I spoke to Lisa, the owner, on the phone and we scheduled an appointment to bring in my things for consignment. There is a limit of ten items on hangers (yes, you get your hangers back, lol), and up to five accessories like shoes and purses. My appointment was yesterday and I am impressed with how appealing and attractive the store is. The clothes are quality, in good condition, and in a wide variety of styles and sizes. Lisa was very friendly and helpful, even collecting my things from my car. She explained the contract and the online presence is very cool. The seller can check the status of items at any time! Nice! Parking is super convenient, with spaces right in front of the store and a huge parking lot beyond that. The store is located in the Albertson's center on the NE corner of Harrison and Broadway. My initial experience is worth five stars, and if my things sell, I'll bump up my overall rating.

At the same moment one of the girl associates broke away from her convo and asked if I needed a dressing room. Duh, I'm standing holding clothes in front of the dressing room door. I tried the 4 pieces on. the friendly woman continued to help her customer and never did return to my dressing room nor did any other associate. Did I like the clothing? Yes. Would I have tried on more? Yes. Did any one associate do their job? NOPE! After I got dressed I brought my clothes out of the dressing room. Call me proper or old school - maybe I just have better manners than most but my intention were to put the clothing back in it's place. My sister was waiting just outside the dressing room and I stood and talked with her about where all the associates were? While I'm speaking to my sister one of the girl associates comes over and asked if anything worked. I politely said no and asked where I could place the items. She begins to explain that most people just leave the items in the dressing room. She continues to stare at me as I hold the items and then proceeds to say - Or I can just take them for you? She doesn't move at all. I attempted to hand the items over and she then says - oh, all of them??? I left the store and went a couple doors down to the HM store. Service was friendly and helpful. Greeted upon entry near the cologne area and was checked on a few times while wandering around the men's section. The store, like many mall locations, is showing its age and is a bit worn in areas including the changing rooms, flooring and the ceilings. Nothing wild, but definitely noticeable. What made my visit stand out is how kind and helpful the staff was and on top of that I was able to get a discount with my military ID. 10% is surely nice when you spend so much on clothes. Will definitely be back when we are in need of a new wardrobe.
