I was out of there in about 10 mins with an appointment for the following week! They called me a day before my appointment as a reminder and I had the truck back less than 6 hours after I dropped it off. Dave's work is PERFECT! Made this 21 year old Ranger look brand new. At least on the inside. Haha! I'll be back and I have already given his info to other family members. Thank you Dave Damitz and staff!

The following day I didn't hear anything, so I went by and the car was exactly where I had left it across from the store front in an empty dirt lot. I went in and spoke to Pancho, but did not appear that he had any plans on starting the project. When I confronted him he told me he could start working on it the following week. When I told him that I had made an appointment and that he told me it would take a day, and that I was uncomfortable with the car sitting in a dirt lot he became defensive, then proceeded to tell me that his personal car was worth more than mine and told me to take the car back as he was no longer interested in doing the job. I can't think of worse customer service than this, and obviously won't recommend this business.

INSANE Stereo System I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra…read more1500 and sought to upgrade its audio system. My goal was to achieve exceptionally clear and crisp sound, ensuring every note, instrument, and vocal could be distinctly heard. I did not require a system with excessive bass that would be audible from blocks away. After reviewing online ratings and reviews, I narrowed my options to three audio shops. The first two shops provided similar recommendations: Kenwood speakers, an amplifier, and a subwoofer. In contrast, Audio 2000 suggested Audio Frog speakers combined with a Helix DSP amplifier and professional tuning. Initially unfamiliar with the concept of system tuning, I consulted with Bill, the owner. He advised me to research and compare the components offered by the other shops. Upon investigation, I learned that custom tuning is typically available only at high-end establishments. The Audio Frog speakers are specifically engineered for custom installations requiring tuning, whereas Kenwood speakers are intended as straightforward drop-in factory replacements, not necessitating additional adjustment. Bill's guidance was accurate, and within the same price range as the other vendors, Audio 2000 provided a significantly superior system. Upon receiving my vehicle, I was thoroughly impressed by the clarity of the acoustics. It is evident that Bill and his team take pride in their craftsmanship, as demonstrated by the reactions of customers upon experiencing their newly installed systems. They provide a definite WOW factor!
