The store is very small and if you need any XS sizes they'll have to be ordered. They also don't appear to keep a lot in stock so most likely you'll end up having to have items ordered anyways. I was informed that my ordered scrubs would arrive in about one week. After 2 weeks of waiting I finally called them back and inquired about my order. They said that they had called a week earlier and left a message, however I never received anything from them. So obviously I was a little annoyed heading in to pickup my order and I was then informed that they hadn't ordered my complete set of scrubs - their fault since I actually paid for the complete set when I first ordered. So I asked if I could just return the bottoms since they had forgotten to order the top and they informed me that since they had ordered them that they couldn't offer me a refund (even though they had messed up the order). I was then offered a refund for the top they had forgotten to order, but when I checked how much they refunded me it was actually $1 less than I had paid for the item I never received. Overall very disappointed and will not be returning to purchase scrubs at this location. Despite the decent prices, it's not worth the hassle of poor customer service.

I requested a quote Monday morning, dropped my hat off by the afternoon, and they returned it at end of the day on Thursday. They openly communicated with me between then through email and sent a .PDF of the mock up including the digital rendering to ensure the design was to my satisfaction. I had huge size variances I needed to cover for both men and ladies and had wacky color requirements.
