I was also told that a purchase made at Nordstrom could not be returned to a Nordstrom Rack store, despite both Nordstrom's website and a customer service representative stating otherwise. Instead, I was told I would need to drive to the Scottsdale location to process the return. The interaction lacked professionalism and left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

The store isn't huge, but it's not small, either. The displays are nicely spaced out and all the sale items are clearly marked. They had a good selection of handbags, jewelry, clothing and shoes. Practically everything in here was on sale, with an additional percentage off, so that was nice to see. The employees were friendly, but I felt like there were too many of them behind the counter. I think there was only one lady on the floor. When I went to pay, I was shocked that the lady asked me if I wanted a dust bag for my 2 items "for an additional $1." Ummm.. wow, since when do you have to buy that?! That signature pink drawstring bag always used to be included with your purchase. I politely declined, since I have a bunch at home anyway. I mean, a dollar isn't much, but I can just see it rising in the future. Imagine this in 5 years: "Would you like a dust bag for an additional $5?" No thanks. =/ Other than that, the ladies were nice and the prices were right. Sometimes I see things I just cannot leave without, but today wasn't one of those days. This is one of my favorite stores, so I'll always go in to take a look. Now I'm wondering if all the other locations "sell" that dust bag?! Guess I'll find out eventually. Went to Fleet Feet in Tucson and was quickly met by Connie. She was very nice and attentive and asked me several question, measured my feet electronically and brought out sever pairs and brands. I liked the HOKAs and got a pair and inserts. She led me to the exact pair I needed. The shoes were not inexpensive, but how many pairs of other brands have I purchased and I suffered. Too many. The HOKAs are worth it. I had so many referrals to Fleet Feet and everyone was right. Excellent service, good guidance and great shoes. I am excited and want everyone to know of my experience.
