The only issue I had was the initial estimate I received wasn't accurate as the house needed more time than expected and the job had to get split up into two days. However, I'd like to add that I was able to discuss this issue with time maid customer service, specifically with Prachi, who was very understanding of the situation, and came up with a resolution that ultimately worked out. My parents and I were very pleased with the cleaning, the communication, and I would recommend time maid cleaning to others!

Eco friendly products are great if they do the job. In this case, they did not. Our shower tile grout was "cleaned" and looked about 20% better than before the cleaning. Scott came the next day to fix the job. After he left, it was about 50% cleaner, still having discoloring and stains.
