A month ago, I decided to revisit a detailing service and I chose Clear Choice Designs. From the moment I entered the door, I had that gut feeling that I came to the right place. The owner, Donnie, came right out and was the first to greet me. We spent a good 30 minutes circling my truck discussing my various options and price points. Donnie keyed in on precisely what I wanted to accomplish with the job and this in itself is a rarity these days - Listening to what the customer wants and not what we think they want. Within two weeks, my truck was in the shop and the work began. As a side note, Clear Choice will work on any vehicle regardless of the make, model, or condition. The work performed on my truck included: 1. Headlight Restoration with PPF Protection 2. Full decontamination wash and clay bar treatment 3. Complete Ceramic Coating 4. Donny, the owner at clear choice, was very helpful in explaining my options and when I told him what I wanted and what my budget was, he was able to bring the price down a little to be within budget. Everything about my interaction with Donny gave me the confidence that Clear Choice was the clear choice and I was right when I picked up my vehicle. They wrap the PPF around the corners and use high quality Xpel products. Everything looked perfect. The garage is clean and bright and the staff is friendly, and Andrew knows his business. We had a great conversation about putting a clear PPF over a color wrap to help extend it's life. We had our Tesla Y wrapped and were ready for a refresh. Andrew and his folks took good care of us. They removed the old wrap and installed the new wrap in less than a week. We chose to have a clear PPF applied over the color wrap. They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. We live in Fountain Hills, so it was a bit of a drive for us, but it was WELL worth it.

I would not recommend this company…read more I made an appointment through Yelp and scheduled my vehicle for window tinting on a Friday at 10:00 a.m. I was originally told the job would take only a couple of hours, and my plan was to wait for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed they were running behind and that the car would likely be ready around 3:00 p.m. They told me they would call about 30 minutes before pickup. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them myself. I was then told the car would be ready in about 30 minutes. I headed over and picked it up. When I got home, I noticed they had removed my dash camera in order to install the tint, which is understandable. However, they did not properly remove the adhesive stickers associated with the camera. On one side, it appears they cut the tint around the sticker, leaving the edge of the tint lifted. On the other side, they applied the tint partially over the sticker. Now, if I want to properly remove the sticker and reinstall everything correctly, I would have to risk lifting or damaging the tint. This is something that should have been addressed during installation. The passenger side looked fine, but the work around the dash camera was sloppy and unprofessional. I called the shop, explained the issue, and was told it would be taken care of. I was asked to send photos, which I did immediately. After sending the pictures, I never received a follow-up response. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and follow-through.
