The vibes TB offers fit the bill quite nicely, so we ended up scooping up a nice button up that was just released with their new spring collection. Paid full price, but still worth it for the material and nice design. Service was stellar. The associate greeted us energetically upon entry and helped us as we looked around, always offering help, but never pressuring us. She was friendly, helpful and kind. A joy to deal with. The store is bright, well laid out, clean and well-organized. Overall, solid spot and good purchase!

I was also told that a purchase made at Nordstrom could not be returned to a Nordstrom Rack store, despite both Nordstrom's website and a customer service representative stating otherwise. Instead, I was told I would need to drive to the Scottsdale location to process the return. The interaction lacked professionalism and left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

I honestly expected a bit more variety, as other Levis locations I have been to have a healthy stock of clothing beyond just denim. The store is nicely laid out. They apparently call them "Alo Sanctuaries". It's very zen and modern and doesn't feel cluttered like the new LuluLemon spot. The store has only been open a few weeks. I am not sure if they plan to integrate into the community like LuluLemon has with yoga classes, etc. La Encantada seems to be turning into an athleisure shopping center, so we'll see how they do.
