The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. The staff was friendly. They did have a little trouble making a copy of the page I brought in since it was on colored paper. I settled for a copy with a little bit of a dark background just because I didn't have too much time, but they were willing to keep trying to get a better copy. The lamination was $3.50/page and 50 cents for the black and white copy.
