Went there 2 days ago to exchange a tote bag that was defected. When I entered they greeted me kindly, and the girl that made the exchange was extremely nice and she even said I looked cute on my ID picture. Let me start off I love Lululemon, probably consists of 50% of my everyday wear.... They have an amazing product that they stand by. Which is not common in this age of cheap disposable clothing. I definitely prefer to spend money on something that will last. I do most of my shopping on their website... But on occasion I want an item sooner or want to see a new product. The staff is just rude and unfriendly at this location, maybe because I'm a 30 something with kids. Idk. I have been in this location maybe 10 times and it's always the same. If I have questions, they seem like I'm not worth their time. I have been to several other locations and it's completely different. Staff is overly friendly, extremely helpful (but not so much they crowd you) so I'm very disappointed that my location is not the same atmosphere. I'm not one to splurge on athleisure wear, but when I do, it's lululemon, and I can honestly say it's one of those true splurges, and I love it! And I've had fantastic service each and every time, and even so that I purchased a pair of pants from from a store in California, and I was able to bring those in and got them hemmed for free! I dislike even walking in to the La Encantada location. The female sales people are over bearing and rude. The guys have been much better for some reason. I despise their stupid programmed question of what do you do to work out. My husband hated it as well. You feel obligated to give them some kind of resume and I work out a lot, with and without a trainer but what business is it if theirs. I bought a sports bra a while back to see if it would go with a top I bought from a different place. It didn't work. I returned it 24 hours later with tags on and my receipt. The sales person takes it out and gives it this immense inspection as if I might try to return damaged merchandise or something and then looks at me and asks me what's wrong with it? Seriously. I wanted to slap her. Does it really matter. Do I not get to return it 24 hours later in perfect condition with the tags on and a receipt if my reason is not good enough or something? Two days ago I was in there with my husband and we purchased over $200 worth of items. One of the women sales people was hacking her head off with some flu or cold bug. I went to hang up a pair of sales pants I had showed to my husband but he did not want to try on. I literally had my hand 12 inches from putting it back on the sale rack exactly where I got it and the hacking sales person intervened and says "Oh, I can take that from you". Once again, they have a special way of ticking me off. I said to her it goes right there but if you want it, here you go. She said, "well, we don't want you to have to do any work". On quality, I would say it's mixed. I have a top that says gentle wash and dry flat. I have to hand wash it because the fabric comes out with snags if I use the washer in I go there as little as possible and look to places like REI for my gear where they are wonderful to work with. Now there is a new exercise wear store at La Encantada. I will be trying that out. Lulu execs need to figure out their customer service model. Perhaps they should take a field trip to Quiktrip. It's a gas station and convenience store. How much more min wage can you get but their customer service is second to none. Their people are absolutely amazing. I recently went into Lululemon to get my leggings stitched, which has never been a problem in the past and the employees were absolutely unhelpful and rude. They didn't even offer to help me and suggested that I go to a tailor to get my leggings stitched up. This is the most unhelpful Lululemon I have ever been to and I had to drive up to Scottsdale Quarter where the employees were absolutely delightful and willing to help me with my leggings. The Tucson employees should go up there for a day and take NOTES on good customer service. It is ridiculous how there is this much of a gap in training between the two stores. The company needs to get consistent and I strongly suggest they take an approach more similar to that of the Scottsdale stores. Also, this is not the first time this problem has occurred, all my friends find the Tucson store very unhelpful and unpleasant. read more

There are several things I absolutely adore about Lululemon stores, no matter what state I am in. Being able to experience such a superb quality of service and clothes in Tucson was refreshing. Go expecting to want to walk away with almost everything available. I'm serious, there is a reason why this line of clothing is so popular! Items aren't cheap, but they are worthy! Bring your back up credit card for this shopping trip! The clothes stand the test of time. Even in comparison to some "high end" (aka expensive ) workout attire brands, Lululemon is by far the best quality, most comfortable, and most sexiest yoga/ workout clothes that I have ever owned. LL has outlasted a majority of the others and I wear them all the time! This store just recently opened in April 2013! Heck yeah, It's about time! Go see all the sweet and helpful ladies that work there and they will help you pick out exactly what you need with a smile and open heart. If you are a yoga instructor, some other type of fitness instructor or even have a strong influence in your community, be sure to let them know! It may be in your favor. ((wink wink)) ~They carry men and women's clothes and accommodate runners, dancers, and most fitness activities. ~They also have yoga classes there for the community.. That's just the way I heard it in my head, because I was so uncomfortable walking through the door. Fitness apparel - actually clothing in general - isn't my thing. She honed in on that right away, gave me a tour of the store, and picked out a few things that she thought would work. They did, and I was on my way! Cute clothes; my husband approves and he's rather discerning. He probably wouldn't approve of the price, though. Speaking of men, LL has man stuff. So I'm not a yogi, but boy do I love Lulu Lemon wear! Even though it's way pricey, I think it's 5-star worthy, plus the ladies running the store are super friendly and helpful. I have shopped with Lululemon ever since I bought my first pair of shorts years ago. I heard through the grapevine of a good product policy (can't remember exactly what it was called) and was concerned about a shirt I had bought that formed holes out of the dryer. Alyssa, the woman working the fitting rooms, knew exactly of the policy I was referring to and was able to help me out with a new shirt! How could I not love this store? Their beautifully made athletic wear is worth the money and they offer complementary hemming! There are all sorts of FREE classes offered at the store on a weekly basis. I'm a yogi and I personally love the 10 AM yoga classes on Sundays. I absolutely love lululemon! I used to think it was insane to spend so much on fitness attire but then my husband bought me a cute outfit for Christmas and I was hooked. The quality is totally worth the price. Also another thing I find wonderful is if a seam comes loose or SOMETHING happens to a lululemon product, they fix it or replace it, no questions asked. Not to mention, if you are vertically challenged like me, they will hem your pants and crops for FREE! You get way more than just a pair of leggings or a cute tank when you spend your hard earned money here. You get excellent service from everyone at the store and a guarantee that whatever you buy will last you a long time. If I won the lottery, I would work at a Lulu store because I love their products and the environment and culture of the stores. This store delivers on the brand promise. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and really passionate about fitness. I live all the community events they host or participate in. I can't say I have purchased anything from here at this time. Basically, I have been here several times and love the quality of the athletic wear. However, what I like and my pocketbook is not match. Even the few "sale" items are too expensive for me. If you can afford it I would give it 5 stars. Quality and style is congruent. I do love that they sponsor classes such as Yoga, Pound classes etc. I just took a Pound class on Friday morning at 9.00AM. and it was wonderful. For the month of May they will have a class every Friday. It is really a nice community effort for Danser Studio and Lululemon to hold these wonderful outdoor classes. Hats off to them for being into Tucson's health conscious requirements. Just wish they had some better sales to give everyone a chance to buy their products. read more

I came here with a friend who was curious about the clothing and wanted to try them on. The girl who greeted us was so friendly and informative and had tons of helpful information about how their athletic gear fit. She told us the size she wore to get an idea of Canadian sizing in comparison to sizing we're used to in the US. She also told us about the free yoga classes on Sunday. We stopped by the store this past weekend and were greeted by a super friendly employee who told me all about Lululemon and explained to me how the sizes run a lot different than what we are used to in the states. I didn't make a purchase at that point because I have yet to achieve my "Lululemon body" but I plan on it! They also have really well priced items on their clearance rack. read more

When I first walked into the store I wasn't really acknowledged, but after about 5 minutes of staring at their display of leggings (I had a style in mind, but I am so indecisive) I was approached by Celeste. She knew her stuff, she was able to suggest her favorite styles, and was very attentive. She tried convincing me I'm a size smaller than I thought and I told her she was nuts, so she started a fitting room and SWITCHED MY SIZES! My first thought was I was wasting my time even trying on a smaller size, but to my disbelief they fit perfectly! And I reiterate, Celeste really knew her stuff! I walked out with a pair of leggings I a completely different style I walked in planning on getting and a new favorite pair of leggings which was all thanks to the wonderful customer service I was given. read more

I went to this location in search of a new pair of leggings. When I was at the store I ordered a pair since they did not have the size I was looking for. One of the workers told me it would only take a couple days for my order to come in since and since I was from out of town she assured me that it would be there in time before I leave. The order ended up taking three weeks to come in. As I had called this lululemon store to track my order one of the employees was very rude to me on the phone and would not listen to me. Some of their clothes are nice, quality seems to be slipping and customer service has truly gotten awful. Remember that moment in Pretty Woman where the snooty salesperson refuses to help Julia Roberts and treats her like crap - just experienced that horrible soul-crushing moment at Lululemon/La Encantada today. I was told by an employee before Thanksgiving that there would be additional markdowns and giveaways on Black Friday, so I held off making my purchase and showed up at Lululemon this morning at 6am where I saw the same items on sale at the same price that were there on Tuesday. Also I was told there were no giveaways. Wished I hadn't gotten out of bed at 5am but no big deal. Then I went to try some items on. There was one woman in line in front of me so I stood behind her with my 7 items. The salesperson looked right at me and promptly ignored me. I said, "excuse me" but she continued to ignore me and walk away. Then another woman walked up and she immediately acknowledged her and put her in a fitting room. I'm still standing there, still she ignores me. So I again say "excuse me, can I try these on." She barely glances at me and curtly says, "there are no fitting rooms." I start to reply but barely 4 words get out of my mouth before she turns away and begins chatting with another employee. Clearly I have no value to her. While I was in the fitting room I heard her asking if Ashley was doing ok 3 different times, how Nicole was doing twice and several other names but no one asked me how I was doing. My husband was in the front of the store and not one employee even approached him - he was going to buy some items but decided against it after the truly horrible customer service. The employees were clearly too busy talking to each other to help customers. I heard some of the conversations and they were more related to Thanksgiving activities then Lululemon business. So, although we came to buy we left empty handed. So thank you Lululemon for making me feel like a dirty hooker - I guess movies can be educational because I will take my cues from Pretty Woman and take my money elsewhere. read more

i absolutely love this store. the men's section is a little small, as half of the store could be men and the other women. the women's section takes up 75% while the men's only 25%. there is a decent clearance rack with great discounts. the employees are absolutely AMAZING. they are so nice, and greet you very nicely when you come in. they help you find your size and get you a fitting room very easily. they do not pound on you to buy their products and if you don't like how it looks on you, just put it on the folding island and they don't even care. i also like how they write your name on the fitting room doors which is pretty cool. the prices are not that bad for the material, but be prepared to spend $100 or more. overall, this store is awesome (so is the mall) keep up the good work guys! read more
