I recently bought some leggings online and they had the option to pick up at the local store. I signed up for text updates. Got the ready for pickup text not 2 hours later. When I got to the store, they asked for my name, scanned the label on the bag and that was it. I live 10 minutes away from this location so it was pretty sweet to avoid the shipping charge for a single pair of leggings. Trust, I'll be back!

I was trying to make a return on a shirt I purchased and I only had the receipt but not the tag. Other stores would gladly make a return for at least store credit, but she did not. From the beginning, she was completely rude and snobby. So it obviously set a negative tone of conversation. I asked to speak with the store manager (Her boss) and I got an eye roll as she slammed the work schedule on the counter. Then she ever so rudely told me when the manager would be in so that I could speak with her. Maybe she was having a bad day? I don't know.. but she is the reason that I will not shop here anymore and in my honest opinion she should not hold a management position. It's really sad that I will now avoid this store because of the negativity of the employees. When I shop I expect to have fun, so If you like tilly's like I do, I strongly suggest that you do not come to this store or Try other stores like Vans, pacsun, and zumiez.

I recently visited Fernando's store and was thoroughly impressed. The owner is exceptionally kind and welcoming, making the shopping experience enjoyable. The store offers a great selection of baptismal, first communion, and quinceañera dresses at reasonable prices. I found the perfect attire for my children's baptism and first communion events. With my daughter approaching her quinceañera, I'm confident we'll be coming back here for her dress as well. I highly recommend Fernando's for anyone in need of special occasion attire. read more

From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted and was immediately told to go try my pants on. While she was pinning the pants, her attitude felt cold and irritated. When I came out to pay, I politely asked if a specific adjustment could be done. Instead of explaining calmly, she raised her voice and said, "Why do you come to a tailor?" which was rude and unnecessary. This could have easily been explained in a respectful way. Due to the poor customer service, I told her I would be taking my business elsewhere and i reached to grab my pants from the counter. At that point, she forcefully YANKED them out of my hands. I genuinely thought she was trying to keep my pants while still charging me, so I pulled them back since they belonged to me. She then kept yelling at my friend and i, the situation escalated because of how she spoke to us and physically grabbed my belongings. I yelled back in self-defense after feeling verbally attacked and physically confronted. This interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional. What should have been a simple tailoring visit turned into an uncomfortable and confrontational situation. I will not be returning and do not recommend this business based on customer service and how the situation was handled.
