I was surprised that the job only required two people but sure enough--after a little experimentation on the dolly/mats--they had it on the truck. Everything was unloaded perfectly and they were helpful to the very last minute, including helping me rotate the spa to figure out the best orientation for the electrical so I could better inform the electrician of any limitations. I personally witnessed them being incredibly careful moving the unit on to the truck, strapping it down for transport, driving slowly, and unloading it off the truck. All in all an excellent experience. I can't confirm that the tub made it to the destination leak-free just yet but I can assure you if there are any issues, it wasn't due to Whiz Whiz.

Corey his assistant was also very polite and helpful. They gave me time to clean behind my old oven after they removed it. They set my clock and showed me how to operate the control panel features and tested the timer. They let me test each of the oven's features to make sure they worked including testing all 4 burners on "HIGH" and even boil a small sauce pan of water to test how long it took to boil water. Carlos even saved me money. He informed me that the 3-pring plug was already included on my unit so that I would get a refund for the one I ordered from Home Depot at $25 and he noted that on my paperwork and returned the unused plug to the warehouse. I received a call 2 days before my delivery date, a lady informed me that I would be getting a call from my delivery guy on delivery day and that they would be coming between a 4-hour window of 8am-12pm. I also made extra sure they had my home address so they wouldn't accidentally deliver to my billing address. MAKE SURE TO DO THAT. The day of delivery Carlos called and I was away from my phone but he left a message letting me know they were on their way. They showed up about 20 minutes later. I had already made sure I had made a clear path from their truck to my kitchen and secured my pet in the room to make delivery easy and had cleaning supplies handy to clean quickly behind the old oven (broom, towel and 409). The entire process took about 30 minutes from the time they arrived to the time they left. I was so pleased I called Barlow's to compliment them to their boss. Just remember: our attitude directly affects a delivery person's attitude. I greeted Carlos with a big smile and he returned it in kind! And it was raining (rain storm day after Thanksgiving!) so their job was a little harder than usual, especially since my old school 1980s oven they removed was super heavy. Love my new oven and it arrived in perfect condition. NOTE: MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS if you have a different billing address to ensure they deliver to your home address. I am glad I did that because I read in one of the reviews that they delivered to their billing address.

Called several times to not ony get told they had the item but they were refusing to deliver it, saying all the slots were filled despite having delivery scheduled. These people are terrible. I still dont have a definitive time or date. I asked for a supervisor call back to never get one. Update #2. The delivery guys showed up. The washing machine was thrown in the top of the truck every which way. They came in started to remove my old washer, and figured out they didnt have enough room in their truck to put the old washer, even though it's smaller than the new one. They wanted to leave it on the side of the street and when told they couldn't because of the HOA they got pissy and stated they had to reschedule. I was being told that I was being unreasonable by these guys for wanting them to take the old machine, and one of the guys wanted to throw down with me. Avoid this company at all costs. When they refused delivery they just tossed the new machine in without any cares damaging the machine. Update#3: Dee told AHS that they would be refusing to deliver as I was "irate," without realizing their guys were the issue here, trying to fight me. The agent at AHS was like yeah were going to upper management on this one because these guys are the issue. Waiting on AHS for a resolution.

There are a number of freight companies out there and very few have any idea what customer service is. Catalina Cartage is different. My shipment was incorrectly labeled as delivered by the host shipping company and subsequently just sitting around in Phoenix. The day that my shipment was supposed to arrive Ryan called and informed there had been a mistake and that he was very sorry and would keep me up to date on the actual deliver. Ryan went out of his way to locate my shipment and call the company which was holding and had it brought down from Phoenix and delivered the same day.
