I had a great experience with Barlow's delivery. They delivered my new oven from Home Depot. Carlos is especially friendly and customer service oriented. Corey his assistant was also very polite and helpful. They gave me time to clean behind my old oven after they removed it. They set my clock and showed me how to operate the control panel features and tested the timer. They let me test each of the oven's features to make sure they worked including testing all 4 burners on "HIGH" and even boil a small sauce pan of water to test how long it took to boil water. Carlos even saved me money. He informed me that the 3-pring plug was already included on my unit so that I would get a refund for the one I ordered from Home Depot at $25 and he noted that on my paperwork and returned the unused plug to the warehouse. I received a call 2 days before my delivery date, a lady informed me that I would be getting a call from my delivery guy on delivery day and that they would be coming between a 4-hour window of 8am-12pm. I also made extra sure they had my home address so they wouldn't accidentally deliver to my billing address. MAKE SURE TO DO THAT. The day of delivery Carlos called and I was away from my phone but he left a message letting me know they were on their way. They showed up about 20 minutes later. I had already made sure I had made a clear path from their truck to my kitchen and secured my pet in the room to make delivery easy and had cleaning supplies handy to clean quickly behind the old oven (broom, towel and 409). The entire process took about 30 minutes from the time they arrived to the time they left. I was so pleased I called Barlow's to compliment them to their boss. Just remember: our attitude directly affects a delivery person's attitude. I greeted Carlos with a big smile and he returned it in kind! And it was raining (rain storm day after Thanksgiving!) so their job was a little harder than usual, especially since my old school 1980s oven they removed was super heavy. Love my new oven and it arrived in perfect condition. NOTE: MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS if you have a different billing address to ensure they deliver to your home address. I am glad I did that because I read in one of the reviews that they delivered to their billing address.

preface this by saying I didn't know they were coming. Alliance Appliance did not notify me the microwave was received and that they were delivering it. 9:51 Marshall, Driver for Barlow Delivery left voicemail will be here in 30 or so. 10:24 Driver left voicemail I had 10 min to open gate. at 10:30 I saw Voicemails, no truck so I called Appliance Appliances, they said the driver is on is way to another delivery, literally 6 min after call and could not turn around. I don't carry my phone around waiting for a call, had I known they were coming I would have. Note there is a gate he could have walked through and walked 30 ft to my condo unit and ask for the gate code. I have heat intolerance resulting from MS. I don't use my oven as it heats the kitchen and the weather is getting warmer by the day. based on his voicemails and my call logs, he literally was 5 min from my house. what kind of customer service is this.

Two guys came and delivered our Fridge, Stove and Microwave on Monday. They installed the Fridge the Stove. Then they realized the microwave won't fit with the backsplash. They left our new microwave in our kitchen and then still took our old microwave away. We took down the backsplash on Monday afternoon, we called to have them come out again to install the Microwave. They couldn't come till Friday. Then today the company called and said they were coming tomorrow at 7am. I asked if they could come in the afternoon cause I have a doctors appointment on the other side of town at 8. So said they come out till next week cause we live so far. I told her that they didn't put up our new microwave up and took our old one, so all week we haven't had a microwave. We use the microwave everyday. So now they won't be coming till Wednesday to install our microwave!! Horrible service!!

A message was left on my phone with the wrong delivery information. I called back after hours and…read morethe answering machine instructed me to call between 8-5 to schedule a delivery. I called at 8:07 the next morning and the automated service told me my wait time was 1 min. Ten minutes later, someone came to the phone and told me the person that scheduled deliveries wasn't in until 11. I explained the issue to her and they were completely unwilling to help. At this point, I am working on returning the item. $100 for delivery and I can't even get it at a time when I am available.

The first time the box was damaged, and even though I said they should still delivery it, this company took it upon themselves to refuse delivery and not let anyone know where my package was. After a week of searching on my end and way fair's end the orderI had to be canceled and reordered. Then when it was reordered, they were days late actually delivering, they never called to set an appointment to deliver (like I was told would happen) never gave 24 hours notice of delivery (like I was told would happen) and informed me 10 minutes before delivery that they were coming over. I wasn't home and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, considering an appointment should have been made in the first place. They refused to reschedule delivery, saying I could either PAY EXTRA shipping, or I could refuse the package and cancel the order. I chose for them to deliver now and leave the $1000 product outside my house. When I got home the boxes were so large (its furniture here people!) that I could not move the boxes inside myself and my husband wasn't coming home that night to help. I had to get a neighbor to come help me move the boxes inside. this company has completely destroyed my perception of them and of Wayfair. The worst customer service ever! Good luck to anyone who uses them.
