Park Place Mall is more of a get er done kinda vibe . It's a solid indoor mall on the east side with a little bit of everything /shopping, food, and entertainment all in one spot. You've got your go-to stores like Dillard's, Old Navy, Ulta, plus fun extras like Round1 and a movie theater, which honestly makes it more than just a shopping trip . I like coming here when I want something easy and low-stress -- plenty of parking , AC blasting in the summer, and enough variety to wander without feeling overwhelmed . Is it the fanciest mall? No. But it's reliable, convenient, and still feels like a real MALL which is rare these days. read more

Malls all across the country are losing business. Department stores are closing and the empty space is either left empty, or converted into a more family-friendly venue like arcade or play place. My daughter and I took the boys here after we left the zoo. We needed a venue that was climate-controlled on a 95F-degree day at 1:30pm. We had a few hours to spend before the restaurant we had planned to eat at would open for dinner. We entered near the old Macy's side entrance and walked toward the food court. I enjoyed the colorful murals and art along the way. The boys there spend some time in the play area. The padding there is soft and the climbing equipment designed for younger kids. My daughter and I then had iced tea drinks. I chose Boba Tea company and she Cinnabon. We spent another hour at the arcade Round 1. Here is where my daughter spend $155 for two 300 cards for the boys. While they enjoyed the games, air hockey and simulated race car games, this is a luxury only afforable because they were on spring break vacation visiting their grandma. If there were go-carts available, this grandma would gladly have joined the team. read more

I guess I'm old now that I hit up the mall to get some miles in to reduce blood sugar, but here we are... I'll tell you though, I can smell the kettle corn just walking by the theater! Overall, I would say the Mall is OK. There's a pretty limited selection of stores and I will say some of the perfume people tend to be a bit aggressive with their samples. The food court is OK but they definitely need someone to work on keeping it regularly clean. One thing that they really need to work on is opening up the play place a lot sooner especially in the summertime! There's not a lot to do indoors and kids need a place to run around so why would you wait until 11 AM to open it up? It needs to open up as soon as The walkers are there to walk around. read more

I'm newer to Tucson and was really excited to find Park Place Mall when I was looking for business clothes (their Dillards is great!). I was surprised to see that while there are some of the regular chains, Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, etc., they also had a lot of local, small businesses. I always make a point to stop at Tucson Tea for loose leaf tea, Caffeine Cauldron for a creative tea or lemonade drink, and MexiCandy for their mango candy. Attic Salt is my go-to for fun friend gifts. Also, I like meeting friends at YardHouse for their amazing appetizers. I've been attending some of their free events this year and was really impressed by the number of activities, giveaways, character meet and greets, etc. they have been doing. Overall, I am very happy with the selection, value, and community events they have been doing. read more

The beautiful people, the beautiful people! Arizona truly has some of the 'prettiest' humans walking the malls... I would suggest much can be credited to the high-quality Universities and community colleges (UofA of course, ASU and many fine community and private colleges). I visited 12 states and just as many malls in the past 45 days (timing disallowed yelping). I can honestly say you don't know what you've got until it's gone Tuscon. I may have chosen to be a Sundevil instead of a Wildcat, however I'll take the Cats box over the Devil's Den when it comes to Malls all day. The reviews of this mall are very misleading with the average rating at time of this review of a 3 star, it is a 5 IMO. It is one of the cleanest I've been in. The strength of its tenants is high, there aren't any low rent likely to fail businesses here (which are flooding the Metro Phoenix malls). Scottsdale's gem the Fashion Square is under constant remodel of late, cutting off many areas that once maintained very prosperous tenants (nothing of the sort going on here). I highly recommend this mall and would consider it a reason to make a return trip being from Maricopa County. The drive here is fairly short. read more

This review is for the food court at the mall. I find that food courts at malls are usually a conglomeration of fast food chains, so I think it's worthy over review to point out that the Park Place Mall food court is home to mostly independently and locally owned eateries. And the best part is that you don't have to walk through the entire mall to access the food court. So folks looking for a quick bite on their lunch break can pop in and out easily. The options include Squared Up Pizza, Street Taco, Oh my Chicken, and Salad Nation. All awesome options with good food! read more

I found several large roaches (10 or more different roaches)like this out in the open . All of them within common areas in 5 minutes . It's making me really scared to eat here. I used to really like this place . If it isn't addressed soon I'm calling health department . I asked employees and they all told management about the issue. Park Place is struggling. We've decided to start using the indoor space to do our nightly walks -- mostly because there are entire hallways that are barely populated due to lack of stores. There were some nights when they didn't even turn the lights on in those corridors, lol. The mall still has many of the mall staples, which is cool, but not nearly everything I look for at a mall (and this was already a smaller mall to begin with). Pretty bummed about the lack of anchor stores now, though, particularly Sears being closed. The food court is lacking, though a new place is opening in there very soon which should help with variety. The mall is still kept very clean, to my surprise. There was a drink spill during one of our walks, and by our next lap it was already cleaned up. The bathrooms were clean as well. Big plus there! I still don't want a perfume sample, though I'm offered one about 10x per walk. read more

Stepping in this particular mall for Tucson east I found it pretty decent and clean. I was only coming in here just to replace a mask that I lost on this particular visit. But it's a nice mall with a good amount of stores in a little bit of family activity inside as well. Associates were very nice also with the ones that I did business with. There's also a lot of stores located on the outside of this mall which I thought was pretty neat as well as having a movie theater connected to it. read more

I really wish management would stop allowing stores to harass you into taking a skin care sample or smell perfume. I want to shop in peace and when I say no thank you leave me alone don't keep harassing me asking me questions to get me lured in to purchase a product I don't want. While Park Place itself is quite clean and beautiful, it's clear that the mall has seen better days. The selection of stores and restaurants is quite limited and lacks variety. Many storefronts seem to be vacant or filled with independent businesses that lack the quality of traditional retailers. The center itself is quite busy to a point that I find it hard to believe it's struggling as much as it is. Hopefully, there will be a revitalization effort soon that will bring the mall back to its former glory. Although given a low rating, Park Place is still superior to Tucson Mall. read more

I actually like going to the Park Place Mall. It has a Macy's and a Dillards as anchor stores, a movie theater (convenient), a food court, hair salon and several "smaller" retail stores. What I enjoy is that there are restaurants on the outside of the Mall. The Yard House, Red Lobster, the usual. There's even a Total Wine and More and a See's Candies. Inside my guy and I found Box Lunch that carries fandom items (Harry Potter, anime, Star Wars, etc. ), Master Cuts (hair styling services), Hot Topic , Old Navy, AZ Humane Society store with adoptable pets, a watch repair place and children's clothing stores among the shops inside. Sure, the food court isn't large but if your looking for snack type foods , a quick meal or a soft drink to wet your whistle, it will do. I love coming here before the stores open on Sunday to walk around and window shop. read more

Not as many stores as there use to be pre COVID. And the food court isn't as good either. They still have restaurants but not as good as before. And what really bums me out is they open later and close much earlier. Why is the mall closing at 7pm? Some people don't get out of work till after 5pm so it only gives gem a short window to shop. The mall is kept up very well, but the women bathroom on both sides of the mall could use a huge remodeling. The stall doors are broken and the bathrooms smell like mildew. Doesn't matter what time of day you go in there. They both have that smell to them. Bummed out the water fountain was taken out of the front of the mall. read more

This company treats their employees horribly. One year employee quits with two weeks notice given in writing new manager refused to pay 79 hours of vacation owed employee was over 90percent to sales quota. Worked an extra Saturday after her last day was scheduled to stop due to inadequate staffing from turn over and being a hard working employee. Sandra did it to help her direct supervisor Sean the acting manager agreed to pay her but was over turned by the new manager that was transferred in. He didn't have the courage to discuss why he didn't pay. Attention customer's if you this far find what you want and order it online this manager needs to lose all the sales possible. read more

Bro law was visiting on business from Hawaii so the wife and I drove down from Phoenix to visit. Popped in to see what the shops had to offer in way of Arizona themed gifts for the nieces and we were sadly disappointed. For a city with a major D1 college most of the shops seemed out dated and out of touch with the demographic. Maybe I am the one that is out of touch though considering malls are a being usurped for online shopping. read more

The mall is always a great place to get out of the heat in the summer. The food court is decent and not overpriced if you go to McDonald's or subway. My younger daughter still enjoys he play area where she can play for hours, mostly socializing with other kids. Sears is closing up shop so most things are 50-60% off! However beware that they were already married up 30-40% over Amazon prices so for some things it's an ok deal. Except for this bed included in the photo. $13,000 for a bed! Who pays that! read more

I admit...this Mall is a LOT better than it was in the 90's! There are a couple of anchor stores ...and lots of smaller stores. I was looking for jeans, and ended up at Macy's...and found exactly what I was looking for. The inside of the mall has a lot of natural light...and that is wonderful! Tucson has so many sunny days..it really brightens the atmosphere of the mall to see the sun streaming in! The food court is nice, and has something for just about everyone. There is ample parking, and the movie theater has gone through some renovations as well. Not the BEST Mall...but a good solid three stars! read more

This is a pretty nice looking mall. It has a lot of character with its clean and bright decor and vaulted ceilings that is very welcoming. It has a healthy amount of stores, and very few vacancies. The food court is fairly good as well, and there are a ton of dining options to choose from. It's also a great place for families to spend a day, as it also boasts a movie theater and a children's play area. I'm not a big fan of malls because of the crowds and the prices. However, if given an opportunity, I would have no qualms about spending a day here. read more

Having counted over 50 individuals not wearing masks despite it being a law, I called the security office at this mall. I was demeaned and hung up on my the officer that answered the phone after he told me they are not enforcing masks. I asked for his name and he told me it wouldn't matter if he gave it to me as there are 3 other officers there with the same name. They were laughing in the background and had no compassion nor professionalism. I will never step foot in this trashy mall again and the company providing mall security should be ashamed. read more

3.5 stars It's Tucson so just realize what you're working with... *Do you really want an outdoor mall during the hot, unbearable summers? no. *Snow Birds and oldies love Sears, yes it's retro to many of us but they are still in business for a reason. So onto the mall- a better food court than most places... really has something for everyone. A fun play area for your little tyke to make friends and get tired so you can enjoy your shopping post. A great movie theatre showing the newest releases. Dillards, Victoria's Secret, Z Gallerie, and a few other stores worth checking out. It is over-crowded both parking-wise and once inside the mall. The kiosks that are every 5 feet with the annoying sales people, I could do without too (thankfully I found a way to get them to not harrass me). & there is no Nordstrom's or some other great store I like to frequent but this place does the job when in need of a decent mall. read more

The only thing that really deter me from actually loving this place (well aside from it being really close to me) are the mall KIOSKS! Everytime i come here, i try to use my ninja skills: 1. make no eye contact with those pesky people, avoid them at all costs. 2. succeed in going to one of the main stores without those kiosk workers stopping you halfway to try and sell their products. 3. make sure you don't get run over by the train and those ride-along animal thingymajigs (sorry don't know what it's called) and lastly, get annoyed by mall rats who loves to stop in the middle of the mall to chat and do whatever it is that are so important that they decided to not let everyone pass! The kids play area are always packed, kids being kids! but that doesn't bother me since i already have a (grown up) boy who doesn't wish to play in those things anymore. The food court fare are acceptable variety choices, just the norms. They also have a movie theater inside the mall so it's like killing two birds with one stone if you prefer to go watch and dine (and shop). Customer service in some of the stores are very lacking, they somewhat choose who to help and when they feel like it (keep those co-worker/work complains to a minimum or away from customers hearing distance, very unprofessional). On busy days, parking can be a little scarce, especially the covered parking. The mall itself is well kept, clean, especially the bathroom. I just wish they keep the kiosks at a minimum as to not let it overrun the mall itself and people would not be scared to walk around without being annoyed. read more

It's nice to have a mall with a play area for the kids to play in. Lots of other kids to play with, so that they get rid of their energy. It's nice and cool inside, and they have benches so that the parents can sit down and rest for a minute read more

This is my closest mall and does its job. I'm surprised the Sears is still in business, but I guess Tucson loves their Sears. The mall is obviously newer and nice inside. There's a Dillard's, a food court with a Street Taco place that seems like a good place to eat at, and a sports bar called the Yard House. The Total Wine store is a great place to grab a bottle of wine for home. Overall, the Tucson Mall has more options but the Park Place mall is a good option in this neighborhood. read more

I was in search of a haircut. I went to the Mastercuts. I was told it was a 30 min wait. They asked me to leave my left number for them to call once they were ready. Never got a call. The mall is small. Not many options. I went to the four jewelry stores in search of baby diamond earrings. None of them had them. The greatest thing was a girl dressed like It walking around just being scary. You never know what you're gonna see. read more
