Target is a really nice wide clean store. Lots of registers and staff. We came to fill a registry for an upcoming baby shower. The list tells you where the item is located. Most of the items were in aisle Q. But, no aisle Q in this store. So, a search began. Turned out ok. Just a few extra steps. read more

I can't say enough good things about the target employee, Nate, who helped me this morning. I had called yesterday to see if target would price match for an electronic item and was connected to the electronics department where I was told that they would. I will admit that I hadn't checked online or the updated policies so unfortunately, I was given misinformation and when I went into the store today and was told that the policy had changed. I was disappointed to say the least. Nonetheless, Nate handled it with grace and although I was unable to get the price match because the policy had in fact changed two days ago lol. He was able to keep a loyal Target customer for life, These employees are just doing the best that they can and I really appreciate having to deal with customers who sometimes can be unkind. I will do better. But nonetheless, Nate is an A+ employee. read more

This target is awful. They never have more than one register open so it takes forever to checkout between the one human operated register and the four self checkout registers. I literally had a basket of items and after waiting in line for 20 minutes on a Sunday morning at 10:30, I set it down and walked out. Get it together. read more

Haley was so helpful when i needed assistance finding a lipstick when the one i wanted was not carried at this store. she color matched from a picture on my phone and gave me multiple options as well, but overall she was so kind and supportive when i expressed i'm not the most comfortable with makeup. Always clean and well stocked store. Employees are helpful. Food selection is pretty limited though so I can never really get all of my groceries here. Prices are higher then other stores on most items but everything is fresh in the meat and produce departments. read more

Don't buy meat or food at big box stores including Target. Last night I bought a bag of air fried frozen shrimp. It was discounted to $3.50. (probably a red flag). Took it home, baked it. My boyfriend took one bite, swallowed it. We both agreed it smelled rotten. I threw it away. In the middle of the night my boyfriend is vomiting and is complaining of food poisoning. We ate all the exact same things yesterday except that one rotten piece of breaded shrimp. I called the store, politely asked for a store manager. I was put on hold then hung up on. I called the corporate store to just at least get my $3.50 back (feels like a South Park episode at this point) and to make sure they don't make anyone else sick, by being aware of this. The lady on the phone was kind and empathetic but the corporate hacks at Target only allowed her to refund me back on a TARGET GIFT CARD. I told her this was making me upset and that respectfully I must end the call. Target is not suitable to sell people food and they do not fix the problems they have. Greedy and gross. Over priced garbage from China and food that will make you sick. I'll be shopping at a real grocery store for sure after this. Also their ads have become weird and annoying. read more

I was just at this Target for the first time in months. While all the customers that I encountered were masked up, two employees were NOT. One was in groceries restocking and wearing his mask below his nose. (That is not wearing a mask) The other was stocking and wearing a shield that did not even go beneath his mouth. I asked him if he could please mask up and he replied they he cannot breath in a mask. I then reported this to a manager. The woman who checked me out told me that this is a common complaint. This is a public health issue. It is not a political issue. I will not be shopping there again, and I would not recommend anyone else to until Target management takes this seriously. read more

Wow, I'm not coming back to this store because of the poor service I just received. I asked an employee who was busy stocking merchandise to assist me. She looked up and asked another employee to help me and she went back to stocking. The employee she told to help me was with someone else so I had to wait. I went back to the employee to give her feedback and tell her how I felt when she prioritized stocking shelves over helping a customer. She told me she was told to stock merchandise and to send customers to other employees. At that moment a manager came by and he really didn't seem to care. This store's policies are out of alignment with what I believe is Target's mission to create an exceptional customer experience. I will shop elsewhere!! read more

I am so sick and tired of ordering from Target pickup on Grant Road. I get there only to find out my ordered was placed with 3 stores! I have NE location selected and that is the store I want to pick up at!! Today it was El con Target and SE Target that some of my orders went to!!! I get there and only get two items and Then I am told I need to be careful when I order. No I do not need to be careful!! They need to stop the BS and show out of stock in the store you want to order from. I was was so mad but I did not take out on the employee even though she said something so stupid to me.. You know that sale item section at the entrance of Target? I rarely make it passed it. I host a ton of events and the sale area is a treasure trove of goodies- from chalk boards to stickers, arts and crafts and season decor, I stock up here for almost any theme and occasion. I'm still debating if I'm really getting any savings, but the items are really fun and cute for themed events. This particular store always seems extra chaotic and entry/exit is a nightmare during rush hour. But Target is Target, right? read more

This target has the best customer service in general. I think I was greeted by everyone. Not only did they all greet me but they all had a pleasant demeanor as well. This is the nicest Target, aesthetically as well at in friendliness. Definitely recommend this Target. They also have a CVS and a Starbucks in house. read more

This is definitely one of my least favorite Target locations in town, but it's still a Target and that makes it generally OK for the most part, but it really has a lot of room to improve. It's on the smaller side, so the variety is a little bit lacking. There are items that I typically buy at other Targets that aren't carried in this Target. Some of them are even Target branded items, which kinda stinks that I can't get everything I need here. The shelves also seem to be in disarray a lot of the time, too. I go to a few different Targets many nights a week (I like to walk after dinner, and Target is usually my go-to store to walk around in) and I see less employees walking around tidying the place up than in any other Target that I frequent. A big no-no for this Target happened recently. I was in a rush, and grabbed some Vitamin Water off the shelf. I like the lemonade flavor. I had one already in my fridge, and when I went to put the newly purchased bottle in, I realized it was WAY different in color. I checked the expiration date to find out it was OVER A YEAR EXPIRED! That is wildly unacceptable. I contacted Target on Facebook, and they said they contacted the store to have them remove all expired bottles (and they sent me $6 worth of coupons). Well, about a week later, I went back to do my after dinner walking, and checked out the Vitamin Water section again. There were still expired lemonade flavored bottles right at the front of the shelf! I guess management here doesn't care and staff pays no attention. So, buyer beware. Watch your expiration dates when buying at this Target! Also, this parking lot is hell to get in and out of during rush hour. This section of Grant becomes an absolute zoo, so be careful! (I'm not holding this against them in terms of stars for this review, it's not their fault!) The staff that I have encountered has always been very friendly and pleasant to interact with. Will I still go to this Target? Of course. But I am extra careful here of food products that I purchase. read more

Back when I lived on this side of town, this was MY Target.The location is still great. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. I went for the Jason Wu collection and they were cleared out of anything in my size. However, it is Target and there is always something there to purchase that is needed for your everyday life. Upon entering the store, an employee mentioned all Goodfellows products were on sale. We purchased an item but no discount was shown on the receipt. The following day I returned the item and was given a credit for the original price less the discount. I called the company and the store and was told by a store employee that they have a problem with computers not always giving the discount. There were phone problems and I kept getting cut off. It is amazing to me that a company the size of Target can have problems with their computers not giving discounts. read more

It's pretty much your standard Target. Tons of $1 items in the front to add to your kids' toy boxes, office, or for teachers/educators. Plenty of parking, not a lot of patrons, but plenty of cashiers. I opted to use the self-check out and had no issues. The employee even came over to check to see if I needed any assistance. I haven't gone to many Targets but since I moved out close to one, I've been frequenting it a lot. Okay, to be honest, I used to shop at Wal-Mart. I feel bad going that. I mean, I know these aren't "Local" businesses. At the same time, I often just need to get things that I don't have time to find at a local place. A tea pot. Tupper ware. Furniture. Work shirts. New gym shorts. Some food. I love some of the selection especially my beloved Soy Fruit & Protein 2-gallon drink, which is hard to find in town. Okay, I like Target. It doesn't have that ghetto feel that Wal-Marts have. I mean sometimes I want to see that, and Wal-Mart entertains me when I am in the mood (or have been drinking). But usually Target is so much more calm and relaxed, especially after 8 in the evening, I almost have it to myself. The checkout lines are more relaxed. And now the holidays are over and people are bankrupt or just refunding something, I can shop to my heart's content. So, Target is a-OK with me. I won't give a 5 just because it's not the all purpose store for me and some of the prices aren't that good. But it is convenient one-stop shopping. read more

I had a very unpleasant shopping experience that started off really fun for me. I just moved. I need everything for my apt so i go around to different stores shopping around comparing prices. Its hard to find the time because im usually busy working or theres too much traffic. Anyway, I dont make it in to Target often , so i needed to go check out their prices on some home items like a desk. At this point of the night (around 9:40pm) I had spent the day looking at desks in other stores all day, or in traffic...i had wanted to go sooner but an emergency popped up so anyway (i was happy to finnally get there). So when i do, i know its late and theyre closing soon but i also knew that I would most definatley be leaving RIGHT at ten, when they are SUPPOSED to close... Anyway, right away i get approched by someone, they were greeting me so whatever but u could tell their demeaner was to get me out and agressive... amyway, i keep going and find myself super happy and looking away in the furniture and home goods... i was keeping my eye on the time.. i still had like 6 mins and i got approached again and the girl tells me they are closing...as if i didnt hear the two announcements...i told her i knew they were closing but im just looking and will be out by the closing time. Then i get approched by a man who like comes over to look at what im lopking at and talks to me so ill leave..i eventually leave (by 10) and saw a desk i like so that's good, i would come back soon, maybe in the AM. Im leaving, on my way out, every other aisle filled w/ employees looking for someone to dodge. I felt like i was in a video game.. im scared to look in awe (at cute items) AS im walking...scared id be pushed out again..i walk STRAIGHT in front TOWARDS the door (theres nothing to even look at, at this point) and i get TOLD they are CLOSED. Target employees are some of the nicest I've seen in any store. Every time, regardless the location, you can always expect some useful employee to give you a hand. When I was moving they were kind enough to give me some boxes for free. The store is always well stocked, and I have never had a trouble with any equipment. Is pretty clean and parking is just plentiful. It even has a small lunch area, which is enough if you want to grab a quick bite. You can throw a rock from my house and hit this Target, so naturally, we find ourselves here a lot. I actually think the selection of some items is more limited at this store than others, but the store is clean, well-kept and there are usually plenty of open cash registers. It's still not a super Target, but they have recently expanded their grocery offerings to include fresh meat and produce. I have recently discovered that they have name brand Kosher salt under two bucks. You can't beat that! read more

I guess what I dig most about Target is, despite the potential security breach, I get 5% back on my purchases so this was GREAT during Black Friday. Clean, well lit, clutter free, never stinky, clean restrooms, and really friendly cashiers. The department people, like electronics and clothing, are not as friendly and just need a vaccine against contracting CHS. Sometimes they are out of stock of shipping supplies, which hurts, and some of their pricing is a little higher on items like everyday needs - but it's the price you pay to not go to Walmart. read more

My husband and I come here all the time and I never felt like leaving a review before until today. I was shopping in the health and beauty section and one of the employees was so helpful it was incredible. She honestly went above and beyond and was extremely informative. She showed me the generic brand and the more expensive brand then also shared her honest opinion on what I was looking for. Later on she saw me again and once more stopped what she was doing so she could help me. I really prefer target when shopping big box retail. I don't mind paying an extra few cents to have a clean well organized shopping environment environment with helpful staff. I really love cartwheel the discount app. Also, they will match other stores no questions asked. The only issue is they need to get someone out to clear cards more often. This is my favorite Target in town. It's not a Super Target...so no groceries, but they have the best selection of all the sites...arguable because the have the largest square footage. Parking is easy as they have a huge lot. If you are coming in from the east, best to use the Albertson's entrance to the north and come around the east side of Target.
