After waiting three weeks for a product, and numerous emails, today I find out they didn't have what I ordered, whaaaa?? So I finally called their customer service number, 15 minutes later, someone by the name of Jason gives me this news. Now, he claims the money was refunded on 12/22, but I have not seen it yet, so he said he would process it again. That only tells me they didn't do it, and they never bothered to inform me, just bad , bad customer service, don't order anything online from them.

Finally my son told her he could not stay there and he needed to end the lease because the place was not habitable. She agreed he could end the lease on June 30 and she would give him his security deposit back. He left the place In the same condition it was found (we documented this). For a few weeks she texted back-and-forth that she would be returning the security deposit as soon as she could, always giving another excuse (she needed to speak to her bookkeeper or figure out how much would be deducted for June utilities, etc.). Then she just ghosted him. She no longer returns emails, texts or answers her phone for either of us. We are now in the process of taking her to small claims court. Alexis, I will take down this review as soon as you make good on your promises to my son. I am retired and I have plenty of time to pursue this. You will be better off just making good on your commitment. Be better!

I bought a pair of black skinny jeans at the Park Place Mall location told her I washed the pants and one of the buttons feel off . She looked for another size after I threw a fit as I work in retail management for another retail store . She saw that I purchased the pants two months ago and was very reluctant to do the exchange.
