I own a black 2015 Toyota Tacoma and I've wanted to restore the exterior for the past 3 years…read more Painting the truck seemed like overkill because most of the paint and clear coat was in great shape. I've meticulously taken care of my vehicle and over the years have become less reliant on others to take my vehicle to the next level. A month ago, I decided to revisit a detailing service and I chose Clear Choice Designs. From the moment I entered the door, I had that gut feeling that I came to the right place. The owner, Donnie, came right out and was the first to greet me. We spent a good 30 minutes circling my truck discussing my various options and price points. Donnie keyed in on precisely what I wanted to accomplish with the job and this in itself is a rarity these days - Listening to what the customer wants and not what we think they want. Within two weeks, my truck was in the shop and the work began. As a side note, Clear Choice will work on any vehicle regardless of the make, model, or condition. The work performed on my truck included: 1. Headlight Restoration with PPF Protection 2. Full decontamination wash and clay bar treatment 3. Complete Ceramic Coating 4. Paint chip correction and touch up My advice to everyone is to consider Clear Choice Designs before spending thousands on a paint job. You will receive outstanding customer service and a high-quality finished product performed by highly skilled technicians that you didn't think was possible.

Business name is very fitting, they are the clear choice for your PPF n tinting needs…read more I recently purchased a Tesla Y and wanted to PPF and tint it. I called around to 3 other places, two of which never called me back with a quote. Donny, the owner at clear choice, was very helpful in explaining my options and when I told him what I wanted and what my budget was, he was able to bring the price down a little to be within budget. Everything about my interaction with Donny gave me the confidence that Clear Choice was the clear choice and I was right when I picked up my vehicle. They wrap the PPF around the corners and use high quality Xpel products. Everything looked perfect. Donny and his team were also able to remove two surface scratches that were there when I took delivery of the car and on top of that detailed the car and did a 6 month ceramic on the house!

They quoted up to two weeks. I scheduled across a one week vacation and had to rent a car for the next week. It has blems and tiny bubbles. They said the bubbles would eventually go away. Two weeks later still looks bad, and the matt finish Isn't very durable. At $65.00-and-3-hour charge, very disappointed. I didn't want to give them a third chance. I wouldn't recommend this shop.

I was out of there in about 10 mins with an appointment for the following week! They called me a day before my appointment as a reminder and I had the truck back less than 6 hours after I dropped it off. Dave's work is PERFECT! Made this 21 year old Ranger look brand new. They say cars aren't museums and should be driven out in the elements, but I say, why not do both?…read more Three years ago, I started doing some research on local detailers specializing in ceramic coatings here in Tucson. Cool Auto had great reviews and many of them were personally answered by their owner, Cassandra. When I called for more information, sure enough, Cassandra answered the phone and took the time to explain all my options and invited me to see their shop at any time. I found her prices were fair and her shop was full of beautifully detailed cars and professional folks when I visited. I booked an appointment immediately. Over the years, Cassandra and her crew have expanded their offerings, now installing PPF and window tint to go along with their expert paint correction, detailing, and ceramic applications. Over the years, they have handled paint chips, door scratches, water spots and maintained my car's finish perfectly. Their prices are fair and they get the job done right, every time. It's rare these days, but after three years visiting her shop, I trust and believe it when they say they care about their customers' cars and happiness. I've brought the membership, I get my ceramic coating maintained every year, and eventually, I'll replace the original PPF on my bumper at Cool Auto as well. If you appreciate someone looking after your baby just like you would, Cool Auto is the place to go.
