I contacted people in this industry who belonged to chambers and networking groups that I was associated with and at the end of each conversation I wasn't satisfied enough to hire the person. In May, I met Jeff Landers by chance when he was a first-time guest at a chamber breakfast meeting. I was sitting at the same table with him and after a few minutes of discussing his background and my association, I had a feeling I was lucky enough to find Tucson's very best. I hired Jeff to cover my next event that month. He arrived early and noticed he was well dressed. I never thought to ask him when I should expect the video and was very surprised to receive it the next day. I cried watching it thinking about how incredible and perfect this video was capturing the memories of my event and how fortunate I was to meet Jeff Landers. Fast forward to today, Jeff has covered the last nine monthly events and is always dependable, early to each event and exceeds my expectations. I look forward to the monthly mixers but truthfully, it is the videos I receive the next day that I look forward to the most.

Innovative signs gave us a bid that was thousands of dollars. When we asked for an explanation we were told that removing the old labels would be extremely labor intensive. We were skeptical at first but then Anton did something I would have never expected. He said that we could save thousands if we removed the labels ourselves or hired some neighborhood teens to do it AND he would personally come out to our subdivision and SHOW US HOW TO REMOVE THE LABELS using a blowtorch, plastic razor blades and denatured alcohol! This he actually did for us; and now we're going to do the removal ourselves and save money for the subdivision then order the labels from Innovative Signs. I should also add that Anton also gave us a choice of label types and spent almost an hour explaining their differences so that we could select the type that would last the longest and be the easiest to remove. I wholeheartedly agree with all the other reviews on this forum about Innovative signs - this is a great company and I hope they prosper.

If you have read any of my other reviews, you know I am deeply pleased when a business understands…read morethe importance of Customer Service. What I may not have previously shared is how important I find it to support local businesses. I am very proud to be able to write this review for Signs Now here in Tucson, AZ. I dropped in around lunch time on Tuesday and was greeted courteously and professionally. Edye was very patient as she listened to me as I provided the details about the poster I needed. I explained to her that the previous poster was purchased at SIgns Now and then taken to another store to be trimmed to fit a specific frame and then mounted on 1/4" backing. The first thing she made clear is she wanted to save us time and money and see about printing the poster directly to 3/16 Foamcore. She was committed to making sure my request was understood and the best options provided for my project. We looked at different types of material on which to print the poster, discussing the details about displaying the poster and finally settled on Foamcore (her original suggestion). She asked about the image file that will be submitted and then proceed to provide clarity regarding the details of a suitable image file. We discussed the size of the poster and type of the file needed. Edye suggested I email the file for them to review and advised they would give direction for how to adjust the file if it was not suitable. I adjusted the file according to our conversation and emailed the file Wednesday morning. The design was very simple (mostly text on a white background) and she responded quickly that the file was suitable to create the desired project results. She set the expectation that the product would be ready for pick up on Friday (today - 5/29/2014). My expectation this morning was fulfilled as my phone rang just before 10:00 AM and I was told advised the product was ready. I drove over and when I walked in, I was greeted by both of the employees who were at the counter and then asked my company name so they could retrieve my order. The poster is perfect and exactly what I was told I would get. A few minutes after I was shown the poster, Edye came into the lobby and said hello, addressing me by name (World Class Customer Service). We spoke for a moment, I paid for my product, and then left there knowing that I would do two things. (1) Use Signs Now for all my future poster projects and (2) Post a positive review on Yelp with a link to my Facebook account. I was absolutely amazed to find they had only 1 review on Yelp, and that it was from 2.5 years ago. It was not until I found Signs Now on Yelp and read the "From The Business" section that I discovered that Edye is the Owner. On their Yelp profile, Edye's profile reads " It is my practice to be impeccable with my word, to be kind, and to always do my best", and I must say she nailed it and so did her team. A+ marks across the board for Customer Service, Product Delivery, Price, and Integrity.
