I've used this business 3 times. Good service. fast and friendly. However, Just a caveat, do not use them for international shipping or mail. I wanted to avoid the Post Office. I tried postal annex. mistake. The employee had no idea how to enter customs information on the PC. . Very stressed about my little 2 lb box. Was snapping a measure tape and making excuses in exasperation. It was clear this person didn't want to deal with a simple customs form, and seemed very happy to refer me to a USPS office. read more

I used the postal annex out of convience paying the up charge the staff could not confirm the per cent more than the Usps said 15- 20% but could not confirm exact markup . 60 cent Usps stamps 80 cents I was told . i think these people are just fab. every-time i go in they are unfailingly courteous and helpful. i trust them and know the info and advice i get - like how to send a package the most reliable or the cheapest way is always accurate. they are just the best. josh the manager is a nice smart guy - when you visit this place it is just like going over to your next door neighbor's house. recently josh told me exactly what to do when i got the wrong piece of furniture from a company whom he knew would make me pay a lot to return it he printed out the info i needed and told me exactly what to do - then he was totally kind about keeping this effing huge box in the middle of the store for at least a few weeks while i sorted things out. it's the best feeling to get that help... especially if you have no clue and you are often a total dingbat, like i happily admit to being. i am not exactly the most efficient competent person in the world and if i need help i want to be comfortable asking for it. it is anything at all -if i don't pack up something properly they will fix it or they will do something else just to help a dingbat. it doesn't matter what it is they help me. josh has the magic touch and knows who is gonna be a good employee who treats customers the way he does - for real. all of them in there are kind. my real life neighbors who go in there say exactly the same thing - when you feel like you are asking the guy next door to help and he is good to you, it means you want to go in there to josh's store and give him your business. they are all knowledgeable even the youngest staff. and it is a small family business - it just feels good in the tough world we live in with all the difficult daily obstacles we all deal with to go somewhere and smile at people who you know are super friendly and always smile back - it definitely brightens the day and we all need that. read more

terrible service..another lady and I waited and still waiting 15 minutes for anyone to be in the store to help. other customers coming in so it's not as if bell didn't ring. we could see their backpacks in back so at work. we are about to give up. will never go there again. Conveniently located but some days they ... just decide not to open? They're usually just a few minutes late but I waited nearly a half hour past opening today and no one showed up. If you need someplace you know will be open best to go somewhere else. ETA: Waited a few more minutes and they finally opened, a half hour late. I love this place. They're staff is always so helpful I've only had one worker who kinda messed up my mail box for a month but she wasn't there long. Other then that everyone they hire is responsible. Sweet. I always get my notifications for packages. I hope to keep my mail box here when I move possibly out of state. They have a lot of options to mail your mail to you once a month or once a week whatever you want. There prices are great There little store is so cute and it's never crowded like ups. My son got his passport picture there and when he went for his appointment to get his passport they would not accept it because it had a shadow. He paid $16 for a photo. That's their job. They should know what they are doing. Had to go to Walgreens instead. read more
