Also, the people at the front desk are always willing to help whenever asked, and they seem to pay attention really well to everyone. The space is well kept With lots to offer. I asked if I then go to several different stores to get an adequate number of boxes and he stated yes I guess so. Apparently It's a ship center that will not help us ship. I'm blown away and will use a different service altogether for our businesses. I'd happily purchase boxes if that would help but given the rigid stance and lack of customer care I simply cannot support and will pay more elsewhere. Customer service should matter. Not sure if this is a supply chain issue or what but you need to explain to your customers why they can't use your one rate boxes.

She repeated everything twice. I had forgotten my phone in my car so she was patient enough to allow me to put out my papers and get the address and then put it back in. She told me new trick. I had my mask on and she could barely hear me but still she was very patient. The place was wide and neat, with floor marks for social distancing. Parking was empty.
