FedEx used to be the very best They could've deliver a package anywhere in the world overnight and they kept the word I used them for business and hardly ever had anything late Now that some companies try to send it to my personal address they hardly ever get it right I was waiting on some very specialized food in a box with ice and it's already three days late The delivery person takes a picture of it against the wall and a sidewalk I don't know anybody who lives in a wall or in a sidewalk!!! They don't read directions they don't follow directions If you call to find your package to get connected to India, where they're very happy to reach to you off the screen about all their policies , you also get to listen to on hold commercials, telling you how great they are. I had the worst experience with FedEx ever in my life. I don't know who or what but it became a nightmare just to get a package. I am a disabled woman who does not leave her home yet. They could not get that box to me every time somebody say they come here they lie they said I wasn't here. I said the business was closed. It's not a business at home.. I used to have problems with Brown and never had trouble with that but today they would. Yet today they stuck my package outside never rang. FedEx is a horrible dysfunctional company. I never use them but I have no control over which carrier sellers use to ship items to me. There is ALWAYS a problem with FedEx. Received an email from Ebay this Saturday stating my purchase had been delivered to my residence address. It was nowhere to be seen. No knock on my door. No message on the door. Nothing in the apartment package bins. I go to their website and it is a horrible website full of useless deadend links and marketing propaganda. It contains nothing resembling customer service. They obviously don't want you to make live human contact with them. Very hard to find a local phone number. The only number is an 800 number with a very poor broken connection with an electronic bot robot on the other end that keeps repeating herself in a vicious circle and then disconnects. I finally located an evidence photo of my package delivered and dropped off in front of a door that bears no resemblance to my door and front entrance. Fed Ex is the worst carrier of them all. Originally my order was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Thursday morning I get a notification of delivery date change and now is supposed to be delivered on Thursday by 11am. After 11 am delivery time was changed to 3pm and then to 4:45 pm and then to end of day. So after waiting all day there was no delivery. At 3:40 am, Fed Ex tracking sends an email that delivery will now be on Friday between 11am and 3pm. After 3pm delivery is now changed to "by end of day". Delivery finally comes by 5pm. Driver drops the package in front of my door in sight of all who pass by rather than placing it behind and 4' pillar on my porch which would have also saved him a few steps. USPS and UPS almost always deliver at the date and time specified. Amazon will let you follow the final stops before delivery. Fed Ex almost always is late and will not hide the package as the other carriers do. Unfortunately I cannot choose my carrier when I order or I would never use Fed Ex again. read more

Fed ex drivers are careless delivering your packages! That's WHEN they deliver them. They leave them wherever they want then LIE about it being delivered to you. I was home the day it says delivered and absolutely NO delivery was ever made to my address! Gate was open and Driver lied and said gate was closed but he delivered it there. Because of the driver marking it delivered Fed ex refuses to do ANYTHING! After being told by Walmart that I HAD to return my item through Fedex I wasn't looking forward to the hassle of dealing with Fedex for a return without a box for my large item. I dealt with a guy named George I believe (that's what his co-workers kept calling him) He was the MOST helpful person ever! I was originally going to purchase a box and packing peanuts for the item but George went out of his way and found me a box and packing accessories at no cost! He was super friendly and went out of his way to help me!! His coworkers were ribbing him about it a bit but I made it a point to let them know he was going beyond the job description to help me and that I thought that he had done an incredible job helping me out! Fed Ex requires a signature to deliver. No exceptions. I went online to their website to "Manage Delivery ". Trying to get Fed Ex to deliver after 5 pm when I am home. Their website doesn't work at all . After you click on Manage Delivery, they have to send you a verification code that never comes, so you can never manage your delivery. when you call them, they will not help you at all and refer you to the website tell you there is nothing they can do. Even the shipper contacted them to remove the signature requirement. Fed Ex would not. Completely deficient company that has really disintegrated from its former self. I ordered an item and it was to be delivered on a Monday at the end of business. Well Monday came and went and no package. Then I get an update my item will be delivered at end of business on Thursday!!! Here's the irony my package should have got to me on Monday by the end of business since it was in freaking Phoenix. Roughly 100 miles away from me. Yet the jack hole driver just places it at my door doesn't knock to tell me it is at my door. If I hadn't gone outside I wouldn't have known it was there. I'd give 0 zeros, if I could. In summary, driver lied about attempting to pick up my package, customer service representative hung up on me, and appeared to have blocked my phone number. I scheduled a pickup for a return through Fedex's online services, given a confirmation number, and was told my window for pickup was from 8 am to 8 pm on Saturday, 08/15/20. In the special instructions section, I had requested a phone call or text at least 15 minutes prior to pickup. On the day of expected pickup, I did not receive a call, text, or even knock at the door to alert me of the driver's arrival. Since the return item is valued at over $500, I did not feel comfortable leaving it outside. Due to COVID-19 precautions, I understand that driver's may not be able to come inside or interact face-to-face in a close manner. However, the driver did not even attempt to knock on the door. Approximately 8:15 pm, I tried to call the customer service phone number to check on the status of pickup and was treated with the most unprofessional automated service, with no option to speak with a live person, without first choosing a service I did not want. When I finally got a hold of a live person to speak with, the representative notified me that the driver stated he had already attempted to pick up my return item. The representative stated he would make a note that the driver failed to pick up the item, but blamed me for not placing the expensive item outside my door for entire day. This representative was also quite unprofessional with his action to abruptly hang up on me. I attempted to call back several times, but the automated service continually hung up on calls. With no other options left, I am forced to re-schedule another return pick-up, but this time, with more detailed pick-up instructions that will most likely go ignored by the driver and company as a whole. Feeling frustrated by the lack of basic decency and respect, I hope to never have to succumb to using FedEx for any of my future delivery/ pick-up needs. Please do yourself a favor: use my situation as a learning lesson, and choose another delivery service. read more

My boyfriend and I stood in there for 20 minutes and a fed ex guy who was dropping off packages had to go knock on the door and get her to help us. He was apologizing to us and he didn't even work there. Nadiene was rude to him and us. She had her mask also pulled down only covering her mask. We stood back because of her mask and she told us "come on and get up here I have things to do" She sent us to another fed ex saying that she couldn't scan the QR code but honestly she didn't want to help. They allow their drivers to be lazy and just say that they attempted a delivery or that they can just change the delivery to the next day because they get overwhelmed and don't want to delivery when they should. This business is trash. I am always at an inconvienience with this company and their trash delivery setups. I miss the delivery either because I am in the shower or I dont hear him ring the doorbell, he just leaves. I call the operator to see if I can pick it up myself sometime tonight and the person tells me no. See, I wouldnt have a problem if I missed my package and it was my fault, but I have an issue with the fact that I dont get to choose if they can just leave it on my door step or not. Lied about delivery attempt, required me to pick up. I received an Amazon notice saying delivery was attempted while I was sitting 15ft from the door. No one knocked or rang bell. I went to the door and found a sticker saying the FedEx driver had attempted delivery. I can only imagine the driver couldn't find the package in the truck and needed to stay on a tight timeline. FedEx online status said "Delivery attempted, business closed." (Address is residential, not a business). I called FedEx, they said they would not deliver next day. I had to drive across town to pick it up. If the package is delayed, fine. If the driver can't find it or the shop failed to load it on the truck, fine. Just don't lie about attempting delivery. This looks like an attempt to appear to shipper that delivery attempt was made on time when there was no attempt at all. I'll be choosing UPS or other shipper whenever possible. I likely will not buy from shipper that only uses FedEx. read more

I had a package sent Wednesday for overnight Thursday priority mail. It was never delivered but they promised it would get there Thursday afternoon. That never happened and then they promised it would get there Friday morning and that never happened, and they promised by the end of the day Friday, and that never happened, and then they promised it would get there Saturday morning priority mail OF COURSE that never happened and then since the person was going home for Christmas they promised Saturday it would go overnight to Illinois and be there priority Monday morning! NEVER happened! I spoke to the manager, I spoke to supervisors, and everyone told me stories of the package! I assume the package was lost but I've never heard back from federal express!They are also impossible to get a hold of because federal express will only give you the 800-number not the local branch number!
