I was trying to make a return on a shirt I purchased and I only had the receipt but not the tag. Other stores would gladly make a return for at least store credit, but she did not. From the beginning, she was completely rude and snobby. So it obviously set a negative tone of conversation. I asked to speak with the store manager (Her boss) and I got an eye roll as she slammed the work schedule on the counter. Then she ever so rudely told me when the manager would be in so that I could speak with her. Maybe she was having a bad day? I don't know.. but she is the reason that I will not shop here anymore and in my honest opinion she should not hold a management position.
