Cool Auto had great reviews and many of them were personally answered by their owner, Cassandra. When I called for more information, sure enough, Cassandra answered the phone and took the time to explain all my options and invited me to see their shop at any time. I found her prices were fair and her shop was full of beautifully detailed cars and professional folks when I visited. I booked an appointment immediately. Over the years, Cassandra and her crew have expanded their offerings, now installing PPF and window tint to go along with their expert paint correction, detailing, and ceramic applications. Over the years, they have handled paint chips, door scratches, water spots and maintained my car's finish perfectly. Their prices are fair and they get the job done right, every time. It's rare these days, but after three years visiting her shop, I trust and believe it when they say they care about their customers' cars and happiness. I've brought the membership, I get my ceramic coating maintained every year, and eventually, I'll replace the original PPF on my bumper at Cool Auto as well. My grandfather, who owned the car before me, didn't even recognize it when I showed him photos -- that's how dramatic the difference was. They had really great customer service the entire time my car was in there. The owner was very down to earth, and it really make me feel very comfortable. They were patient and flexible with my schedule, and I really appreciated that. Once I finally got the car in, they took great care of it. I'm genuinely happy with the results and would 100% recommend them. I definitely will be coming back for the future especially when i'm ready to get my car painted that I can afford it due to the side fender paint that has been fading for some time.

Their engineering team and its respective engineers, Joey, Curtis, and Aaron, are incredibly knowledgeable, and consistently deliver 'hard-to-explain,' or mechanically complex technical information in a way that makes it, somehow, easily digestible. Matt, the lead for Crown's Racing Division, has an insane amount of knowledge and a crazy extensive background in technical experience. Especially during high-stress or time-sensitive circumstances (i.e. mid-race at a Radical Cup weekend), he consistently comes up with creative solutions for unexpected challenges on the fly. He and Justin do a stellar job of leading the rest of the race technician team (gotta give Rich a shoutout here, incredibly talented technician and mechanic), and the proof's in the pudding. Consistently swept podiums at Radical Cup events, month after month, and year over year. Just look at the standings. Whether you're in a Porsche Cup car, a Radical, or an LMP3, these guys have you covered. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Joey, Curtis, Ryan, and Ted have done such an impeccable job of creating a team-oriented and family-like culture at Crown. I have yet to get the quote but based on what I'm reading I bet it won't be less than $2000 at least. My dealership won't do it for whatever reason even when I bought the products and car from them. This job should be at least 2 hours to do. So at $200/hr which is high imho, I would be willing to pay that but I don't know what they would charge since I haven't received a call back and i have reached out 3 different times and 1 person visit just to be ignored. (Oh so and so isn't in but they will call you back.) It seems they want only high end custom jobs. Nice looking place though.
