I had a pendant 3D printed and I wanted some bling on it. I Googled bling in Tucson, and I found their store. Unfortunately, the 3D print came very late for when I needed it. I drove to their store and asked if they would be able to take my project on such short notice. Not only did they take it on, they worked over the weekend and delivered it on Monday! This was no small project by the way. It involved hand placing and gluing a TON of very small rhinestones. I would have settled for just getting some on the pendant, but no. They did the whole thing and it far exceeded my expectations. On top of great quality work, they were super fun and funny. I spent extra time just chatting football and talking about the NFL Draft. Our organizations experience with this company was very mixed. First of all, the shirts turned out…read morereally beautifully, and we had a fairly large, complex order. So the good thing is that they were exactly what we wanted. However, we needed these shirts for a specific event. The week leading up to the event, we repeatedly asked if the shirts would be delivered or if they would need to be picked up. It was hard to get a straight answer, but finally they told us they would have them delivered on Friday, the day before the event. We call and pay with a card (which incurred an additional fee) and waited.! Well, Friday at 3 rolls around, and no shirts. We call, and they tells us they can't deliver anymore, but we can pick them up, or they can deliver next week. So, one of our committee members drives to go pick them up, and the owner or whoever says, "I was just about to email to let you know we couldn't deliver it." I'm sorry, you can't email someone at 3pm to let them know the delivery isn't going to happen if you close at 5. And if we were going to pick up anyway, we could have paid by check and not incurred the credit card fee. Overall, the shirts were good, but I don't believe we will be using this place again because of the miscommunication in the delivery and payment process.
