The driver claimed that they showed up at my friend residence at 4 PM. I was at the house at 3:45 PM waiting for them. They never arrived from 3:45 PM up until the time they were supposed to be there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My friend called around 5:21 PM to ask where they were and the lady told her that they were on their way and that there were no notes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we called after 6 o'clock, which is the time that they were supposed to be there by, the lady told us that they showed up, but nobody was here. Of course, that was a lie. I was at my house and no one showed up. No one knocked on the door and no one attempted to call either. No truck entered the property. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lack of communication was horrible![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Do not suggest!!! Got a call today after I gave them feed back and she said their gps showed them at the property and I call BS. At the end of the day, they didn't knock on a door that was wide open. She said they stayed on the property for 30 mins. Yet again, BS Ps: my neighbors didn't speak with y'all. Texted Junk Kings on Sunday for an estimate to haul away grass sod and concrete edging pavers. They scheduled an appointment for 8AM-10AM the very next morning and promptly called before arriving at 8 AM. Adrian gave us a fair estimate based upon a volume flat rate which takes all the guess work out of the process. Called the Junk King to have one hallway worth of carpet, 3 rooms worth of baseboards (the skinny little pieces near the floor), 4 trash bags and a dozen boxes leftover from installing flooring. Normally I would throw this in the back of my pickup, to the dump and be done. Seriously no more than a regular pickup sized load. Junk King were easy to schedule, arrived as promised and went over their whole "what we do and yada yada yada". Perhaps I am old and inflation is kicking in faster than I realize but there is absolutely no way I am paying $400 per pickup truck load. Their junk vehicle was snazzy, both guys were polite and had matching uniforms but $400 was a bit excessive. I will be loading this up and spending $10 at the landfill. Edit: I did load this up and haul it off, all in one regular sized pickup. I will call shenanigans all day long on their assessment of 3 truck loads. read more

Junk King is a great removal service! I was able to schedule and book everything online so it's super convenient. Even when I had to call, they were responsive. Carlos, Angel, and Alonso were our haulers and they arrived on time and were very prompt in getting to work! We were scheduled for a 2 hour block to have trees and braches hauled away, and they finished before the 2 hours and swept up the yard. Service is excellent! Text reminder of appointment a day ahead. The guys were on time to the dot at 9AM, and had texted me 15 minutes before arriving. Angel and Mark were courteous and totally professional and got everything loaded up somehow in less than an hour. I tried calling this place to set up some junk removal. I got some jacked up phone service that went directly to hold. After a couple minutes, an operator answered and so I asked him how they did their pricing. He said it depends on how much stuff was there, so I told him. It's a couple couches and a couple desks. He couldn't tell me a rate and said he would transfer me to service and scheduling. Is this that big of an office that they have to transfer me to another department to answer the first question anyone who calls is gonna ask? So he transfers me and ofcourse that meant being on hold again. After about 5 minutes of being on hold waiting to ask this simple question, I just hung up. If their service is this poor, this early in the game, I would definitely prefer calling a company that is more customer oriented. read more

This company was very responsive. they showed up on time and did a great job cleaning up from our construction project. Their truck which is new, leaked some oil from recent oil change and the owner of the company came back within two hours with a scrub brush and chemicals and cleaned up the oil on our pavers with no issues!!
