so I gave them the quoted amount because they totally earned the extra amount. They were able to schedule a specific time a couple weeks ahead. We were getting a new couch delivered and needed the old one removed beforehand. We were giving the couch to a friend. Said couch was a sleeper and very heavy. It was also too big to fit through the friends door so she was Removing/replacing a window to get the couch in. Whiz Whiz showed up on time, removed the heavy couch carefully through my house then through my rugged yard. Delivered to my friends house and delivered it through the wall where the window used to be all in under an hour early in the day so my friend could then put in her new window . Whiz Wiz guys were very helpful and priced very well. They worked us in with little notice and were friendly and professional. I appreciated the way they wrapped our furniture in moving quilts. The only small complaint was that when they moved one of our couches from the house to the truck, they dropped the cushions on the ground. But to be fair we forgot to warn them that the cushions were not attached. I wish them success in their business. read more
