Like all Plato's, they are very selective on the items they buy from you, so if you are selling, don't expect much. I do like how there are several fitting rooms in the store, so there is not much guesswork while shopping. Compared to other thrift stores, Plato's is on the higher price end, considering they do not just accept any donations. Overall, I love a good Plato's trip and will be back!

I was satisfied since this stuff has been in storage bins for years. I could've gotten triple that at least if I sold on eBay but didn't want the hassle. The girls working were super nice and text me when they were done. Personally I don't shop here because the stuff is extremely expensive for secondhand, so I'm glad they pay in cash and not store credit.

Went to return it the following day and they refused to exchange or give me my money back due to it being "over used" when I had bought it the previous day? Mind you, not everyone is a "hat" expert and doesn't know what size to buy or different types of fitting. I was told the hat I bought was too used to return but I proceeded to show them hats even dirtier that they were selling at full price in the store. They said it wasn't their problem and one of the employees even stated she "hated her job" and couldn't care. Jonathan the "manager" was completely unprofessional and was not willing to give us any cooperate information to contact and refused to acknowledge the disgusting hats being sold. I was told I would have no luck getting my money back anywhere neither with lids or the cooperate once I was given the information after 20minutes. At the end I got my money back in full despite them laughing at me and my dad in front of customers and my family. Beyond disgusted with all the employees at lids and managers.
