I thought it was time to give a local company a try and I'm so glad I did! I immediately felt a good connection when I spoke to Lace to let her know what I was looking for. She explained in a very professional and easy to understand way how they could help me with the budget I had. Gabe and his team are incredibly knowledgeable about seo best practices and creating a strategy for my business. They always get back to me right away with any questions I have and treat my small business with as much respect as one of their big accounts. I highly recommend this company!

Are currently ransoming a website that I paid $5,000 to them for in an attempt to force payment for ineffective SEO services. Also, website was built using a website builder service. They outsource pay per click services too. Update: just received email from someone that an image they used for my blog is under review for copyright infringement Update: Inflated his original claim of what I owe him from $2,500 to over $10,700 - this in retaliation to the review I left on Google (above). *Note that, in this response found on Google (below) Gabe Carmen is claiming that his company does not use a website builder for my site. I am including a picture of the email he sent to me (see [*****] below) explaining to me that it would be difficult for me to access my website because of the website builder they use. Proof of a lie to YOU - the potential customer. **I hired Intoclicks in October of 19 and saw a steady decline in business from that point on. A few of the other Moving Company owners I am friends with reported increases in sales, and even asked me if I could take on some over-spill for them. Response from the owner a month ago It's unfortunate that your business was so affected by the recent pandemic; however, to blame us for your decline in leads is very unreasonable, as not a lot of people are looking for moving services in the middle of covid-19. We tried several times to setup a call with you to discuss the options we are proposing to our clients to help them through this tough time, but you refused to have any conversations. You even resorted to name-calling and threatening to be "uncivil" over texts. The fact is, we have completed everything we agreed to do and then some, even helping you with other matters at no additional charge to help you out. Additionally, until you fell behind on payments, you had expressed on several occasions how happy you were with our services and your new website, which was [*****] NOT built by a "website building service" as you claim. [*****] If the blog image copyright issue is true, we will be happy to help with this, but you have not responded to us regarding this matter. We never ransomed your site or anything else for your past due obligations. We were willing to have a reasonable conversation as business owners regarding your overdue balance and modifying your contract terms, but you refused to talk with us and your response was that we would have to "sue you for the balance you owe". Unfortunately, this review is nothing more than you following through on your threat to be "uncivil". You know how much our good reputation means to us and this review is nothing more than an unjustified attempt to hurt IntoClicks. We won't bother responding to all of your points, but we want to remind you that lying in online reviews is a very serious matter. Even after all this we sent you a letter offering to let you out of your contract, which you didn't accept or respond to. We care and work very hard for all of our clients and it's unfortunate that it has come to this, despite our efforts. It seems there is nothing left to do but no longer do business with you and send you to collections for the full amount owed. *Google review and response screen captured. Will follow up if they try to change their response.

This business advertised a remote work opportunity on Indeed, and instructed me to submit my information via their website. When I received an email THREE DAYS after receiving the automated "application received" message, I assumed it was in regard to the position....NOPE! They used my information to advertise services to me. Not only is this wildly unprofessional, this is a terrible method of marketing. In my personal opinion, there's also a couple other issues regarding the legality of what this business has done, as listed below. The privacy policy states that information transmitted for "order processing" will have emails sent for promotions. I never ordered anything from you, and I never contacted you regarding any business-to-business transactions. In my opinion, your privacy policy doesn't clearly state what you were going to use my email address and personal information for. There's also something called the CAN-SPAM act, which requires you to clearly identify that your email was an advertisement. This email does not clearly state if it's an ad or not. As I submitted my information purely for employment and have never had a transaction with you, it is reasonable for me to have believed this was an email regarding employment. Very misleading. There's a huge difference between commercial content emails, and transactional/relationship emails, as defined by the Federal Trade Commission in the CAN-SPAM Act. You should have "Lilly" look into that. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I was initially disappointed when I ended up paying double my first month with them. They told me that they couldn't work on SEO until they did the setup, but then spent the entire first month doing "setup" while charging me for both setup and SEO. That first month was the LAST time that my website was touched by them. I sent multiple email requests for an explanation as to why nothing was happening but no progress was made. I never received any answers to those questions. Finally in month 3, Joey Ambrose, Owner, asked to meet with me. He had every excuse in the book as to why nothing had been done. He told me that he got rid of someone who wasn't doing her job and offered to "double up" on time spent on my website to make up for it. I agreed, hoping that things would turn around as I really did need SEO services. One month later, absolutely NOTHING had been done on my website. In addition, six out of my seven emails sent to Joey that month were completely ignored. The other one received a one-line response. At that point, I requested a cancellation of my six-month contract and requested a refund of two months' payments. I was trying to be fair by not asking for a refund of all the money I paid them since Randi had been doing social networking as contracted. Still, out of the 7 things Go Web agreed to do on our contract, only two were being done, one of those being an automated report that was sent by email. Joey agreed to the refund, but asked that I allow him to "work for free" for up to two months to retain me as a customer. For two weeks, I checked my mailbox and never received the refund check. During this time Joey was not returning emails or phone calls. And of course he did NOT work on my website (as evidenced by the modification date that is recorded on each page of my website). Finally, my husband had to set up an appointment to meet with Go Web just to give me an opportunity to talk to them. We had to inform them that we were planning legal action if we didn't receive the refund. Joey did come in and give me my refund, all the while talking about getting together again to talk about marketing. I don't want to talk about marketing; I'd like to pay someone to actually DO the marketing they contract to do. Joey talks a good game, but there is NO ACTION behind it. This company is a complete fraud!
