I will watch bags and wait until the "sale" happens. The only problem with that is that sometimes the bags are gone. The store was nicely set up and the girls in the store were very assertive but kind. I was excited to buy a new bag! Once we got to the back of the store by the check out desk we saw the picture below... in the closet where they store bags and I think it was also the office was MK bags and purses that were just laying on the floor and thrown around obviously. When I saw that I was shocked! Mostly shocked because I don't even put my purses on the floor. These are brand new MK bags thrown on the floor! The store was having a clearance sale, but after seeing that I don't even think about paying $25 dollars for a MK bag. I am disappointed with my visit to this store and will be rethinking my purchases with MK.

Since the store only carries regular-length pants, I decided to order the items I liked online in both regular and petite lengths to compare the fit. I was actually surprised to find that I preferred the cut of the linen pants from the Factory Store over the ones at the regular Banana Republic. I had fully expected to like the more expensive Banana Republic version better and planned to buy those instead. For the items from my online order that didn't work out, the return process at the Factory Store was quick and easy, which made the whole shopping experience even better.

I said "thank you" all 3 times. I realize he is just not very friendly...with certain customers.
