I bought a pair of black skinny jeans at the Park Place Mall location told her I washed the pants and one of the buttons feel off . She looked for another size after I threw a fit as I work in retail management for another retail store . She saw that I purchased the pants two months ago and was very reluctant to do the exchange. I spent almost 50.00 dollars on these jeans . Where the hell was the I am sorry this happened to you . Or the hello upon me interning the store . The manager just glared and rolled her eyes at me . So nope done never will the get my money again. Could it be that because I wear a pettie size and am not a fatty like the rest of the staff they hate me ?????

But it was just as awesome as I remembered, with great prices! There were so many cute things on clearance with inclusive sizes for all. I'm especially compelled to write this review because one of the employees (I believe she said her name was Megan) was so helpful and kind. She casted such a good vibe as soon as we walked in. She was available to help as needed, and even came to the rescue to refold some pants that we accidentally knocked over with a smile on her face. I believe she was training a new employee and her attitude was so sweet toward everyone and it made for a great experience. We will be back!

Every time I've visited, I've noticed that the employees with disabilities are consistently assigned to work the clothing area while other employees appear to have much lighter workloads. Whether intentional or not, it creates the impression that work isn't being distributed fairly. On top of that, the managers are rarely visible or available when customers or employees need assistance. I hope management takes a closer look at how they support and treat their staff, because a positive workplace shows in the customer experience.

I believe the manager would've offered something - I would've been happy with in store credit , Then I found an outfit I really loved ! I had a gift card I had wanted to use . I had told the girl I wanted to do price match from the website as it saved me @ $8 But she rang me up at the store promo. One of the items had to be ordered on line. So she refunded the gift card so then I didn't have that $ to spend any more until it came back . Finally another person came and went to get the other show. When they rang it up, it was full price despite being on display under a sign that said 40% off. When I asked about it, she said it was only for sale shoes. If it's not on sale, why place it under the 40% off sign? My grandkids do love the Van's shoes but the store service and mis-leading signage don't make me want to go back.

I can't say enough good things about the target employee, Nate, who helped me this morning. I had…read morecalled yesterday to see if target would price match for an electronic item and was connected to the electronics department where I was told that they would. I will admit that I hadn't checked online or the updated policies so unfortunately, I was given misinformation and when I went into the store today and was told that the policy had changed. I was disappointed to say the least. Nonetheless, Nate handled it with grace and although I was unable to get the price match because the policy had in fact changed two days ago lol. He was able to keep a loyal Target customer for life, These employees are just doing the best that they can and I really appreciate having to deal with customers who sometimes can be unkind. I will do better. But nonetheless, Nate is an A+ employee.
