The vibes TB offers fit the bill quite nicely, so we ended up scooping up a nice button up that was just released with their new spring collection. Paid full price, but still worth it for the material and nice design. Service was stellar. The store is bright, well laid out, clean and well-organized. Overall, solid spot and good purchase!

I was also told that a purchase made at Nordstrom could not be returned to a Nordstrom Rack store, despite both Nordstrom's website and a customer service representative stating otherwise. Instead, I was told I would need to drive to the Scottsdale location to process the return. The interaction lacked professionalism and left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.
