So after saying that, I didn't necessarily need service because I use a self service stations. They're very easy to navigate if you take your time reading directions. Also, the people at the front desk are always willing to help whenever asked, and they seem to pay attention really well to everyone. The space is well kept With lots to offer. I paid $45 to fax stuff and had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for a receipt. I understand they were busy but my God. I am a brown man and there was another gentleman that was black. Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.

These guys are assholes. Walked in at 4:01 to ship a package for which I already had a label…read morepurchased. They said they wouldn't accept any packages after 4. Their pickup truck wasn't even there yet and they totally could have accepted it, but they just wanted to make things difficult. Editing to add that we drove all the way to the other FedEx, only to learn they didn't have a printer, so they couldn't print our label. We then turn around and head back to this FedEx. When we arrive at 4:40, we see the truck being loaded up. We asked the driver if he would take the package and he agreed. Lots of wasted time over nothing.

In 2014 graphic impact personalized our groomsman gifts be etching names into knives we have purchased. They looked amazing and again the price and timeline were great! Now as an employee at a business that was seeking a sign for our exterior I thought of Graphic Impact again. I went in, explained what we needed. Kendall was incredible. She was communicative and wanted to make sure everything was correct. I always got quick responses to questions and the sign was installed recently. The sign looks great, the gentleman who came to install it made sure it was in the best place possible to be seen by people coming to the clinic.
