The laundry room stunk to high heaven because of a dead rat (he found it) and there were signs of rats (rat poop) in the kitchen cabinets. When he pointed these things out to her, she said she would have workmen to come to fix things, but it never happened. Finally my son told her he could not stay there and he needed to end the lease because the place was not habitable. She agreed he could end the lease on June 30 and she would give him his security deposit back. He left the place In the same condition it was found (we documented this). For a few weeks she texted back-and-forth that she would be returning the security deposit as soon as she could, always giving another excuse (she needed to speak to her bookkeeper or figure out how much would be deducted for June utilities, etc.). Then she just ghosted him. She no longer returns emails, texts or answers her phone for either of us. We are now in the process of taking her to small claims court. Alexis, I will take down this review as soon as you make good on your promises to my son. I am retired and I have plenty of time to pursue this. You will be better off just making good on your commitment. Be better!

The staff here then ganged up on her and her male friend who had now walked in the store as well and really seemed to get enjoyment from treating these two potential customers this way. They were guilty of nothing more than attempting to enter the store. When the manager came over, he joined in with the shared misdirected arogance his employess were exhibiting, and when the two had left the store, i saw the employees laughing and joking with each other about the situation and i couldnt hear what they were saying but the way they seemed to get off from the interaction was absolutely disgusting to me and i just have to say, you'll never catch me in this store again.
