I considered 1-800-JUNK at first, but I've always been willing to support the local businesses and these guys have great ratings on Yelp! So, I decided to give them a shot without getting additional quotes from other businesses. I booked an appointment from their website. I wasn't quite sure how the form area worked and just selected the category of "Yard Junk Removal" and added the rest of my junk item details in the "Custom Request" area. Just note that the site didn't provide an online quote as it only provided a booking schedule. My appointment was confirmed via email, which was scheduled within two days. I thought that was a pretty decent booking timeframe as I was expecting a week or more in advance. On the day of my appointment, I was called 15 minutes prior to their arrival. I was greeted professionally by a young gentlemen and then we reviewed the items for removal. He then provided me a quote based on what he saw and not by the list that I had provided on their website. At this point, I was wondering how he came up with this quote. It would of been nice to be provided a preliminary list of yard junk items (based on size/weight) with a general cost of hauling out these items. Would they have been selective on the items to be hauled away if I was on a strict budget? Regardless, I gave him the thumbs up and the two gentlemen proceeded to haul stuff away. Their removal process was quick and efficient. It took them less than 30 minutes to leave us with a bigger and more beautiful backyard. Both of the gentlemen were very pleasant and professional. They processed my payment via the Square card and I was also given a magnet and a printed sheet of instructions (nicely done) to write a review on a number of social platforms. They did provide discount incentives for writing a review, but it didn't feel overly pushed. Nice work Vista Clean! I would happily recommend you to my contacts if they're ever in need of your services! read more

*MUST READ* Owner is really racist, says the "n" word more than 'thank you'. If you're a woman, he will objectify you behind your back. Todd foster has spent time in jail and is aggressive. As a customer you can always negotiate price. Best quote from him when cleaning a place out after an older person has passed away, "I'm happy when the old f-ers die, this means more money for me". When you think you're donating? Wrong. He takes metal to be sold and has sold your junk at Palo Verde swap meet. Or keeps the good stuff and sells it for profit. If donating here and there happens, it's for a tax break. Most dump fees that are high are 60 dollars for them. Save money and just spend the 15 and do it yourself. Any minorities or gender other than male, expect harsh prices and crude things said about you behind your back. He's a terrible individual behind his fake teeth. Also, their company has damaged customer's property before. If used, be strong on YOUR price, think of them as a car salesman. I support local businesses, just not someone with awful views with the purpose of ripping people off. Edit: Regardless of past customers, people still have the right to know who they conduct business with. Even with the award, people have the right to know about who they give money to. read more

I am extremely pleased with Vista Clean's customer service and work this past week. I will most definitely hire them again for my future needs -- and anyone in the Tucson area should look no further. We have been in the process of renovating a guest house in Tucson, AZ and we had 30+ years of old furniture, books, clothes that needed to be removed from a storage pod ASAP because the pod was due to be picked up. I reached out to Vista Clean and told them my time sensitive issue. Not only were they friendly and understanding, they sent a team out well before I needed it, just to help me have peace of mind after living through a renovation for over a month. It was the right break needed at the exact time. The day before the job, I appreciated the call confirming the items to be picked up in order for the team to be better prepared. The day of the job, a great team led by Brad were friendly, fast and efficient. Many thanks to the other team members Jesse, John and one other fellow as well. I hope to work with you all again very soon! read more

As an elderly person, I never needed a lot of trash removed at one time -- until health limitations prevented me from dealing with a dumpster on wheels. Over a 2.5 year period, my brand new garage became a haven for a boatload of corrugated boxes, plastic, paper, etc. After reading every review at the Vista Clean website, I felt that I had found the right company for the job. After one phone call, Ken Ortiz (Owner) and his helper arrived at my townhouse within an hour! They listened to my instructions and concerns carefully and dug into the project pronto! It was very evident that they were there to please their new client. Absolutely everything went smoothly and thoroughly. Vista Clean is a small, family owned business in the Greater Tucson area and they truly deliver! I can't adequately express how much I appreciate Vista Clean and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Now, not only do I have my two-car garage back, but I have a professional and friendly company to contact when the need arises. Bunches of these read more

We were in Tuscon as visitors and had to take care of a very big moving project. We looked online and saw Vista Clean. We called them and within 24 hours we had made contact, developed a moving plan, and finished the move. They stayed in contact throughout the process, including notifying us prior to arriving. They were kind, courteous, knowledgable, timely, honest, and very hard-working, which was so needed to get this job done as quickly as they did. They also were very considerate of the expenses and worked hard to minimize our costs, which we greatly appreciated. They also cleaned up when they were finished. We could not have asked for anything more from them. In fact, they were above and beyond anything we could have imagined when we were looking for help as strangers in this city. They represented Tuscon well. Thank you VERY MUCH Chris and the rest of the team. You have our highest recommendation for anyone looking for this type of help. read more

We were looking for a company to haul away old junk from our backyard and wanted to support someone local. Super happy we found Vista Clean on Google- didn't even bother calling other businesses after speaking with them on the phone and realizing how easy they were to work with! They were very kind to rearrange the schedule to fit us in on a Saturday, and even came early that day (with a phone call prior to ensure it was okay). We had a huge, old arcade game that they took away no problem, and several pieces of old pool furniture. Very courteous throughout the entire process, asked for our approval of the job before leaving, and cleaned up our carport before taking off! Also, the job was considerably cheap and SO worth it because it saved us from the hassle of doing it ourselves! I will definitely be recommending Vista Clean to others and will use them again should the need arise! read more

I wish I could give them more than five stars for going so far above and beyond any expectations I've ever had of a company, both in the quality of work I received and the humanity they have shown. I had an exceptional experience. I called to schedule a fairly standard removal of a tree we cut down (there was a giant pile of branches in the middle of the yard). My life was flipped upside-down a bit later on when when my husband called me to inform me he's been laid off. I called to cancel the appointment and was told very kindly that they're coming out anyway and not to worry. WOW. When they arrived, they were super friendly and efficient and my back yard was cleared of tree branches and debris with speed and efficiency that was surprising. I don't generally write reviews, but I have never had a better experience with a company and encourage everyone to use their services. read more

We had a 30+ year old spa that was unused for years, looking old, and just taking up space. We are usually do-it-yourself people, but trying to break it down and then figure out how to discard the parts seemed like more than we wanted to tackle. We searched online and Vista Clean Junk Removal had excellent reviews and the best things - "local and family owned" and they donate and recycle as much as possible to local Tucson charities and nonprofits. Upon calling we were able to get next day appointment - Chris & Stephen arrived as scheduled and were done within the hour. Except for the now empty space you would never know they had been here . . . and that after removing the old wooden skirt and cutting the spa in half. Certainly not over-priced and well worth the money since they include all dumping and recycling fees. Heartily recommend without reservation. read more

I called Vista Clean to remove an old truck camper that had been sitting on my in-laws property for 35 years or more. They came out the same day; their crew was at the house within a couple of hours. Chris and Adrian demoed the camper in about two and a half hours. They did an amazing job, and a couple of very friendly gentleman. They were very polite to me and my mother-in-law and work very diligently to get the camper removed. The two worked to remove every bit of the camper and it's contents, and they also cleaned the ground where it sat. By the time Chris and Adrian were done it was as if the camper had never been there. They did an outstanding job, they were able to come out the same day, and the crew was great. I highly recommend Vista Clean Junk Removal. I will be contacting them again for a few more items that we need removed. read more

I made several calls trying to get some one to remove a decrepit spa. The prices I heard ranged from $300 to $500. When I talked to Todd, he quoted me $399 and he could do it within a couple of days. My time frame was tight, so I set up the appointment. I was given a window of time to expect them, and they called to ask if it was okay if they came early, which it was. I had been told on the phone that they would need to cut the spa apart to remove it, since it was quite large. When they arrived, they were able to remove it in one piece AND since they didn't have to cut it up, Todd took $100 off the price! They were in and out within an hour, cleaned up everything and even offered to scrub the cement slab that held the spa. I couldn't have asked for better service or more courteous workers. I am very impressed. read more

As it turns out, apparently there are some things you can't get rid of using the "free" section of Craigslist. My hideous old couch was one of those things. I emailed the business over the weekend when it became clear I wasn't going to fool anyone into taking the thing away for free. They replied right away with an estimate, and even suggested I could throw a few more things in and still stay at the minimum (my case was easy but for bigger jobs they will do an in-person estimate). They arrived on time when they said they would, and even took their shoes off... even though my house isn't that clean. ;-) Careful, friendly, professional - a great locally-owned business that I will definitely hire again. Much to my dog's dismay, her favorite old couch is off to the dump. But I couldn't be happier. read more

I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from Vista Clean! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. They arrived early for our scheduled appointment, which was a pleasant surprise. The team was efficient and streamlined in their procedure, making quick work of removing the unwanted items. What truly stood out, however, was their professionalism. They were courteous, respectful, and took great care in ensuring everything was to my satisfaction. I also appreciated the convenient text message communication - it kept me informed every step of the way. If you need junk removal services, look no further than Vista Clean! Five stars and a hearty recommendation from this satisfied customer! read more

It's not every day a mattress is replaced, but then that day came and I called Vista Clean to come get the old mattress. The owner, Todd, answered the call, and said he could have someone come out the very same evening! He also said if they get an earlier opening in their schedule they'd call and come sooner. Well --lucky day-- they called mid-afternoon and said they could come by in around 30 minutes. We said yes. About 20 minutes later these two huge guys showed up, took the mattress off the bed, out the door, and onto their truck. Between that and payment the whole thing took less than five minutes. Would I do business with them again: Heck yes! Would I recommend them to others: Heck yes! Ehud Tucson read more

Absolutely the best service of this type around! I had one huge piece of old furniture that I needed to get removed. I entered a request on line (on a weekend) and I had a quote and appointment for I that Monday afternoon all scheduled within a few hours. Two gentlemen arrived on time with a 30 minute advance notice and completed the job within minutes. Very professional, polite and efficient service. I will definitely use Vista Clean Junk Removal for a garage and store room clean out project in the near future. Fair price, excellent service, and professional workmen - I certainly am pleased that they are available for this type of chore! I wish I had known about them earlier. read more

Can't thank Vista Clean enough! Their service was very professional. On my first call we were able to determine the type of trailer I would need based on the items I had. They communicated several times to remind me of our appointment and when they were on the way. The two gentleman who loaded up the trailer were very nice and accommodating. They were able to take more items than I thought they had room for. They swept up and cleaned the area where the junk was piled after they were done, which saved me the extra work of having to do this myself. I am very satisfied! I will have another load in the near future, and will definitely be using Vista Clean Junk Removal again! read more

After seeing reviews for these guys I gave them a try. I am so glad I did! I setup an appointment with them over the phone and they were able to accommodate the upcoming saturday. They showed up early, took all the stuff I needed them to, and swept the garage where they took the items from. Very professional and totally reasonable price. They hauled away the following; full size couch with built in recliners, wood kitchen table and leaf, 4 wooden chairs, 12 plastic chairs, wooden snake cage, metal patio table, and a bunch of old boxes, among some other misc items. I would totally recommend these guys. Thanks for the great service! read more

I called Vista Clean after calling a few other companies in the area. The call was actually answered and I was immediately scheduled for some miscellaneous junk removal in my back yard and my home. Very reasonable pricing. They were there within a week and were on time. The guys were great! They went right to work and got things done very professionally and quickly. They even went above and beyond and cleaned beautifully the area were the junk was removed. I would definaly have them back if needed and being from Tucson myself, would confindently refer them.. Defiantly a 5 start experience and a 5 star company! Thanks Visa Clean read more

This is my second time working with Vista clean junk removal. Both times have been excellent, the team is really reliable, responsive to questions, easy to work, timely, and flexible with scheduling an appointment. In general, they provide a friendly service. When there was concern about not arriving within their scheduled two hour period, Ken (vista clean employee) promptly reached out to inform me of the possibility of running late. I appreciated the notification; and in addition, the team was still able to make it within the original scheduled two hour timeframe. I would recommend this company for junk removal! read more

We are renovating our home and had construction debris, household items and other "junk" that we needed to dispose of. Our steep driveway precludes us from using a large roll off dumpster so I called Vista Clean to haul it all away. The owner, Todd Foster, was so helpful setting everything up and Ken and his crew were on time, quick, courteous, capable and went out of their way to provide superior service. The cost was reasonable too. I would not hesitate recommending Vista Clean and I will certainly use them again in the future if I have similar needs. I would give them 10 stars if that were an available option! read more
