Everytime I see a KS store, I must go in.. and usually end up buying something, lol. Such was the case today, when I waltzed into this location at the Tucson Premium Outlets. The store isn't huge, but it's not small, either. The displays are nicely spaced out and all the sale items are clearly marked. They had a good selection of handbags, jewelry, clothing and shoes. Practically everything in here was on sale, with an additional percentage off, so that was nice to see. The employees were friendly, but I felt like there were too many of them behind the counter. I think there was only one lady on the floor. When I went to pay, I was shocked that the lady asked me if I wanted a dust bag for my 2 items "for an additional $1." Ummm.. wow, since when do you have to buy that?! That signature pink drawstring bag always used to be included with your purchase. I politely declined, since I have a bunch at home anyway. I mean, a dollar isn't much, but I can just see it rising in the future. Imagine this in 5 years: "Would you like a dust bag for an additional $5?" No thanks. =/ Other than that, the ladies were nice and the prices were right. Sometimes I see things I just cannot leave without, but today wasn't one of those days. This is one of my favorite stores, so I'll always go in to take a look. Now I'm wondering if all the other locations "sell" that dust bag?! Guess I'll find out eventually. Overall, I wasn't dissatisfied with the service I received today, and would come back again for sure. read more

The entire 10 minutes I was in there both associate stayed at Cash App conversing and on their phones no hello no promos mind. The store was 70% off. I was actually considering buying a purse but wasn't sure actually what the actual sale was. There was just a big sign that said 70% off when you walk in so I just left without it. I'm sure a few people have left without sales that day being that they weren't really serviced. read more

Stopped by on a Saturday evening to return a purse I purchased at the Kate Spade Outlet in Vegas. Customer service was friendly and prompt. The store and selection seemed well-stocked. I found a few items to be ascetically pleasing, but for the price, quality could be better. Either way, I would recommend stopping by if you are in the area and love Kate Spade! read more

If you like deals than go over here , i came out the store feeling good even though the item was not for me i felt good still ! Haha Nice and of course clean , they hand you a paper with all the prices basicly a cheat sheet helping you with knowing the exact price after tax with all discounts . Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of transparency. The selection is nothing like the one in Chandler at the Premium Outlet there. The Chandler outlet also has sales that beat any sale at this store, with a much larger selection and friendly staff. My review is the result of a $200+ purchase that I wanted to make this evening but the sales clerks couldn't be bothered to help me. The manager was busy talking about the hours they had to get or not get or something - I was trying to not listen even though I was in front of the counter and they were on the other side of it. But I patiently waited at the counter and when I finally caught one of the clerks attention, she said oh did you need help? Wow. Why else would I be standing in front of the counter at the register? But I am as polite as I am patience and I explained that I had called earlier in the day to see if they had a purse I wanted to purchase and they did. (They took my name earlier in the day) and I drove the 35 minutes to the outlet to pick up the purse, as well as a wallet and a pair of earrings, since I was there. The sale was extended from Black Friday - it was 60% and then an additional 20% at the Chandler location. The Tucson manager (?) stepped aside and another sales clerk stared at me. I asked if they would honor that sale that was currently happening in Chandler and she said yes, as long as you have the email showing that sale. Now I am subscribed to both the store and the outlet emails and I found the email on my phone. I showed it to her and then she said well, that expired. I said the email says it is extended to Tuesday and today is Monday. She said no, the sale was only for Black Friday.(? Then why did you tell me to find the email?) I was JUST at the Chandler outlet on Sunday and the sale was still happening, as stated in the email. But I wasn't about to argue as I had already jumped through the hoops of waiting patiently for help and then proving I knew about the sale but showing them the email. If they don't want to sell me $200+ worth of merchandise, that is their choice. All I am saying is do yourself a favor and drive the extra 35 minutes to the Kate Spade Outlet in Chandler, Az. Much bigger selection, much less attitude. read more

Love the product but will never buy another one. Purchased a basket purse on sale for $199.50, they were giving extra 20% discount for sales over $200. They would not honor the 20% without additional purchase. I think .50 under the $200 should have been close enough. I had to spend an extra $20 to get the discount, because they didn't have any items less than that except leather cleaner for $10 (which I had no use for as I bought a basket purse).
