Designer goods for a fraction of the price! Accepts after pay. : ) love this store, I used to work for Nordstrom's in San Diego, and Nordstroms Rack is where the clearance designer items get sent. Many people in Tucson have never been to a real Nordstroms with high end goods! Yeah it may not be "cheap" but it is amazing quality for way less than you would pay at the actual Nordstrom's store, prior to it being sent here. Little do ppl know, there is an even more affordable store where they sent Rack clearance to and it's called "Last Chance"- never been but heard doing things. : ) read more

Rarely shop the Broadway/Wilmot store but my thoughtful husband heard me say I like the store! Tried on a bunch of tops, sadly, not as wide a selection as other locations. BUT I was upset because the sales person wouldn't let me put the shoes I was looking for in my changing room. She told me to put them on a display ramp around the corner from the room. You guessed it, I had one purchase with me and I found no shoes! This is my last trip. Is there a better solution like the shelf in the central checkout where NO Salespeople were for the most part? read more

Shopper be aware that if you try on clothes in the changing room you do not have privacy. Completely see through when the door is closed right at the hinges. Brought the attention to the staff but wanted to place a warning here as well. read more

I am always shopping at this store and I come in with my 2 year old, who won't wear a mask, and they said they're policy is 2 +. That's completely unrealistic. I traveled to Europe in July and went to Disney Paris, their requirements were 11 and up and all the European planes are 6 and up. I also work with children and you seriously can't expect anyone under the age of 6 to wear a mask. Be realistic. read more

I don't really "get" this store. The prices are still ridiculously high for items that don't warrant that type of pricing. I don't see the "discount" much. Their little payment kiosks are weird and don't help the experience at all, it just felt awkward having employees standing like guards at them. The shoe section was a hot mess of shoes flung all over in no particular organizational manner. The employee we interacted with was friendly, so that was nice. And I'm glad this shopping center has really redefined itself and looks less of an eyesore. But I probably won't shop here again, at least not any time soon. read more

clerk forgot to remove a tag. they wanted me to spend another $25 in gas and an hour of my time going back so they could remove it and they refused to compensate me or give me a coupon for future use. This place has an odd vibe to it. Not to mention the personnel that works here. It usually tends to be that they are following rules of upper management or are mirroring upper management in other words they do the same. So there are many things not done correctly. Rude cashiers, hardly no one ever knows anything (and they work there), poor selection. Customer service that Nordstrom is known for (and one you pay top $) is no longer there, never mind in this particular location. Visited other locations in different parts of the Country and it's seriously night and day. Why Nordstrom? You still charge too dollar so give that same service and quality. read more

Nordstrom used to be the place to shop because of the great customer service they provided. That's no longer the case. I came into return 2 fabric boutonnieres I purchased for my wedding last month( which they still have in store)I didn't have a receipt and quite frankly have no idea what payment method I used to purchase them. I got a manager at a register and thought that he would be willing to assist me- I was wrong. I know that returns are difficult without proof of purchase but I think that everyone should get an exception. He told me without a receipt and the card I used he would be unable to help me. It's sort of pathetic it's easier to return items to places like Kohls and Home Depot then a department store that has service as one of its pillars. read more

Ok wow where do I begin? So I've been a frequent shopper with the Nordstrom brand for over 10 years. I walk into this place and I'm expecting the same hoopla. I come to realize that a man who I'm assuming is security is following me throughout the store as I look for what I need. He walks by me at least 3 times while I'm shopping. As I'm leaving he has now made his way to the exit and says goodbye to me. I've honestly never experienced anything like that before and it was frankly very uncomfortable and borderline intimidating. As a paying customer I expect more from Nordstrom. I'm disappointed. read more

Compared to the Rack on Oracle here in town, this location doesn't measure up. I've visited a few times and each time it has been disorganized/messy (though not busy) & lacking in selection. This shopping area has promise - decent parking, nice variety of stores, and a couple of restaurants; but the stores leave me disappointed every time. I felt so uncomfortable the other day in the store I know I didn't look presentable but to be followed and watch was way beyond me. This is not acceptable there were other people in the store that wasn't being followed I just felt like I was targeted because I was black and it's not acceptable. I was excited that they opened a Nordstrom rack on the east side, and was shopping and trying clothes on. In the fitting room, a lady lost an earring and let an attendant know. The attendant knocked on my door, I let her know I was in there, she asked a question, I answered it, and then she UNLOCKED AND WALKED INTO THE FITTING ROOM WHILE I WAS CHANGING KNOWING I WAS CHANGING. I covered myself and waited for her to leave. I asked for a manager, they said she must be on lunch still (it's 6:30pm), and it took them a long time to get another manager to talk to me. All he did was say that he'll have the manager talk with her. Scary. Not shopping here again. I feel assaulted. read more

I've only ever been to th Nordstrom Rack on Oracle, but they didn't have the shoes I wanted so I drove 20 min to this one. I found the boots, but they were dusty with a weird white smudge on their black surface. So we continued to shop, grabbing another couple of things here and there. We went to check out, and the total was ~$200. We gave her a card and she said it wouldn't go through. She tried twice more, so we thought maybe it was a fluke. We handed her my card to try and it said the same thing. We were very confused because I had just purchased some items at a different store, and my boyfriend as well. Our cards worked fine. We both had money sufficient enough to cover the cost. They asked if we were from out of town, and maybe that's why. We said no, and then they asked, "oh, well do you usually spend this much money?" Um, what an awkward question. So they took us up to the front (we were at a "pod"), where we were met with another unhelpful employee. The same issue persisted, and he just stared at us while we wondered what was the matter. No one offered any solution, so we ended up leaving without any of our purchases. read more

I went shopping at this store this past Saturday and I was impressed. I have been to a few Racks in my time and this place was super nice and clean. The employees were helpful in finding what I needed and seemed like they actually enjoyed working. I usually shop the clearance section and I was able to find Designer brands like Vince, Burberry, Armani, paige and Hudson at a 75% discount. I am recommending this store to my friends and family. Loved this store and had an amazing shopping experience! Sales staff was so quick to help and made me feel welcome. I shop other competitors (Marshall's Kohls Ross) but never enjoy shopping like I do at this Rack store. The store is so organized and makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. Jimmy made it so much fun to make my selections! I also found an amazing deal tucked away in the rack! Beautiful ladies top for $8!! My sisters and I always have a fun and successful shopping experience at the Rack! I'm really looking forward to my holiday shopping visits at this store. Their prices are amazing! Weirdest Nordstrom's Rack I've ever been in. Bad layout, little selection and feels like you are in a Kmart. Bummer

This is a review solely written on the evident lack of training of the employees. I went in shortly after the store had opened and as I was checking out the cashier asked me if I had a rewards card with Nordstrom. I said no, and he said all it would take was a few minutes to get a "rewards card" going for me. He asked for my name and telephone number, and then asked for my address. I figured I would be done by now. He started to have some trouble wth his handheld device and then proceeded to ask me for my social security number. I specifically asked him if he was running a credit check. He said ,"no it's just one of the questions here". I was pretty sure I was getting a credit card. Anyway, this took about thirty minutes for a "rewards card". He assured me it wasn't a credit card. A very long receipt was printed for "my records". A few weeks later I received my card with my available balance. So now I have a Nordstrom CREDIT CARD. I hardly shop here but okay. I'm not too upset, but the staff was either poorly trained or trained to be liars??? Who knows. The second time I went in was to make a return and the poor girl was terribly nervous and had to ask for help. The lack of training shows. Step it up management. This makes YOU look bad. read more

There is just something lacking here. At least for me. The sales they have are pretty ridiculous. Prices are not reasonable even when it is marked down. They do have lots of clearance racks all over the place, but it doesn't do me any good. The thing I really don't like is that most of the items like shirts, blouses, cover ups all seem to need hand washing. That leaves me out. I will not wash anything unless I've bleed to death all over my favorite top. I do enough work around the house and dry cleaning or washing clothes is not my bag. I am not a lover of department stores and usually love Marshall's and T.J. Maxx. So when Nordstrom's Rack came to Tucson I was thrilled. Well the thrill is gone. So I'll still stop in and look but finding something up my alley is pretty uncertain. I hate to give these kinds of reviews but maybe they will look for clothes that do not need so much care.
