I will admit that I hadn't checked online or the updated policies so unfortunately, I was given misinformation and when I went into the store today and was told that the policy had changed. I was disappointed to say the least. Nonetheless, Nate handled it with grace and although I was unable to get the price match because the policy had in fact changed two days ago lol. He was able to keep a loyal Target customer for life, These employees are just doing the best that they can and I really appreciate having to deal with customers who sometimes can be unkind. I will do better. But nonetheless, Nate is an A+ employee.

I'm especially compelled to write this review because one of the employees (I believe she said her name was Megan) was so helpful and kind. She casted such a good vibe as soon as we walked in. She was available to help as needed, and even came to the rescue to refold some pants that we accidentally knocked over with a smile on her face. While returning clothing items, the employee assisting me Sienna seemed annoyed throughout the transaction, making comments to coworkers and displaying negative body language that made me feel like I was inconveniencing the staff. The return was completed, and I appreciate the employees who helped, but the overall experience felt unwelcoming. This is the first time I've experienced service like this at Costco, and it fell short of the friendly, professional service I've come to expect over the years.
