So after saying that, I didn't necessarily need service because I use a self service stations. They're very easy to navigate if you take your time reading directions. Also, the people at the front desk are always willing to help whenever asked, and they seem to pay attention really well to everyone. The space is well kept With lots to offer. They don't read directions they don't follow directions If you call to find your package to get connected to India, where they're very happy to reach to you off the screen about all their policies , you also get to listen to on hold commercials, telling you how great they are. I asked if I then go to several different stores to get an adequate number of boxes and he stated yes I guess so. Apparently It's a ship center that will not help us ship. I'm blown away and will use a different service altogether for our businesses. I'd happily purchase boxes if that would help but given the rigid stance and lack of customer care I simply cannot support and will pay more elsewhere. Customer service should matter. Not sure if this is a supply chain issue or what but you need to explain to your customers why they can't use your one rate boxes.
